Ability objectives:(1) Ss can listen, read and say the key words.(2) Ss can use the key words and sentences to introduce their body parts.(3) Ss can listen and understand the orders in Lets do and do the actions.3. Emotional objective:Cultivate Ss consciousness of loving eyes and teeth and protect them.学情分析:Students in Grade 3 learn English for the first time. They are so active and lovely. They can have a great interest in learning English. They can say English very loudly and do actions very actively and funny. Maybe there are some mistakes in their pronunciations, but their performance should be encouraged and their learning enthusiasm should be protected.Teaching Key Point: Ss can listen, read, say and understand the key words and use them to introduce their five sense organs.Teaching Difficult Points:1. Ss can listen and understand the orders in Lets do and do the actions.2. Ss can read “nose” and “mouth” correctly.Teaching Methods: Task-based approach, communicative approach, TPRTeaching Aids: CAI, video, recording machine, flashcards, a toy Teddy Bear, a piece of toy moon cake, four strips of clothTeaching Procedures:.Warm-up1. Greetings2. Show a toy Teddy Bear and greet to Ss.3. Enjoy a song: Teddy Bear. Presentation1. Use the toy Teddy Bear to introduce the words: eye, ear2. Show a piece of toy moon cake and smell it.T: It smells good. I use my nose to smell it.3. Present the word: nose4. T: It smells so good. I want to eat it. I use my mouth to eat it.5. Present the word: mouth6. Use the picture of Teddy Bear to present: face7. Have Ss listen, point and repeat the words. Practice1. Pair work: Play a game: Nose, nose, eye/ear/2. T: Touch your nose/ear/face/3. Lets do4. Group work: Make a competition: Listen and do the actions5. Use CAI to show my picture: Look at me. This is my face.6. Ask Ss to introduce their five sense organs by using the sentences: Look at me. This is my7. Group work: Blind drawingUse the strips of cloth to close four Ss eyes. Ask them to listen and draw the sense organs they hear. Then introduce their pictures. Wrap-up1. Emotional education: We should love our eyes and teeth.2.
