All localities and departments to the village and no unauthorised created一、编制依据序号标准名称标准编号1设计图纸2蒸压加气混凝土建筑应用技术规程JGJ/T17-20083蒸压加气混凝土砌块建筑构造03J1044砌体工程施工质量验收规范GB50203-20025建筑工程施工质量评价标准GB /T50375-20066施工现场临时用电安全技术规范JGJ4620057建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范JGJ80-918建筑工程冬期施工规程JGJ104-979砌体基本力学性能试验方法标准GBJ129-9010砌体工程现场检测技术标准GB/T50315-200011中型砌块建筑设计与施工规程 JGJ5-8012砌筑砂浆配合比设计规程JGJ98-2000J6-200013砌筑水泥GB/T3183-200314蒸压加气混凝土砌块GB/T11968200615建筑用砂GB/T14684-2001二、工程概况柏乡县医院扩建住工程属于框剪结构;住院部9层;建筑高度:41.05m;标准层层高:3.60m ;东医技三层建筑高度13.95m.西医技两层建筑高度10.05m.总建筑面积23327.06(包括门诊部) 本工程由 柏乡县卫生局投资建设,深圳市建筑设计研究总院设计,河北方舟监理有限公司监理,河北世达建设集团工程有限公司组织施工;。三、加气混凝土砌块概述:蒸压加气混凝土砌块是以水泥、石灰、砂、粉煤灰、铝粉等为原料,经磨细、计量配料、搅拌浇注、发气膨胀、蒸压养护、静停切割、成品贮存等工序制造而成的具有质轻、高强、耐久、保温、隔音、防火、抗渗、锚固性能好轻质混凝土砌块。适用于建筑工程中内、外墙体的砌筑。,根据配料的不同,又可分为:水泥-石灰-粉煤灰加气砼,水泥-石灰-灰砂加气砼,水泥-石灰-(粉煤灰+砂)混合型加气砼。灰砂加气块性能相对要好,市场上主要是混合型加气砼四、材料要求1.加气混凝土块:采用200mm或100mm厚的加气混凝土块,强度等级A5.0,干容重(干密度)为7.5KNm3。2.水泥:用32.5级普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥,新鲜无结块。3.砂:用中砂,含泥量不超过5%,使用前过5mm孔径的筛。4.胶粘剂:用聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(即107胶)。5.其它混凝土块、木砖、6钢筋、锚固铁板(75mm50mm2mm),铁扒钉等。五、主要机具设备1.机械设备:砂浆搅拌机、塔式起重机、施工电梯等。2.主要工具:瓦刀、小撬棍、木锤、线坠、灰槽、手推胶轮车以及砌块夹具等。五、作业条件1.砌筑前,墙基层应经验收合格;砌筑加气混凝土墙部位的楼地面、灰渣杂物及高出部分应清除干净。2.现场存放场地应夯实、平整、不积水,码放应整齐,堆置高度不宜超过1.8m。装运过程轻拿轻放,避免损坏。并尽量减少二次倒运3.在结构墙、柱上弹好+500mm标高水平线、加气混凝土墙立边线、门口位置线。4.做好地面垫层:在砌块墙底部,厨房、厕所必需浇筑200mm高C20砼;其他墙体底部用细石砼或砂浆找平。5安装拉结筋(植筋法)6.砌筑前1d,应将加气混凝土砌块及与原结构相接处,洒水湿润,以保证砌体良好粘结。六、施工操作工艺1 工艺流程:墙体放线拉结筋制作安装砼防水反边及找平制备砂浆砌块排列铺砂浆砌块就位校正镶砖竖缝灌砂浆勾缝2墙体放线:砌体施工前,应将基础面或楼层结构面按标高找平,依据砌筑图放出第一皮砌块的轴线、砌体边线和洞口线。