试棒加工操作指导书Working Instruction for Test Coupon Machining程序编号Procedure N.O程 序 版 本 号Procedure edition参考文件Reference 参考文件版本号Reference edition00 1.0目的Purpose指导操作工使用数控机床正确加工试棒，规范试棒加工的操作方法。This procedure is established to provide the test coupon requirements and cautions to the operator while machining the test coupon, 2.0范围 Scope本规范适用于所有试棒加工。This procedure is applicable to the machining of all kinds of test coupon before testing.3.0职责 Responsibility按照本程序操作是试样加工操作人员的职责。Its the responsibility of the operator to ensure the compliance to this procedure.4.0参考规范 Reference standard：ASTM E 8/E 8M 金属材料拉伸试验方法 Tension testing method of metallic materialsASTM B557 锻造与铸造铝和镁合金产品拉伸试验的标准检测方法Test Methods for Tension Testing Wrought and Cast Aluminum- and Magnesium-Alloy Products5.0设备 Equipment数控机床：按照 ASTM E 8/E 8M、 ASTM B557规范中尺寸要求进行加工。CNC machine: being capable to machine the test coupon in accordance with ASTM E8/E8M and ASTM B557.6.0试棒 Test coupon试棒加工时要核对试棒数量、标识、批次、材质等信息是否与来料流程卡一致，确认无误后按要求进行加工。6.1试棒尺寸应按试验材料产品技术条件规定，采用实际全尺寸或经机械加工的试棒。Specimen SizeTest specimens shall be either substantially full size or machined, as prescribed in the productSpecifications for the material being tested.6.2钢件标准试棒与小尺寸试棒加工尺寸如图1所示.6.2.1，直径为12.5mm圆柱试棒普遍地应用于铸造和锻造金属材料试验。The standard 12.5-mm diameter round test specimen is used quite generally for testing metallic materials, both cast and wrought.6.2.2当试验材料不能制备标准试棒时可以使用与标准试棒成比例的小试棒。采用这种任何小尺寸试棒时，保证测量伸长的标距为试棒直径的4倍。Small-size specimens proportional to the standard specimen may be used when it is necessary to test material from which the standard specimen or specimens cannot be prepared.
