The international analysts predict that China will become the secondlargest contract states inferior to India in the world. To the government, SoftwareOutsourcing is also a trade form which is a priority to encourage. It is quitesignificant to improve the quality and efficiency in Chinese foreign trade andpromote the optimization and promotion of Chinese trade integral structure.The first part gives the necessary of choosing Software Outsourcing Servicesas the thesis introduces the trade about Software Outsourcing Services andsummarizes the studying of this thesis at home and abroad. The second partexposes the current situation and the favorable conditions of SoftwareOutsourcing Services trade in China. The third selectively analyzes main obstaclesin a course of development of Software Outsourcing Services trade in China.
