before testing 1 检查锚机 锚链 锚 掣链器 系统等安装的完整性和电气系统接线的正确性 Check completeness of anchor windlass anchor chain anchor chain stopper etc systems and correct wiring of electric system 2 测量锚机电机及控制箱冷态绝缘电阻应不小于1兆欧 Check cold insulation resistance of anchor windlass motor and control box which should be not less than 1M 3 锚机的运动部件用润滑油进行足够的润滑 All of the moving parts of windlass are to be lubricated with adequate quantity of lube oil 3 2 空载试验 No load test 1 空载正 倒车交替连续运转试验共30分钟 Continuous running test without load for ahead and astern alternatively in total 30 minutes 正车 慢速 中速 快速 空载运转15分钟 Ahead slow speed medium speed fast speed running without load for 15 minutes 倒车 慢速 中速 快速 空载运转15分钟 Astern slow speed medium speed fast speed running without load for 15 minutes 2 试验过程中液压马达 液压油泵及液压系统的阀件应工作正常 系统及各运动部件应无 漏油 异常发热及敲击现象 试验时应对液压油泵工作压力 油泵及油马达的转速进行 测量并记录 During test the valves of hydraulic motor hydraulic pump and hydraulic system should work properly no leakage ne abnormal heat generating and noise of striking happened for anchor windlass and its moving parts 3 检查液压系统中主泵安全阀调定压力应为8 2Mpa 辅泵先导阀调定压力应为5 7Mpa The settling pressure of safety valve of main pump for hydraulic system should be 8 2Mpa the measure the thermal insulation resistance of electric motor and control box which should be not less than 1M 5 空载状态下进行锚机离合器挂上及脱开效用试验 Functional test of slipping clutches to be carried out for anchor controll equipme nt 主泵 main pump 辅泵 auxiliary pump 3 3 抛锚和收锚试验 Casting and raising tests 1 每只锚依此抛出2次 每次抛出过程中进行刹车试验2次 以检验刹车装置 Lower in turn each anchor chain on the band brakes twice and brakes twice during each lowering time so that to check the brake installation 2 进行锚收放试验 检查锚是否能方便地脱出锚链筒 同时观察锚链通过锚链筒 掣链器 和锚机链 轮时的状况 应平稳 无跳链现象 Demonstrate the anchors leave the hawse pipes easily At the same time observe the operation of the anchor chain in hawse pipe on the stopper and on the chain wheel of the anchor windlass It should be stable and not skip 3 将每根锚链放出后 检查锚链标记 根部固定情况并做弃锚装置脱钩试验 然后收起 检查锚链在锚链舱内的堆放应均匀 无打结现象 After each anchor chain being released check the marks and fitting of anchor chain end and make the founction test for the anchor releaser then put chain in locker check the storing status of the chain 4 将锚绞起 并使锚慢速导入锚链筒并检查锚与锚唇的贴合情况 Conduct anchor chain hauling with hoisting the anchors into the hawse pipes slowly Check the fitness between anchor and shell plate 5 测量起锚平均速度应不小于9 m min Measure the lifting speed of anchors average speed to be not less than 9m min 6 起锚时检查锚链冲洗系统功能的可靠性 Check the reliability of proper operation of anchor chains washing system while control test 用布置在前桅杆的控制板遥控操纵锚机起停 检查遥控系统的可靠性 Using the control columns which are located at foremast alternatively to remotely control the two windlasses for starting and stopping respectively check 3 测量系泊绞车电机及控制箱冷态绝缘电阻应不小于1兆欧 Check cold insulation resistance of mooring winch motor and control box which should be not less than 1M 4 2 空载试验 No load test 1 空载正 倒车各3分钟交替连续运转试验共30分钟 Continuous running test without load for ahead and astern alternatively at rated speed in 3 minute steps with total 30 minutes 2 试验过程中液压马达 液压油泵及液压系统的阀件应工作正常 系统及各运动部件应无 漏油 异常发热及敲击现象 试验时应对液压油泵工作压力 油泵及油马达的转速进 行测量并记录 During test the valves of hydraulic motor hydraulic pump and hydraulic system should work properly no leakage ne abnormal heat generating and noise of striking happened for system and its moving parts Measure and record the work pressure of hydraulic pump and the revolution of oil pump test procedures 1 检查货舱 机舱 舱室各风机及各起动控制器安装的正确性 Check correct of installation of fans and starting controller in cargo holds E R compartments 2 打开所有风机进出口的格栅盖 进行风机效用试验 运行半小时 测量风机起动电流 工作电流以及冷态和热态绝缘电阻 应不小于1M Open the grating covers of all fans entrance make function test of funs about for 30 minutes measure start current working current and hot insulation resistance of fans to be no less than 1M 3 检查风机遥控起动 停止的可靠性 Check the reliability of fan remoting start stop 4 Air capacity and distribion air flow to be presented For accomadation system 在1号柴油发电机气动电路断路器和岸接电源馈电断路器之间供应 2 Between the air circuit breakers of No 2 diesel generator and the feeder breaker of shore supply 在2号柴油发电机气动电路断路器和岸接电源馈电断路器之间供应 3 Between the air circuit breakers of No 3 diesel generator and the feeder breaker of shore supply 在3号柴油发电机气动电路断路器和岸接电源馈电断路器之间供应 4 Space heater interlocking with the circuit breaker of No 1 diesel generator 空气加热器与1号柴油发电机的电路断路器之间连锁 5 Space heater interlocking with the circuit breaker of No 2 diesel generator 空气加热器与2号柴油发电机的电路断路器之间连锁 6 Space heater interlocking with the circuit breaker of No 3 diesel generator 空气加热器与3号柴油发电机的电路断路器之间连锁 The air circuit breakers of each of three generator interlock with ACB of shore supply in ESB When the shore CB in ESB is closed the circuit breakers of each of three generators can not be closed The above results to be recorded in attached table 1 三台发电机每台的空气电路断路器与应急配电板上岸接电源的ACB 之间的连锁 当应急配电板上岸接控制箱关闭 每台电路断路器都不能关闭 以上结果记录在附件表格1中 The space heaters of each generator interlock with the air circuit breaker of each generator When main circuit breaker of generator is closed the space heater for this generator should be cut off The above results to be recorded in attached table 1 每台发电机的空间加热器与每台发电机的空气电路断路器之间的连锁 当发电机的主电路断路器关闭 3 Manual parallel test 手动并车试验 Manual paralleling test of two generators shall be finished by synchronoscope speed regulation switch and push button of air circuit breaker It shall not be done by power management system 两台发电机的手动并车试验用同步示波器 速度调节开关和空气断路器按钮完成 不能用电力管理 系统完成 1 4 The test to be carried out according to below
