objectives of the Business Plan 业务计划的目标 The training needs of forecasted recruits 预期招募人员的培训 Job transfers or changes in operating systems where training may be required to enable the employees to carry out their new duties 工作转移或操作系统变更 要求培训员工适应新岗位工作 Any training requested by an individual 个人要求的任何培训 The requirement of position description interested parties and legal requirement 相关方和法律的要求 The details are logged in a Training Plan which is reviewed annually by Senior Management This Plan is flexible and may be amended where appropriate to do so 详细情况记录在培训计划培训计划中 由高层管理人员进行年度评审 这个计划是灵活的 可进行适当修 改 Senior Management retains copies of the Company Training Plan 高级管理人员保留公司培训计划的副本 In addition to the yearly planning cycle other training is organised to suit an identified need or to exploit a particular opportunity 除进行年度规划周期外 可以组织其它培训 适应确定的需求或特殊机遇 Any employee can apply to initiate training by completing a Training Request Evaluation Form and submitting this to their Departmental Manager The Departmental Manager together with the employee shall determine Pre Course Objectives and sign the Training Request Evaluation Form to indicate authorisation or shall seek authorisation from a Director if a substantial cost is involved If approved the Director shall sign the Form to indicate authorisation Once the training has been completed and evaluated for effectiveness the Post Course 通过填写培训申请 评价表 并提交给部门经理 任何员工均可申请进行培训 部门经理部门经理应和员 工一起确定课前目标 并签署培训申请培训申请 评价表评价表 表示授权 或如果涉及到较高成本 应得到主主 管管的授权 如被批准 该主管主管应在表格上签字表示授权 Objectives are agreed and the Training Request Evaluation Form and all other related forms shall be completed and filed in the Training Files 只要完成培训并评价效果 对课前目标达成一致 应完成培训申请培训申请 评价表评价表和其它相关表 并归 档在培训档案中 5 2 INDUCTION TRAINING 5 2 职前培训职前培训 All New Employees shall undergo induction training that includes awareness of Quality Assurance Work Instructions and Health this will be recorded on the individuals Training Vitae 必须让所有新员工熟悉适用的工作指导 并由部门培训人员签字 所有人员必须进行工作指导的 12 月进修 这将记录在个人培训履历表培训履历表上 5 3 3 Off The Job Training 5 3 3 脱岗培训脱岗培训 If training takes place off the job but in house e g Quality Awareness training all attendees shall sign the Record of Training Attendees A copy of the Record of Training Attendees shall be forwarded to the appropriate Departmental Manager who will update the Training Request as required This training shall be recorded on the individual s Training Vitae 如果待岗培训时 即质量意识培训 所有受训人员应在受训人员记录表上签字 应给相应的部门 经理提交一份培训人员记录的副本 该部门经理应按需要更新培训要求 评价表 这种培训应记 录在员工的培训履历表培训履历表上 5 3 4 External or Bought In Training 5 3 4 外部或外部或 Bought inBought in 培训培训 It is requirements changes in the Law and Legislation must be accounted for 注 当评估培训要求时 应考虑法律和立法的变化 The Departmental Manager shall ensure that all attendees sign the Training Record and this shall be
