Purpose The purpose of this guideline workmanship is to ensure procure nicety axial push-up distance and thrust force of the propeller, ensure greating installtion on its position.2. Preparation condition before push-up6.1 The propeller shaft were a niced match for the propeller have finished machining & matching, and submit it to owner and surveyor for approved.6.2 Bolts hole of the big end propeller have bore use to mounting pressplate.6.3 To make sure the working safely and conveniently, there is an working platform with the railing、ladders etc to be built nearby the stern and from basic line abt. 3m.6.4 Lifting eyes for propeller to be checked and welded at proper position on hull structure.6.5 Lifting devices and fittings have been checked and prepaied etc.6.6 There is no any job casing the strong vibration of concerned hull structure.7. Application7.1 After carefully cleaning all touching surface and oil passages inside propeller hub and shaft by using compressed air,the touching surface to be painted with lubrication oil which is the same as hydraulic oil. 7.2 Carefully checked the propeller shaft and hydraulic nut screw thread,At the coating MoS2 on the screw thread surface after ensure cleaning .7.3 Keeping the propeller and shaft at the same abbient condition for abt. Two(2) hours in order to make the both parts with nearest temperature as far as possible.7.4 Fore seal device with the gasket and after seal device of sterntube onto the shaft and temporarily fixed , and submit it to owner and surveyor for approved.7.5 Lifting and putting the propeller onto the taper part of propeller shaft until the fore end of propeller reaches at the position with special mark on the shaft,which is made after finally tooling the touching surface between the propeller hub and the taper part of shaft in workshop.7.6 When one bolt hole of the shafting is upward(TOP),we should be sure that one blades of propeller is also upward(TOP).7.7 Carefully cleaning the hydraulic nut and turning it onto the screw-thread part of the propeller shaft properly.Connecting the hydraulic system according to Fig.2 untill vent out the air in full hydraulic system by operating the manual pump A,B and after that screwing the plugs on the propeller hub and hydraulic nut. arranging the three(3) sets of micrometer according Fig.2.7.8 Confirmation of the Zero(0) point (detail see Fig.2)7.8.1 Owing to propeller and propeller shaft is to be keyless fitting,in order to procure nicety axis push-up and thrust force of the propeller, ensure greating installtion on its position,so must be confirmation of the Zero(0) point at first.7.8.2 Open valve A,close valve B,operating the manual pump a connected with hydraulic nut,adjusting the micrometers G1&G2 at the Zero(0) position respectively after oil pressure reaches 3Mpa,continue to opening the pump until the propeller to be pushed-up with 0.4mm(reading on micrometers G1&G2) and record the concerned oil pressure P1.Rrepeat the above operation by three times again and record the concerned oil pressure P2,P3,P4.One approximate line “CL” can be made out by using the