The power plant fresh water is from seawater desalination. The fresh water is used in electric power plant for service water, fire fighting water, living water and makeup water of chemical water treatment system. 2.4施工范围主要流程2.4 Main construction p=0.5MPaZH100-65-200台set23施工应具备的条件3 The condition for construction3.1已充分做好各项准备工作,包括安全技术措施的编制、设备材料已经到货、施工机具的准备完毕。施工机具包括:机械、测量工具和施工工具。3.1 The following should be ready before construction: the draft of safety technical measures, equipment material has been received, construction tool has been prepared. Construction include: machinery, measure tools and construction tools.3.2现场具备充足且符合安全规定的电源,临时照明、电焊机等应已经具备使用条件。3.2 The site has sufficient power supply and tallying with safety compliance lighting and welding machine should be ready for construction. 3.3配合工种:起重工地负责施工过程中的吊装工作,起重工具主要25吨汽车吊吊装。焊接专业负责施工过程中的点焊及最终焊接工作。3.3 Coordination: During the construction that crane personnel will be responsible for the lifting work. The main crane tool 25t automobile cran. Welding Professionals will be responsible for the spot welding and final welding during the construction.3.4安全技术交底:对施工人员已进行过详细的安全技术交底,并全员签字。使所有施工人员对于将要施工的项目有一个全面的了解,明白施工图纸和施工过程中应注意的事项、施工方法、工艺质量要求和安全注意事项。3.4 Safety technical disclosure: already has detail safety technical disclosure with the construction personnel, and with signature. Let all construction personnel have fully understanding about construction project. It is forbidden to use unqualified devices and pipelines.5.1.3不锈钢管道在领用后应进行光谱试验,检验合格方可使用。5.1.3 Carry on spectroscopic test after requisitioning stainless steel pipeline, it is not allow use without qualified cetification. 5.1.4设备在装车和运输时应正确选择绑扎点,防止运输变形,设备到达施工现场正确码放、保管,应垫有支撑物以防止变形,且编号置于明显位置易于查找。In order to avoid deformation during delivery, should choose binding point properly for devices shipping and delivery.5.2泵类及风机设备的安装5.2 Installation for pumps and fans devices 5.2.1基础划线及垫铁配置5.2.1 Foundation layout and iron gasket fabrication 5.2.1.1基础纵横主中心线偏差10mm,标高偏差10mm,地脚螺栓孔偏差10mm。5.2.1.1 deviation of foundation vertical and latitude center line is 10mm, elevation deviation is10mm, deviation of anchor bolt is 10mm.5.2.1.2基础上表面应凿好麻面并清除杂物、污渍,施工中不得使基础表面沾染油污。Roughening surface of foundation and clean out foreign material, dirt, make sure oil spot will not stick on the surface of foundation while construction. 5.2.1.3按照图纸确定安装位置及进、出口中心线,确定泵的进出口方位。5.2.1.3 confirm the installation location and inlet, outlet central line, determine the inlet, outlet orientation of pump5.2.1.4在基础地脚螺栓孔两侧确定垫铁位置,对基础进行凿平,使垫铁纵横方向水平;垫铁与混凝土的接触密实。每叠垫铁数量一般不超过3块,特殊情况允许5块,其中斜垫铁1对。垫铁与机座、垫铁与垫铁之间接触密实无松动,紧地脚螺栓后0.05mm塞尺塞不入,斜垫铁错开面积应25%垫铁面积。5.2.1.4 Determine the iron gasket location at two sides of foundation anchor bolt, chip the foundation to make the vertical and latitude orientation is upright; sizing block connects tightly with concrete. Quantity for each pile of iron gasket can not more then 3 pieces, 5 pieces is available in exceptional case, including 1 pair of oblique iron gasket. Connnetion of iron gasket and engine base, or between iron gaskets are tight without looseness, 0.05 feeler gauge can not insert into after fastening anchor bolt, stagger area of oblique iron gasket should less than 25% of iron gasket area.5.2.2设备就位:用手拉葫芦等工具把设备安全、准确的放在基础上,通过调整斜垫铁来调整设备的水平度及标高。