than half of them are children quoted in the Guardian 2011 The United Nations Commission on Human Rights UNHCR shows that the international solution on refugee problems generally uses three measures voluntary repatriation situ fusion and placing third country UNHCR 2011 internet In discussing current methods for displaced person are not effective enough Africa and Middle East has the most serious refugee problem This essay will discuss the refugees problem is not able to be solved by present system in Africa and Middle East Firstly it is known that Africa is the representative of the poor and war Because of the influence caused by the wars and natural disasters most of the citizens are homeless and a large number of person person 换成 people become to refugees In Somali widespread drought has caused the millions of refugees fleeing from the area According to the International Refugee Agency Statistics more than a third of the refugees are Somali whom now live in Sub Saharan Africa The Somali refugee camp which are built in Ethiopia and Kenya are unbearable heavy burden UNHCR 2012 internet The Ethiopia and Kenya governments are actively constructing new camps to receive Somali the lack of food children have to accept abuse in order to exchange for food On the one hand due to the mine the voluntary repatriation are seems not safety for refugees Most of Africa refugees home are destroyed by the warfare It is another obstacle for the voluntary repatriation On the other hand the economic income is low borrowing limits and the number of refugee is extensive The situ fusion seems not accord with realistic Because of third party for the quota is limited and some country s placement policy not appropriate can t satisfy the needs of most of the refugees For example refers to the Australian government policy the refugee will be detained indefinitely Transcultural Psychiatry 2007 This will inevitably lead to women and children among the refugees have psychological disease Hence the current system is not able to solve refugee in Africa effectively Moreover the political situation was turbulent and has the international events frequently in the Middle East This situation lead to a large number of nationals become to destitute and homeless In the past half century the flames of war continuously In Iraq because of the gulf war and the war in Iraq in 2003 Make Iraq become to the second largest number of displaced person s country According to UNHCR documented Iraqi data about 210000 Iraqi nationals live in the border region More than 1 55 million refugees are homelessness at the end of July 2010 2011 a internet Palestine is a war torn country It takes about 7 7 million of Palestinians become to displaced person 2011 b internet Most of the refugees were placed in the refugee camps Due to the terrorist attacks the Israeli government is started to attack the refugee camps A large number of Palestinian refugees died in the attack Because civil unrest 11000 Iraq refugees were placed in Australian after 2001 Australian government 2009 Ali is a refugee who was seated in Australian in 2003 Due to Australian government supported Ali was adapted to normal life in Australian and organized a new family Ali is a community police to promote the exchange of cultural diversity Thus present solution of refugee is able to play a certain effective Thus this essay was discussed the current solution whether or not get proper role in displaced person In summary although current solutions of refugee have not obtained the expected result but these methods still decrease some pressure It is believed that the present methods of refugee which are voluntary repatriation situ fusion and placed in the third country are possible rise to alleviate certainly action Along with the international society s constant attention the Middle East and Africa refugee problems are discussed In the near future the problem of refugees will get appropriate