above recorded datum and the cross point “Ls” of the line “CL” and axial line “S” is just the Zero(0) point total push-up distance.Detail see Fig.P-S curve.7.8.3 Open valve A and B,slowly pushing up the propeller by operating the two manual pumps properly until the required push-up distance “S” is obtained. Oil pressure of the manual pump A is no least than 4.74Mpa.A High pressure oil inlet of the expand hub;B High pressure oil inlet of the compaction.7.8.4 At all installation process,axes offset removed use by G3. 7.8.5 During this procedure,at least 10 groups of concerned oil pressure and pushed distance datum of to be recored in the below table,and drawing out Cw curve. Valid area of piston:1245.64cmPush-up distance(mm)pressure(Mpa)Axial pres.Radial pres.Environment temperature():7.8.6 First releasing the oil pressure inside the propeller hub and thence keeping this condition until abt. 1015 mins passed,check the reading of the two micrometers G1&G2,the figures should be same as that before the hydraulic oil released.the hydraulic oil inside the hydraulic nut then can be released secondly,fitting the hydraulic nut and its safety devices according to the concerned drawings,complete the installation of propeller bonnet and fittings according to the relevant drawing.8 Push-up distance and thrust force8.1 Confirm actual push-up distance of the propeller According to location Environment temperature and Calculation for propeller keyless fitting(Drawing No.:SC4484-401-07JS).A. The min. push-up distance is 13.95mm and max. push-up is 16.58mm at 0.B. The min. push-up distance is 11.97mm and max. push-up is 12.99mm at 35.C. Push-up and temperature diagram(Detail see following curve table):8.2 Confirm actual thrust force of the propeller According to location Environment temp. and calculation for propeller keyless fitting(Draw. No.:SC4484-401-07JS).A. The min. thrust force is 5.897105N and min. oil pressure is 4.733Mpa.B. Push-up and thrust force diagram(Detail see following curve table):(According to design institute suggest:=0.02)一、 目的本安装工艺目的在于保证螺旋桨获得准确的轴向压入量和压入力,确保螺旋桨顺利安装到位。二、 适用范围 本工艺适用于5000PCTC汽车滚装船螺旋桨的安装。三、 资料和文件 SC4484-103-07 螺旋桨图 SC4484-401-07JS 螺旋桨无键联接计算书TCN120-425-03B 螺旋桨轴TCN120P-425-02-0A 艉管装置图四、 技术参数名 称外径(mm)锥孔(mm)长度(mm)重量(kg)锥度比螺旋桨6100585/525225001:20螺旋桨轴585848321000五、 工装设备:序号名 称数量单位备注1手摇泵及连接软管、接头、压力表等2套2液压油存储柜(约10L)及液压油 1套3带磁座的千分表3只4点温计1只5起吊设备(如手动葫芦等)六、 安装的必备条件6.1 本工艺安装前,螺旋桨及与其相配的螺旋桨轴均精加工好并且已拂配完成,并经NK验船师和船东认可完毕。6.2 螺旋桨大端面用于安装压板的螺栓孔应预先配钻好。6.3 在艉部距基线约3米高处搭建一个安全工作平台,并设有栏杆等安全措施。6.4 用于起吊螺旋桨的起吊眼板经检验合格并已焊接在船体的合适位置。6.5 起吊设备已准备就位,并经检验合格。6.6 不能有导致船体产生强烈振动的任何作业。七、 实施7.1 去掉油孔和油槽边的毛刺,油孔清洗干净,清洁螺旋桨轴锥体和螺旋桨锥孔,保证配合面及油孔清洁。7.2 仔细检查艉轴与液压螺母的螺纹,确认清洁后在螺纹表面喷涂二硫化钼。7.3 保持螺旋桨与螺旋桨轴在相同的环境条件下保持2小时以上,保证两者温度尽可能接近小。7.4 螺旋桨轴、艏密封以及艏轴承组件、艉轴承组件按要求安装到位(如图二),并经船检和船东认可。7.5 按照螺旋桨和螺旋桨轴拂配时所作的标记,把螺旋桨吊到螺旋桨轴上。7.6 将清洗后的液压螺母拧紧在螺旋桨轴上,并拧紧安装到位。7.7 分别将手摇泵A和手摇泵B接到螺旋桨壳和液压螺母上,注入液压油,直到放气口有液压油溢出即可,同时拧紧放气旋塞(见图二)。7.8 螺旋桨零位的确定(见图二)7.8.1本船螺旋桨与螺旋桨轴采用无键连接。在螺旋桨安装中,为了获得准确的轴向压入量,首先要确定螺旋桨在零位,以使螺旋桨与螺旋桨轴正好完全接触。7.8.2 在螺旋桨前端面的上下端面上各安装1只千分表如图二所示,启动压紧高压油泵B,当油压为3Mpa时,将千分表调整到零位,以后每压0.4 mm计录一次压入力,直至压到2 mm后停止。用作图法求出L0,此时将千分表重新调至0位,如下图
