Do not apply materials when surface and ambient temperatures are outside temperature ranges required by the paint product manufacturer.当表面与环境温度超出了制造商规定的范围时，不应进行油漆作业。1.7.2. Do not apply exterior coatings during rain or snow when relative humidity is outside recommended humidity ranges or when moisture content of substrate surfaces exceeds that required by paint product manufacturer.下雨天或下雪天，当相对湿度超过了制造商规定的范围或基底湿气含量超出了制造商要求时，不得进行外部涂层作业。1.7.4. Illumination:do not perform work under less than 30-foot candles (300 lux)measured mid-height at substrate surface.照明：油漆作业时，基底表面半高处测得的亮度不得低于 300 lux。1.7.6. The contractor has to use prefabricated metal profiles for plaster at all corners, change of wall materials, steel angle bead , steel frames and so on. Plaster profiles have to be made of metal and must be accepted before construction.承包商需要用预制金属护角于各角落抹灰，墙壁材料变化，钢材剖面，钢架等等。抹灰剖面要用金属来制造并在施工前得到认可。1.8DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING交付、存放与搬运1.8.1. Deliver each container with labeling intact which identifies manufacturer, type of paint, brand name, brand code, coverage, surface preparation, drying time, cleanup, color designation, and instructions for mixing and reducing.交付的每一包装须有完整无缺的标签标明制造商、油漆种类、牌号、代码、油漆面积、表面处理、干燥时间、清除、颜色以及混合（配色）与还原的说明。1.8.2. Store paint materials at minimum ambient temperature of 10 degrees C and a maximum of 32 degrees C in well-ventilated area, unless required otherwise by manufacturers specifications.油漆原料应储存在通风良好的区域，最低环境温度 10 C，最高环境温度 32.2 C，除非制造商的规范说明中另有要求。1.8.3. Provide storage facilities outside of buildings being constructed. Limit quantities in buildings to daily use.油漆原料不应存放于正在施工中的建筑物内；即便是作临时存放，也应控制在每日的用量范围内。1.8.4. Take precautionary measures to prevent fire hazards and spontaneous combustion.采取预防措施防止火灾和自燃危险。1.9SUBMITTALS提交文件1.9.1. Label each container with color, texture, and room locations in addition to the manufacturers label.除制造商标签外，在每一包装上标明色彩、质地及房间位置。PART 2 PRODUCTS第2部分产品2.1ACCEPTABLE MANUFACTURERS可接受的制造商2.1.1Architectural Coatings:建筑涂料：- Refer approved Material List by BBA.参见 BBA 批准的材料清单。2.2PAINT MATERIALS油漆材料2.2.1. Following are generic descriptions of the paint systems for this project.Products furnished for the project from the listed manufacturers shall be check and approved by engineers. All used materials silicon free。 以下是本项目油漆系统的分类描述。备选系统须经工程师审核，才予以考虑。所 有材料均为无含硅材料。2.2.2. Primers:底漆：- Refer detail drawing 参见施工图2.2.3. Block Filler: single-component acrylic primer; minimum volume solids 43 percent; designed to fill porous surfaces of cured interior or exterior concrete and masonry surfaces.填料：单成分丙烯酸底漆，固体含量最少 43；用于经养护的混凝土和砖石多孔内外表面。2.2.4. Finish Paint Materials:面漆材料：1)Acrylic Dryfall: single-component, fast drying modified water-based acrylic resin; minimum volume solids 42 percent; spray-applied and falls dry within10 feet; fallout can be swept clean.快干丙烯酸面漆：单组分，快干型改性水基丙烯酸树脂，固体含量最少42；喷涂，10 英尺内快干，溅落物可作清扫处理。2)Acrylic Latex (Eggshell): single-component, 100 percent acrylic resin; minimum volume solids 32 percent; eggshell sheen. 丙烯酸乳胶漆（亚光）：单组分 100丙烯酸树脂，固体含量最少 32；亚光。3)Acrylic/Latex (Semi-gloss):single-component, 100 percent acrylic resin;minimum volume solids 30 percent; semi-gloss sheen. 丙烯酸乳胶漆（半光泽）：单组分 100丙烯酸树脂，固体含量最少 30； 半光泽。2.2.5. Accessory Materials: linseed oil, shellac, turpentine, paint thinners, and other materials not specifically indicated but required to achieve the finishes specified, of commercial quality per manufacturers recommendations.辅助材料：亚麻油、虫胶漆、松节油、油漆稀释剂，以及其它（未列出，但为了达到制造商品质要求所需的）材料。2.3COLORS色彩2.3.1Colors indicated on the Drawings of the Room Finish Schedule and Door andWindow Schedule.参照图纸所示的装修一览表和门窗一览表及说明。2.3.2Formulate colors with colorants free of lead and lead compounds.使用无铅着色剂，配制颜色。2.4PLASTERWORK抹灰工程2.4.1 Mock up is required and allowed starting the plaster after mock up approval by employer and employs representative.替代物是必须的并且抹灰工作的开始要在替代物得到雇主或者雇主代表的批准之后进行。