精品文档My practice experience I have been to Huaying middle school for nearly one month. In this school, there are four classmates from our school. We have an independent dormitory. Many things happened during these days. Some make me very happy, some make me depressed. And sometimes there are full of challenges.First, I want to talk about my companions. We are all from Macheng, all from Huanggang Normal University. We have many topics to talk. We share our happiness and sorrow. Every day we go to eat together, by the way, we eat in the school canteen, the food is delicious. We usually have one soup and four dishes. And we talk about some interesting things happening in our own class when we are eating. And also talk about our experience, for example, how to get along with students, how to give a lesson. And in daily life we also look after each other. Second, I want to talk about my advisor. He is over forty years old. When I first came here, he found a desk for me in the office. And he teaches me many things. He tells me how to correct papers. When he is giving lessons in the classroom, I sit in the end of the classroom, listen to him and take notes. He is a very good teacher; he has many ideas at class. For example, he sometimes asks students to read important words or sentences to remember them. He often makes conversations with students in English to practice their spoken English. And he also asks students to work in groups. He asks students to help each other in study and life. He is a responsible teacher. When students have some mistakes in their papers, he will tell them the right answers and explain. And when he is giving class, he dont always pay his attention on these active students, but he also asks students who are not so active to answer questions and he will encourage them when they have some difficulties. I learn many things from him. He is really a good advisor. Finally, there are some interesting things happening between me and my students. I remember when I first came in their classroom some students looked at me curiously. When the class is over, they might ask something about me. I spent most time with them. When I first gave them exercise classes, I felt a little nervous and the speed was a little fast. But after that time, I gradually perform better. When I was walking in their classroom, they often have many questions, I am very happy to solve problems for them. When we meet in the school, they will greet me. They are full of energy and curious about many things. I have made a good relationship with them. But some of them are naughty; they may talk when others are studying. And I remember a boy cried in the classroom because he missed home very much, I told him to be brave. And once I went to their dormitory to count, the girls of our class asked me to sleep with them, but I didnt because the school doesnt allow. And in their exercises, there are some interesting things. For example, Trees turn in spring. One student chooses blue. How could trees turn blue? Maybe this will happen in tales. Another example, several students always use whats color in their exercise. And when I check their answers, I am very strict. A small mistake will make their grades lower. But this also helps them to be careful. As for those students who are not good at English, I will give more exercise to them and pay more attention to them. I have recorded something happening in my life. I think this is a treasure experience. In this school, I have learned many things that I cant learn in other place. For example, I get up early every because this school play songs every morning and you have to do that; I eat breakfast. When I was in my university, I often dont eat breakfast because I wanted to sleep more. I think this is a good habit. It is good for my health. I also learn to be more patient. When there is too many things to do, when there is too much exercise to check, dont say those useless words, dont complain, just finish them one by one. And when students have some mistakes, I will explain for them now and then. I also learn to be humility. When I have some troubles, I will ask my advisor and other teachers for help. They are very happy to do that for me. I have come to this school for merely one month and have listened to several classes. I find that what we learn in school is different from what we real do in life. My advisor pays more attention to practice. Knowledge will be repeat five or more times, because the students cant receipt so easy. And when I listen to the teacher, I found group work is very important, my advisor often let them to make conversations, this is very important to their spoken. In a w
