SSG型自动反冲洗滤水器使用说明书SSG Auto Back Flushing StrainerInstruction四川高精净化设备有限公司SICHUAN FINE PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT CORP.LTD一、 结构和工作原理Structure and Working Principle SSG型自动反冲洗滤水器主要由罐体、刷式清洗机构、减速传动机构、电动排污阀等部份组成。其中滤芯、传动轴等部件采用不锈钢材质制作，具有耐腐蚀、经久耐用的特点。正常过滤状态时，电动排污阀关闭，电动减速机不启动，当满足设定的清污、排污工况时，电动排污阀打开，滤水器电动减速机启动，带动轴及清洗刷转动，使附在滤芯内腔上的杂质，借助刷子刷洗掉，经排污管，电动排污阀排出机外。SSG auto back flushing strainer consists of cylinder, brushing cleaning structure, reducer driving structure, electric sewage drainage valve etc. in which the filtration cartridge and driving structure are made of stainless steel, corrosion resistance and long use life. During strainer normal working, electric sewage drainage valve is closed and electric reducer stops. When appreciated cleaning and drainage working condition rises, electric sewage drainage valve auto opens and electric reducer starts. Electric reducer drives shaft and starts to brush off the attaching on filtrating cartridge inner wall. They pass the drainage pipe and electric drainage valve and are discharged outside the strainer. SSG型自动反冲洗滤水器的清污、排污工况如下：Cleaning and drainage working condition of SSG auto back flushing strainer shows as below:1、定时清污：定时清污控制箱内PLC控制可设定动作时间224小时，出厂时一般设为24小时。当时间达到设定值时，电动排污阀开启，减速机启动，滤水器进行清污、排污。Preset Time Cleaning: The PLC control program can preset cleaning operation in range of 224 hours, 24 hours as ex-plant preset. When time reaches preset value, electric drainage vale auto opens and reducer starts. Cleaning operation works.2、差压控制清污：差压控制器动作值可设定为0.010.1MPa，当滤水器浊水腔和清水腔压差达到差压控制器动作设定值时，差压控制器动作，电动排污阀开启，减速机启动，滤水器进行清污、排污。Differential Pressure Cleaning: Differential pressure value could be set in range of 0.010.1MPa. When differential pressure between dirty water chamber and clean water chamber in strainer reaches preset value, differential pressure controller starts to work, electric drainage valve opens and reducer starts. Cleaning operation works. 3、现场手动排污：用户可在现场手动操作控制箱面板上的手动排污旋扭，当手动启动该旋扭，电动排污阀打开，减速机启动，滤水器进行清污、排污。Onsite Manual Cleaning: Customer could realize manual cleaning by turning on the manual drainage switch on control panel. Electric drainage valve is manually opened and reducer starts. Cleaning operation works. 定时清污与差压控制清污两种控制方式是并存的。Preset time cleaning and differential pressure cleaning can work simultaneously. 二、 功能与用途Function and Application我厂生产的SSG型自动反冲洗滤水器，系在引进国内外先进技术基础上开发出的广泛适用于钢铁、造纸、化工、电力等行业的各种供水系统中的一种新型过滤器。具有设计思路先进，结构简单合理、运行安全可靠、无需经常维护和保养、滤水效果优良等特点。主要滤水元件均采用不锈钢材料制造，具有较强的抗腐蚀性，使整机的使用寿命得到较大的提高。我厂生产的SSG型自动反冲洗滤水器保证了用水过滤要求，同时也解决了附在过滤网上不易清污的困难。SSG auto back flushing strainer, made by the company, developed on the advanced technology base home and aboard, is a new type strainer applied for varies water supply system in the industries like steel, paper making, chemical, power etc. The strainer is characterized by advanced design, reasonable structure, reliable operation, minimal maintenance and good filtered water quality. SSG auto back flushing strainer made by the company meets varies water straining requirement and solve the issue of dirt on filtrating net. 三、 SSG型自动反冲洗滤水器的特点Characters of SSG Auto Back Flushing Strainer本公司研制的SSG型自动反冲洗滤水器吸取了国内外过滤设备的优点，创新设计了特殊的结构形式。The special design of SSG auto back flushing strainer adopts many foreign strainers advantages. Such as: 1、对不同水质和所含污物种类采用不同结构、规格的滤网Different filtrating net structures and specifications for different water quality and different content. 滤网全部为不锈钢材料，滤网结构分孔板型、编织型、契型等；采用单层、双层及多层结合；孔眼大小从25m到3000m不等；可有效地将污物、杂质阻隔在网内，便于刷除、反冲洗清除。Filtrating net applies stainless steel material. There are orifice plate structure, weaving structure and cuniform structure, in combination of single layer, double layers and multiple layers with 25m3000m holes on it. This design can efficiently isolate dirt and impurity outside the net and is easy for brushing and back flushing cleaning.2、设自动的转动钢丝、尼龙刷。 Auto rotating steel wire brush or nylon brush design.在过滤网中布置了与过滤网平行的排刷。根据不同污物和滤网采用不锈钢丝刷或尼龙丝刷，由减速机带动转轴，转轴带动钢丝或尼龙刷转动，有效地除去过滤网壁上的各种污物和杂质。There is a bush paralleled with filtrating cartridge in the structure. According to different dirt material and applied steel wire brush or nylon brush in the cartridge, reducer drives shaft to rotate steel wire brush or nylon brush and remove different dirt and impurity attached on the filtrating net wall in high efficiency. 3、现场设置压差监视压力表手动控制清污Onsite manual cleaning controller with differential pressure supervision gauge. 从进水口引出水压，由压力表显示其压差值，在任意时刻，只要压力差发生变化，（一般达到0.05-0.1MPa）可由人工开启排污电磁阀排污。Differential pressure value at water entrance is showed on the gauge. Any pressure deviation at any moment (normally in range of 0.05-0.1MPa) happens, solenoid valve could be manually opened to sewage drainage operation. 4、设置差压控制器、远方监控清污Differential pressure controller design and use remote cleaning supervision.过滤器进出口设置差压控制器，将其信号上传至远方控制室，当压差到达设定值，控制室设置报警信号提醒操作人员开启排污电磁阀排污。There sets a differential pressure controller at the entrance of strainer. The signal of controller will be uploaded to long distance control cell. Dirt and impurities entered the strainer will not stay inside. They could be flushed out off cylinder quickly by high pressure flow. 4、排污过程中不断流Uninterrupted drainageSSG型自动反冲洗滤水器排污时间一次为15-45秒，所以水在过滤过程中损失小，能不间断地向系统供水，不影响系统正常工作且节水效果好。SSG auto back flush strainer working period is 1545 seconds.