2.4.2 All necessary steps must be taken, in particular through the choice of appropriate adhesive bridges, binding materials, grain size, consistence of the plaster sand and the preparation of the surfaces to be plastered, and the build up of the layers in order to ensure that the plasterwork remains permanently free of cracks or crazing.必须采取一些必要步骤，尤其是通过合适的黏合剂桥梁，胶结材料，颗粒尺寸和石膏砂稠度的选择以及需要抹灰的表面的准备工作，逐步建立的分层来确保抹灰工 程永久性无裂缝或裂纹。2.4.3 In accordance with the time of the year, all appropriate steps must be taken by the contractor to ensure that the plasterwork is not in any way damaged by humidity changes, the effects of frost or temperature changes, weather and climate.依照一年的时间，承包商必须采取所有合适的措施来确保抹灰工程不会因为湿度变化，霜冻天气或者温度变化的影响，天气和气候而有任何方式的损坏。2.4.4 Additions to the plaster may only be used if approved by the employer or the employers representative, and then only in strict accordance with the manufacturers instructions.添加的灰泥只有在雇主以及雇主代表认可后才能使用，并需要严格和制造说明书一致。2.4.5 Unsuitable surfaces for the application of the plasterwork, steel profiles, holes in the walls (building services) and slits in the thickness of the walls must be bridged over with proprietary bridging materials and metal profiles.表面不适用于抹灰工程的涂抹，钢材剖面，墙内孔（建设服务）和墙壁最厚部分的裂缝必须用专有的桥接材料和金属剖面桥接起来。2.4.6 The contractor has to use prefabricated metal profiles for plaster at all corners, change of wall materials, steel profiles, steel frames and so on. Plaster profiles have to be made of metal and must be accepted before construction.承包商需要用预制金属剖面于各角落抹灰，墙壁材料变化，钢材剖面，钢架等等。抹灰剖面要用金属来制造并在施工前得到认可。2.4.7 All later repair and additional plasterwork must be carried out in such a way that there are no visible changes in the material, the surface texture or any misalignments. The same is valid for any corrective work on imperfections or damaged areas during the construction period. If the contractor decides to use rough formwork for any of the concrete surfaces such as surfaces generally, undersides of slabs, undersides of staircases and landings, stair waists, columns etc. then these must be skim coated with an even finish free from surface imperfections. Joints between the stair flights and landings must be separated by using compressible foam strips.清水面混凝土不用抹灰。如果承包商决定使用粗糙的模板于任何混凝土表面，例如一般表面，厚板下侧，楼梯和楼梯平台的下侧，阶梯腰部，柱子等。那么这些表面需经过严格处理，如用腻子涂涂抹使之能在完成时看不出表面缺陷的。楼梯 段和楼梯平台间的节点必须要用可压缩的泡沫条分开。2.4.10 Areas which be subsequently tiled (WC and sanitary areas, cool rooms etc.) are to be plastered. The plaster must be suitable for the application of tiles using the method selected by the contractor (thin bed, adhesive etc.).接着平铺瓷砖的区域（厕所和卫生区域，冷却房等）需要被抹灰。抹灰必须适用于瓷砖的使用，方法由承包商选择（薄层，黏合剂等）2.4.11 Plaster on walls in the representative area and the walls in the office and similar rooms must be suitable for finishing with paintwork or for the application of wall coverings (wallpaper). Concrete surfaces if constructed with a smooth formwork may be skim as described above.有代表性的区域和办公室以及类似房间墙壁里的抹灰必须适合于之后的油漆工作或墙壁覆盖物的使用（墙纸）。混凝土表面如果由平滑的模板构成，可以用上述 涂上腻子的方法执行。2.4.12 Plaster on wall of the gypsum board or similar board is required to perform with strong enough steel mesh and special adhesives and make sure that plaster is constructed firmly without crack.石膏板墙壁或类似的板的抹灰必须用网状钢铁和特殊的黏合剂来执行，确保它被牢固的修建而没有任何裂缝。2.4.13 Further areas which must be finished with plasterwork due to fire protection requirements or because of other reasons (building services) must be calculated in the tender. All visible Brickwalls has to plastered.在投标中必须计划出由于防火器材或者其他原因（建设服务），更多区域必须要完成抹灰工程。外露砌块需粉刷。PART 3 EXECUTION第3部分施工3.1INSPECTION检验3.1.1. The Contractor shall leave surfaces intended to be painted in such a condition that only minor cleaning, sanding, and filling are required prior to surface preparation and painting.在表面处理与油漆作业开始前，承包商应对待漆表面进行适当处理，仅允许留有少量的表面清洗、打磨，以及填充工作。3.1.2. Verify that surfaces and substrate conditions are ready to receive work as instructed by the product manufacturer.核实表面与基底是否满足制造商规定的油漆条件3.1.3. Examine substrate surfaces scheduled to be painted before commencement of painting work. Report any condition that may potentially affect proper application.油漆作业开始前，按预定顺序检查基底表面。如发现任何可能影响油漆作业的情况，立即汇报。3.1.4.
