Function of lightsExcessive speed:diesel rotational speed overstep the standard data.Press low : lubricating oil pressure of the diesel engine is low .Press lower :lubricating oil pressure he diesel engine is lower .Water temp high :cooled water temperature is high. Water temp higher :cooled water temperature is higher. Oil temp high: lubricating oil temperature is higher.Power low: the storage battery voltage is low.Power: switch indication;Alarm: data overpass alarm or shutdown alarm;Stop: shutdown indication.Run:the diesel work indication.Remote control:remote control indication.2. Function of keysStop: stop key, press the button the monitor will give the signal to stop the diesel engine . Start : start key ,press the button the monitor will give the signal to start the diesel engine Cab: conversion operations in cab and engine room, switch on the button, start the diesel engine only in cab.Power:power switch.Self-check: When there is no rotational speed press the key ,all passage of monitor will have Self-Test to see working conditions one by one ,when reaching the set valve alarm, monitor will sound alarm with sound and light. When reaching the set value of stop ,monitor give the signal of stop automatically.Noise elimination: when an alarm is sounded, press it, the sound will die away.Reset key :press the key ,the monitor will reset.3.Meaning of some words on the tabletsRotational speed: diesel engine rotational speed;Time: accumulating running time of diesel engine;Lubricate pressure: diesel engine lubricating oil pressure;Water temperature: diesel engine cooled water temperature;Lubricate temperature: diesel engine Lubricating oil temperature;Battery voltage: voltage of the storage battery;五、Installation and use 1. Installationa. Installation holes:Take the center of monitor as datum and place 4 dampers symmetrically at the bottom of monitor (fixed central pole M4 the length of bolt M435mm position, direction of length 200mm, direction of width 100mm.b. Install the monitor in a proper place and fix it.c. Install rotational speed sensor on the shell of survey speed gear, first rotate sensor and make it touch the edge of gear, then back half circle to leave some gap between sensor and the edge of gear about 0.51.5mm at last fasten nuts.d. Install other sensors at relevant place such as lubricate oil pressure of sensors, water and lubricate oil temperature sensors sensors fix the screws to prevent water entering .(size, see diagram)e. Wiring according to wiring diagram.2. UseBe sure to be correctness and safety of installation and wiring, then turn on power switch until monitor is at monitoring sate, start diesel engine. Check its rotational speed, lubricate pressure, water and lubricant temperature, when it reaches set parameter, the monitor gives relevant signals. When alarm signal appears, the display window will flash, light will be on, and sound alarm, press “noise elimination” key, the alarm will die away. When the press “noise elimination” key, then alarm will die away. When the signal of shutdown appears shut off monitor, after a breakdown is fixed, you can turn o
