司机受雇承诺书范文 司机受雇责任承诺书Employment CommitmentAbout TheDriver本人受雇于George ShoeEfhiopia PLC，担任司机工作，除遵守公司的规章制度外，并愿意履行以下各项工作倏款，如有违背，愿承担责任并接受处分。 I amemployed byGeorge ShoeEthiopia PLCas adriver.I herebymit that,besides thoseregulations andrules of the pany,I intendto be subject to the followingworking clauses,to assumeliability andto bepunished incase ofany violation. 一、本公司之车辆（大货车、人货车、小客车）均系公务车，未经批准不得作为私用或代人运货载人。 如因此而发生事故者，司机应承担全部责任。 经查实者，除负责赔偿公司损失外，予以辞退处分。 1.No officialvehicles of the pany,including trucks,lorries andmini-buses shall be usedfor personalpurpose orfor conveyingpassengers andgoods forother personwithout authorization.The drivershall fullyassume theliabilities forany aident,and,if theviolation has been confirmed,he/she shall be responsiblefor pensationfor lossesof the pany andbe dismissed. 二、司机对分配之车辆应随时进行维护保养并做好记录，任何时间均须保持清洁可用状态。 经查实没有保养者，记大过一次处分。 2.The drivershall,in notime,maintain andservice the vehicle distributedto him,and makerecords.The vehicleshall beclean andavailable atany time.The driverwill besubject toa recordof majordemerit incase thathe isconfirmed tofail tomaintain the vehicle. 三、出车前应确实检查车容、水、机油、车灯及各种证号，并注意自己的服装仪容。 行车中必须精神集中，专注驾驶，严格遵守交通规则。 如闯红灯、违规停车、超速超载、酒后或无证驾车或私带违禁品，经公安、交警查处者，其罚款和后果由司机负担。 3.The drivershall surelycheck thevehicle appearance,water,engine oil,lamps,all certificatenumbers andhis dressingand lookbefore departure.When driving,the drivershall,not onlymentally concentrateand drivecarefully,but alsostrictly observethe trafficregulations.The drivershall bearpenalties andbe liablefor theconsequences ifhe isinvestigated bythe(traffic)police due to jaywalking,illegal parking,over speedingand overloading,driving underthe influence,unlicensed driving and carryingcontrabands. 四、司机出车时必须填写派车单，经主管批准后方可出车。 4.The drivermust fill out theVehicle Dispatching Form beforedrivinganddepart withapproval of the supervisor. 五、按派车单所报备的行车路线和目的地行车，未经上级通知不得改变（特殊情况除外）。 5.The drivershall drivethevehicletowards thedriving directionand destinationrouted inVehicle DispatchingForm.The directionand destinationshall not be alteredwithout notificationof supervisorunless otherwisein exceptionalcases. 六、在装卸物品时应协助搬运货物，确实检查并关好后车门。 6.The drivershall assist in carryinggoods whenhandling thegoods,and indeedcheck therear doorbefore closingit. 七、载运公司废料垃圾时，检查垃圾倾倒情况，发现可用之物品应立即捡回并向公司领导报告处理。 7.If the driver iscarrying wastesof pany,he shallcheck wastedumping,pick upthe itemswhich arefound tobe availableand reportto theleaders ofthe pany. 八、司机出车不得搭载未经核可的无关人员，经查实者记大过两次。 8.The driveris notpermitted tocarry anyother unnecessarypersons thathave notbeen approvedyet.Violator whohasbeenascertained will besubjecttwo recordsof majordemerits. 九、司机在外出车，应积极与公司保持联系。 9.The drivershall activelykeep intouch withthepanywhen he/she isdispatched. 十、司机出车回厂应向公司值班保安及主管回报，并在派车单上注明返厂时间。 10.The driver,after returningtothe factory,shall reportto on-duty safeguardand supervisor,and clearlyindicate thereturn timeon theVehicle DispatchingForm. 十一、上班时间不经报备核准不得离开厂区，如全厂公休日则以轮值方式留两人在厂值勤。 应到而未到者，记大过两次处分；特别勤务不在此限。 11.During workhours,except forpersons onspecial duty,no oneis permittedto leavethefactoryarea unlessotherwise reportedand approved.On legalholidays,two personsshall beon dutyin thefactory inturns.The absenteewill besubject totwo recordsof majordemerits. 十二、司机未出车时应在指定地点待命或进行车辆保养，不得随意离开工作岗位，未有临时出车不得提前进餐。 12.The drivershall beon standbyat designatedplace ormaintain thevehicle ifhe/she isnot dispatched,and shallnot havemeals aheadof scheduleunless he/she istemporarily dispatched. 十三、车辆在厂内维修时，司机应主动协助维修，需厂外维修应事先填写车辆外出维修申请单，经批准后方可外修。 13.The drivershall activelyassistinrepairing whenthevehicleis repairedin thefactory.For thevehicles thatneed off-site repair,the drivershall,in advance,filloutApplication Formfor Off-Site Repairfor approval. 十四、司机借款必须附上相关凭证单据及派车单，如欠缺单据或未按规定登记里程，则不予核销费用。 14.Expenses ofthedrivershallbeenclosed withrelevant vouchersand VehicleDispatchingForm.These willnotbewritten offduetoabsence ofthe vouchersor failureto registermileage asper rules. 十五、洁身自好，不利用职务贪污受贿或做有损公司利益之事情，违者将公司有关规定处理，性质严重者，将送交公安部门。 15.It isprohibited touse theposition forcorruption andbribery,or todamage interestsofthepany.Any violatorwillbepunished inaordance withrelevant regulationsofthepany,and maybe handedover topublic securityauthorities ifserious consequenceshave beencaused. 十六、公司所有车辆之保养和安全检查由班长负责督导完成，如查实执行不力者，予以记大过一次。 16.All panys vehiclesshallbemaintained andchecked forsafety underresponsible supervisionofthe squad leader.The confirmedweak enforcementwill leadthesquadleader toa recordof majordemerit. 十七、车辆之年审、保险、养路费用和其它相关费用规费的缴纳概由司机提前申报，如延误不报，其罚款由司机负担。 17.The drivershall,in advance,report thepayments forannual inspectionof vehicle,insurance,road tollsand otherrelevant fees;and shallbear thepenalties c
