Pictures as below.2、问题处理成员（Team Members）3、原因分析（Root Cause Analysis）：1. The transformer movement issue: Leaders transformer had used small clamps, some clamps may not be fully tight, and the gaps of the studs were a bit large, so the in some cases the transformer have abit movement, picture as below.2. The Studs of the cabinet bottom were broken: it seemsthe UPS was dropped from high height , we have done the drop test to check this problem,normally this problem cannot happen.4、临时性措施（Short-Term Corrective Action）：Repair the failed units.5、长期性措施（Long-Term Corrective Action）：For this loose fitting of transformer issue, we have already changed the transformer clamp, it can fix the transformer full tightly, picture as below.And we will increase the thickness of the studs in the cabinet bottom , so that the gaps will be reduced, it canhold the transformer tightly, and the studs will bemore solid , it is not easy to be broken.6、改善效果（Improved Result）：We have done the drop test to check the corrective actions, the studs are all OK.7、预防再发生措施（Preventive Action）：Same as item 5.8、问题结案及感谢的人员（Problem Closed & Thanks For Joined Members ）：Tha
