1、 国外标准现状国外的栅栏相关标准较国内相关标准数量较多，由于栅栏的材料种类多、用途广泛，因此标准从材料和使用场合来细致进行规范。ISO、欧盟（EN）、美国材料与试验协会（ASTM）、英国（BS）、日本（JIN）都有单独或系列的栅栏标准。如英国和欧盟分别有系列的栅栏标准，如BS 1722栅栏系列有18个部分，EN 10223栅栏用钢丝和钢丝制品系列标准共有7个部分。最为系统的就是美国材料与试验学会（ASTM）成立了ASTMF14栅栏标准技术委员会，并细化分了8个分技术委员会，分别是：f14.10专用产品分技术委员会、f14.15其他栅栏系统和组件分技术委员会、 f14.30硬质聚合材料栅栏系统分技术委员会、f14.35建筑用金属栅栏系统分技术委员会、 f14.40链环栅栏及丝网配件分技术委员会、 f14.50安全围栏和周边屏障分技术委员会、 f14.90安装施工分技术委员会、 f14.91产品评价分技术委员会；目前该技术委员会已经发布了36项，正在制定的标准有16项。分别从栅栏的材质和应用场所等方面制定了相关产品标准和安装规程。F14.91 AwardsF14.90 ExecutiveF14.50 High Security Fences and Perimeter BarriersF14.40 Chain Link Fence and Wire AccessoriesF14.35 Architectural Metal Fence SystemsF14.30 Rigid Polymer Fence SystemsF14.15 Other Fence Systems and Components 目前所查到的国外相关标准的详细内容列入下表：标准号标准名称英文名称ISO 7900-2006栏栅用钢丝和金属丝制品.锌和锌合金包覆的刺钢丝Steel wire and wire products for fences -