5.2.2 Device arrangement: use tools such as chain block to place devices on foundation safely and correctly, adjust levelness and elevation of devices by adjusting oblique iron gasket. 5.2.3以设备进出口法兰中心线为基准调整标高、中心位置,以进出口法兰结合面为基准调整纵、横向水平度。5.2.3 Use central line of device inlet and outlet flange as benchmar for adjusting elevation, centeral position, make junction surface of inlet and outlet flange as benchmark to adjust vertical and lateral levelness 5.2.4地脚螺栓外观应无油漆、污垢,、生锈,校对英文部分,并修改螺栓长度、直径符合设计要求。调整地脚螺栓位置,螺栓在螺栓孔内与四周应有间隙且不碰孔底,垂直度偏差1/1000L ,地脚螺栓、螺母、垫圈安装接触良好,螺母拧紧后螺栓外漏23扣。5.2.4 Anchor bolt appearance should be free of paint, dirt, the length and diameter should comply to designed requirement. Adjust position of anchor bolt, set the anchor bolt inside the holes with separation but do not touch the bottom of hole, vertical deviation is 1/1000L. Connection between anchor bolts, nuts and iron gasket is favorable, fasten nuts with expose 23 nuts of bolt.5.2.5调整水平度后,用百分表和塞尺对对轮进行找正,具体偏差如下:5.2.5 after adjustment of levelness, carry out alignment for couple wheel by using dial indicator and feeler gauge, specific deviation as follow: a. 3000n1500 径向0.04mm 端面0.03mma. 3000n1500 radial direction0.04mm end face0.03mm b. 1500n750 径向0.06mm 端面0.04mmb. 1500n750 radial direction0.06mm end face0.04mm符合规定后,调整地脚螺栓,垫铁三面点焊牢固并清理药皮,螺栓孔进行浇灌。如果电机和泵同座,可先进行螺栓孔浇灌待电机试运完毕后再进行对轮找正。After complying with specification, adjust anchor bolt, spot weld for three surface of iron gasket and clean out coating, pouring the holes of anchor bolt. If motor at the same seat with pump, it is avalible to carry out pouring for the holes of anchor bolts first, aligning couple wheel after commission of motor. 5.2.6经过养护期后,待混凝土强度超过70%后紧固地脚螺栓,进行二次浇灌。5.2.6 When out of curing period, fasten anchor bolts and perform secondary pouring when hardness of concrete exceeds 70%.5.2.7如果有冷却水管,连接冷却水管道,并安装水泵的排水管道。增加英文翻译5.2.7 If there are water cooling pipe, should connect them firstly.5.3.箱罐类设备就位、安装5.3 Preparetion and installation for box/tank type device. 5.3.1拖运之前对设备的视窗、敞口的法兰结合面等易损部位进行重点保护,热工仪表适当拆卸并联系调试所进行校表工作。根据厂家及设计单位提供的图纸对设备外观检查,并校核各部件尺寸,各管口方向,数量,校核无误后将设备每条支腿划出中心线并延长到底板上。5.3.1 Before consigning of device carry out key protection for the fragile parts such as window of device and flange junction area of exposure. Dismantle thermal meter properly and contact debugging station to perform alignment operation. Carry out visual inspection for devices according to drawing of mamufacture and design unit, check dimension of each parts, orientation of pipe orifice, quantity, line out central on each landing legs which is extended to base plate after checking.5.3.2由起重专业人员指挥,安装人员配合,将所有设备拖运至基础上,按设计要求将设备进、出口管方向调整好,运至基础位置后将设备支腿中心线与基础预埋铁中心线对齐。Under the command of lifting professinal person, assign person to tow device onto foundation, adjust the inlet and outlet direction of pipeline according to design requirement, then align central line for landing legs and base embedded iron.5.3.3设备就位后,对设备标高、垂直度进行测量。根据测量结果在设备支腿处增减钢板方法进行标高调整;在筒体上部吊线坠用直角尺测量,以检查设备垂直度,检查后分别在测量处用记号笔作明显标记。5.3.3 After preparetion of device, measure the elevation of device and perpendicularity. Base on measuring result to increase and decrease steel plate on landing legs of devices and adjust evelation; measure device perpendicularity by using squar
