克令吊筒体安装焊接工艺共 5 页第 5 页 克令吊筒体安装焊接工艺 (WELDING PROCEDURE OF CRANE PEDESTAL)1. 安装前测量 (MEASUREMENT BEFORE WELDING)克令吊筒体在安装焊接前必须对厂家提供的筒体法兰平面度进行测量,来确保厂家供货部分是满足精度要求的。测量由专业人员,采用专用的仪器进行,并留有测量报告。法兰平面度的公差要求为0.2mm. 测量合格后方可进行安装焊接。如精度要求超出范围,要及时与服务商进行联系。 Before welding, the flange flatness should be measured by shipyard, insure good tolerance is provided from maker. Measurement is compeleted by professional staff, and the special tools is used and measurement report will be compeleted by shipyard. Tolerance of flange flatness is not more than 0.2mm. It can be installed by good talerance, otherwise it should be connected with maker on time.2. 焊接材料的选用 (WELDING COMSUMABLE SELECTION) 焊接材料根据等级高的母材进行选取。船厂制作的筒体材料为DH36级30mm,坡口形式参见图纸,焊脚高度参见焊接规格表。 Welding comsumable is selected accord with higher grade parent material. The material of foundation is grade “E” and 50mm thickness,The groove type see working drawing and welding throat see welding schedule table. 3. 安装及焊接(INSTALLATION AND WELDING)3.1 检查克令吊底座的标识,确认是否与基座筒体相符合。并核对底座的方向性是否正确。To inspect the mark of the pedestal and confirm the number is accord with foundation. Check the direction 3.2 为防止装配时出现问题,应在焊接前检验基座的尺寸,对筒体和基座进行冷装配,禁止挤压基座来配合筒体的尺寸。To avoid any problem happened, the size of foundation should be measured. To assemble without any hot working, to prohibit any extrusion for fitting 3.3 焊接时由2名焊接人员同时进行。2 welders are working at the same time.3.4 焊丝的选用正确,焊条妥善保管防止受潮。Welding comsumable is cerrect seletion, it should be good storage and keeping dry.3.5 焊接前筒体与基座不得有间隙。There should be no any distance between foundation and pedestal。3.6 基座与筒体的定位点焊,焊缝长约70mm,相互间距约300mm。 Spot welding is used for fixing of pedestal, welding seam is 70mm is used, and 300mm distance is between spot welding seam.3.7 焊缝必须全熔透,依据船级社要求在焊接完成48小时后做100%U.T和M.T无损探伤测试。Full pennetraction welding is used and 100% U.T and M.T should be compeleted after 48 hour accord with Class requirements.3.8 焊接顺序按照如图所示的进行。 To weld in sequence as fllow: A,B 表示2位电焊人员。(“A” and “B” mean 2 welders)3.9 整个焊接过程中对法兰面平整度进行监控。To supervisory control the flatness of the flange of pedestal throughout the welding.4 焊接后对基座的检验 (INSPECTION AFTER WELDING) 基座平面度的公差对回转齿圈的装配至关重要,若上表面的平整度超差,将会影响回转齿圈的寿命。由于设备商队吊机有质量保证, 因此基座法兰面平整度必须在公差范围之内。 The tolerance of flange flatness is very important for fixing of the rotary ring gearing, if the tolerance is over the makers requirements, the service life will be decreased. Due to the maker avouched for the quality, so that the tolerance should within the makers requirements. 在吊机安装前,必须在筒体焊接完成后对法兰平面度进行测量。平面度的测量报告需提交给设备调试工程师并得到其认可。Before the crane installation, the flange flatness should be measured after welding, and final report should be provide to the surveyor engineer of the maker. 测量应由专业人员采用合适的测量仪器
