HDS AMS 系列存储系统 日常维护说明 一 HDS 存储系统外观 1 正面面板图 正常状态下 READY 灯 绿 和 POWER 灯 绿 常亮 任何部件出现问题时 WARNING 灯 橙 常亮 出现报警蜂鸣声 2 正面内部图 带有白色条码标签的是硬盘 其他为哑盘 硬盘下面是电池模块和系统开关 3 电池模块图 电池模块开启时 在意外断电状态下为 Cache 供电 保证 Cache 中未写入 硬盘的数据在一定时间内不丢失 不过 当电池耗尽后 Cache 将失去保护 所以 应注意在如要长时间关闭存储系统时一定要关闭电池开关 4 正面状态灯图 正常情况下硬盘绿灯闪亮 硬盘红灯不亮 硬盘红灯亮时 说明硬盘出现故障 5 背面图 二 HDS 存储系统开关机顺序 关机步骤关机步骤 停止主机端使用存储资源 确保没有数据存取的应用 关闭系统开关 关闭背面两个电源开关 关闭两个电池开关 开机步骤开机步骤 打开两个电池开关 打开背面两个电源开关 直到 POWER 状态灯常亮 打开系统开关 直到 Ready 灯常亮 三 维护操作 对 HDS 存储系统的维护可以通过观察设备状态灯 观察状态灯能直观的看 到通常的基本物理故障 正面面板上 WARNING 灯亮时说明有设备出现问题 硬 盘红灯亮时说明硬盘出现问题 如要进一步明确故障信息 则要通过 web tools 查看存储设备状态 HDS 存储系统两控制器默认的管理地址分别为 Controller 0 为 192 168 0 16 Controller 1 为 192 168 0 17 1 打开 IE 或 Netcape 浏览器 在地址栏内输入连接的控制器的 IP 地址 主页如下 1 Version frame Web Title A Web title set by a user is displayed as it is When it is not set nothing is displayed Serial No The subsystem serial number is shown CTL Shows the number of the Controller to which the Web is connected IP The IP Address of the controller where it was connected is shown Ver The version of the Microprogram of the device is shown 2 Menu frame If the function of the Normal Mode is displayed with the menu frame and clicked the proper function is executed Main The Main screen of the Normal Mode is displayed Parts Information The status of the exchange parts is displayed Warning Information The fault information that was detected during the status of the device information are displayed Information Message The fault information that was detected during the device operation and the status of the device information are displayed Simple Trace Version frame Menu frame Main frame A window for collecting the Simple trace is displayed CTL Alarm Trace A window for collecting the CTL Alarm trace is displayed NAS Log The window collecting the NAS Log is displayed NAS Dump The window generating the NAS Dump is displayed Buzzer Volume The screen that the Buzzer Volume is set up is displayed Page Refresh Mode The mode for setting turning on or off of the automatic display function is displayed 3 Main frame Subsystem Status The status of the device and the status of the exchange parts are displayed Progress Condition The Progress Condition as the device booting is displayed 1 Patrol Lamp Image Status Black During the start Blue Normal Yellow Warning status Red Alarm status 2 Display of Progress Condition Patrol Lamp Summary of exchange parts status Progress Condition display box The Progress Condition as the device booting is displayed 3 Summary of Exchange Parts Status Backup Battery Unit Image Status Blue Normal Red Backup Battery Unit error Power Unit Image Status Blue Normal Red Power Unit error ENC Unit Image Status Green Normal Red ENC Unit error Fan Assembly Image Status Black Normal Red Fan Assembly error Disk Drive FC Image Status Blue Normal Red Disk Drive error Control Unit Image Status Green Normal Red Control Unit error Cache Unit Image Status Green Normal Red Cache Unit error Fibre Loop Image Status Blue Normal Red Fibre Loop error Path Loop Image Status Orange Normal Red Path Loop error Host Connector Image Status Gray Normal Red
