有毒有害物质含量要求Requirements for Concentration Limits for Certain Hazardous Substances 一.目的为欧司朗（中国）照明有限公司的供应商提供指引，规定其在作出声明（见附件），指出其销售给欧司朗（中国）照明有限公司的产品符合欧盟的RoHS和中国的电子信息产品污染控制管理办法及相关支持标准的要求时，必须提供的文件。PurposeThis document aims to provide guidelines to the suppliers of OSRAM China Lighting Ltd. (hereafter refer to as OCN) the supporting documents required when they issued “DECLARATION FOR Requirements for Concentration Limits for Hazardous Substances ” to OCN, declares that the products they sells to OCN comply with RoHS and relevant China regulations and standards. 二、参考文件Reference Documents电子信息产品污染控制管理办法，信息产业部第39号令。电子信息产品分类注释电子信息产品中有毒有害物质限量要求（SJ/T11363-1006）电子信息产品污染控制标识要求（SJ/T11364-1006）电子信息产品中有毒有害物质的检测方法（SJ/T11365-1006）欧盟RoHS指令（2002/95/EC及其后的相关决定）RoHS Directive and all relevant updates.IEC 111/54/CDV, Procedures for the determination of Levels of Six Regulated Substances (Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, PBB, PBDE) in Electrotechnical Products.三、定义声明：指附件的依据欧司朗文件有害物质含量要求提供的声明。这份文件总结了供应商销售给欧司朗（中国）照明有限公司产品的状况。SD（自我声明）：由供应商出具的确认满足欧司朗（中国）照明有限公司要求的声明。在出具这样的声明时，供应商必须有其上游供应商的SD或TR作为支持文件。这种声明是针对一种具体产品或材料的。TR（测试报告）：由有资质的独立实验室出具的测试报告。检测方法应符合电子信息产品中有毒有害物质的检测方法（SJ/T11365-1006）。Definitions:Declaration: refer to the “DECLARATION FOR Requirements for Concentration Limits for Hazardous Substances ” in the attachment. This summarizes compliance of the products sold to OCN by the suppliers. SD (Self-Declaration): A declaration issued by an OCN supplier confirming compliance to OCN requirements. All limit values apply to each separate homogenous material. The “X” in Table 1 means that this document is to be provided.When the supplier issues the Declaration, the supporting SD and TR documents should be submitted according to the materials of the components/products sole to OCN.For those products that can not comply with the requirements of SJ/T11363-1006 & RoHS, please list explicitly the items failed and the concentration values.Test
