Eachofwhomforatwo yearterm HouseseatsarebasedonthepopulationofindividualStatesNormallyaHouseconstituencywouldrepresentaround500 000people TheSenate EachstatehastwoSenators regardlessofpopulation and sincethereare50states thenthereare100senators EachSenatorservesforsixyearsSenateElectionsareheldinNovemberinevennumberedyears Onlyone thirdoftheSenateseatsareupforelectioninanyoneyear TheSupremeCourt TheSupremeCourtisthehighestcourtintheUnitedStates Itcandeclareanylaworexecutiveactionasunconstitutional andthereforenotallowed TheSupremeCourthasamuchmore political
