temp L5 All the above conditions are fulfilled start the electric heating 1 4 2 Conditions for stop auxiliary electric heating A Forced defrost condition B Water tank temp water tank set temp C Water tank temp 50 Meet one of the above condition stop auxiliary electric heating Notice when L5 set to 0 no electric heating 1 5 Defrosting without the change of the parameters the system default for the following process of defrost if modify the defrost process do as the modified parameters Forced defrost the system is under hot water heating and start the compressor press the for 8 secs put off the pressing after hearing a honk sound enter the force defrost when the defrost reach to the set time or temperature the system quit the forced defrost then enter the hot water heating 1 5 1 Conditions for entering defrosting Products Manual PAGE 11 A The total heating time of the compressor is 45mins h1 45 settable and the constant running is over 6mins B The coil temperature of the outside heat exchanger is lower than 1 h2 1 settable The system meet the above condition A and B enter the defrosting from starting defrosting to stop defrosting the LCD display the defrosting symbol when defrosting open the four way expansion valve start the compressor and stop the fan Running state compressor off fan off four way valve 50S delay off then compressor 40s delay on 1 5 2 Conditions for move your finger when hearing the honk sound enter the forced cooling press the on off key to quit the forced cooling or under the cooling condition press the key for more than 8s change the mode from cooling to heating 1 9 Running automatically Products Manual PAGE 12 With no panel or the panel damaged test the system for 3mins every time compressor off then start 3mins delay VII Protection 1 Compressor 3mins delay protecting on off time is 3mins every time compressor restart time is 3mins delay 2 High pressure protecting when the high pressure switch off last for 6s output off alarm show the fault code and the high pressure switch is connected stop the alarm the system can restart if within 1hour there are 3 times for high pressure off output off alarm show the fault code the system can t restart 3 Sensor fault sensor produce the fault open circuit or short circuit all the output off display all the fault code when the sensor recover and close the unit works normally 4 Anti freezing protecting 1 when the unit off the ambient temp 5 the water tank 2 start compressor system runs as the set process until the water tank reach 12 the system stop running and recover to power off 2 when the unit on and with the function of the circulating pump the ambient temperature 5 if the compressor stop for more than 15mins the circulating pump start running 30s VIII Installation Instruction 1 Host Unit A The main power supply switch should be placed far way from Children to avoid danger B The heat pump should be installed at well ventilated place to make sure good heat exchange C Please cut off power supply if the heat pump is long time no use D Do not wipe the unit with corrosive cleaner or pour water or other liquid on the unit E The connection between the host and water tank must be located no more than 5meters F The operation panel should be better to have waterproof and moisture proof measures so as not to affect the normal work G In order to avoid the inconveniences caused by the noise or vibration the heat pump should be placed far away from main living area such as the living room bedroom study ect H Do not install the equipment in the flammable field I The total pipe length between host and water tank should be less than 5m the altitude difference between host and water tank should be less than 3m If exceeds above numbers during installation will lead to overload of water pump and insufficient circulating water cause the high pressure protection of host Note If water tank is installed on top to supply water for below rooms the water tank must be installed with a negative pressure relief Products Manual PAGE 13 valve otherwise the water tank will have the risks to be suck flat 2 Water Tank a Water tank can be installed outdoors such as balconies roofs floors and can also be installed indoor water tank must ground mounted The installation places mush be a solid foundation must be able to bear 500kg of weight can not be hung on the wall b Water tank accessories as well as water pipes and hot water pipes interface installed with valves Note The water tank outlet must connected with PPR pipe which is more than 1 5m Products Manual PAGE 14 The total pipe length between host and water tank should be less than 5m the altitude difference between host and water tank should be less than 3m If exceeds above numbers during installation will lead to overload of water pump and insufficient circulating water cause the high pressure protection of host If water tank is installed above heat pump host the breather valve is requested 3 Electrical connection Put the water tank temperature probe into the middle level probe tube of the water tank and fixed it 4 Water lines connection A Connect the water pipes to heat pump unit the water pipes should have soft connector and support to protect the heat pump unit from stress B Install the pipes according to local and national rules the pipe washing and insulation should be done before connecting to heat pump C Do not connect the pipe with heat pump before pipe washing and clean D During the pipe connection install the automatic or manual exhaust valve at the top of the pipe line system E After clean and air tight test of water inlet and outlet pipes need to make good wrap of Insulation layer for the pipes to avoid heat conduct F Untreated water or inappropriately treated water will lead to low efficiency operation of the heat pump and may destroy the pipes and cause rusting corrosion and scaling inside the unit G In o