3砌筑墙体时,蒸压加气混凝土砌块的生产龄期应超过15天。为减少施工中的现场切锯工作量,避免浪费,便于备料,加气混凝土砌块砌筑前均应进行砌块排列设计。 在砌筑位置放出墙身边线,以砌块每皮高度制作皮数杆,并竖立于墙的两端,皮数杆宜立于墙体转角处,且相距不应大于15m。构造柱及腰梁应与主体框架同时现浇完成。加气混凝土砌块砌筑时,砌块含水率宜 15%,如砌块干燥,应在砌筑前向砌筑面适量浇水。禁止用水管对着砌块淋水,宜用小勺浇水,浇水量控制方法:A,砌块渗水深度小于8MM;B,手摸有润泽感。在砌块墙底部应用小块实心砌块砌筑或C20细石混凝土脚坎,其高度宜不小于200mm。不同干密度和强度等级的加气混凝土不应混砌。加气混凝土砌块也不得与其他砖、砌块混砌。但在墙底、墙顶局部采用小块实心砖和多孔砖砌筑不视为混砌。灰缝应横平竖直,砂浆饱满。水平灰缝厚度为8-12mm ,最大不得大于15mm。竖向灰缝宜用内外临时夹板夹住后灌缝,其宽度不得大于20mm。水平缝饱满度大于90%,竖缝饱满度大于80%。砌块墙的转角处,应隔皮纵、横墙砌块相互搭砌错缝,上下皮搭接长度不宜小于砌块长度的1/3,并不应小150mm。砌块墙的T字交接处,应使横墙砌块隔皮端面露头,见图1-2。砌到接近上层梁、板底约200mm,待下部砌体沉缩。在抹灰前(间隔时间不少于7天),宜用灰砂砖或其他实心砖斜砌挤紧,砖倾斜度为60度左右,砂浆应饱满。砌体填充墙应沿柱(剪力墙)高每隔500配置26mm的钢筋与墙体拉结.拉筋深入墙内的长度,抗震措施采用的设防烈度7.8.9度时,拉筋沿墙长贯通;6度时楼梯间和疏散通道的填充墙拉筋沿墙全长贯通,其它墙体拉筋不应小于墙长的1/5且不小于1000.地面以下(B1层及以下)的填充墙拉筋按6度要求.在砌筑砌块时,将此拉结钢筋伸出部分埋置于砌块墙的水平灰缝中。建议拉结筋采取按照实际排砖位置钻孔(深度100以上),灌胶插筋。墙长大于5m时,墙顶与梁(板)应有拉结.墙长大于8m或超过层高两倍时,应设置钢筋混凝土构造柱,构造柱间距不大于4m.墙高度超过4m(厚度小于等于120的墙高度超过3m)墙体半高处(一般结合门窗洞口上方过梁位置)应设置于柱(剪力墙)连接且沿墙全场贯通的钢筋混凝土水平系梁(圈梁),梁截面为墙厚Hx150,水平系梁遇过梁时,分别按截面,配筋较大者设置.支撑在悬臂梁或悬臂板上的墙体,墙端及外墙应设置构造柱,构造柱的间距不大于3m.当墙体与框架柱紧贴时,框架柱位置应设GZ,并在框架柱(梁)内沿GZ高度方向设置6200的钢筋并与GZ牢靠拉结.在宽度大于2m的洞口两侧,重型门(厂房门,车库门,人防门,及门洞口宽度大于1.5m的安全门和防火门)的两侧,长度超过2.5m的独立墙体的端部,应设置构造柱.当洞口墙跺的宽度小于200时,应按构造柱施工.窗洞高度超过2.4m且其后无横墙支撑的窗间墙,应在窗间墙两侧设置构造柱;当后面无横墙支撑的窗间墙宽度小于600时,应按混凝土窗间墙施工.窗间墙混凝土强度等级取C20,纵筋10200的一级钢且双排布置,箍筋6200.高层建筑的楼梯间填充墙构造柱间距不应大于层高且不大于4m.本工程除注明者外,构造柱截面取墙厚200,纵筋4根10mm的二级钢,箍筋6200的一级钢,施工时先砌墙后浇构造柱,在上下楼层梁相应位置预留纵筋与构造柱纵筋连接.填充墙与构造柱交接处,应设墙体拉筋,拉筋伸入墙内的长度要求同上.楼梯间和疏散通道的填充墙,应采取镀锌钢丝网砂浆面层加强.钢丝材质性能不低于Q235-B,直径不小于2mm,网孔不大于2525.钢丝网与墙体之间应设置不锈钢钉连接,锚入基层4050牢固固定;钢钉应按梅花形布置,间距不大于400400.钢丝网需连接接长时,搭接长度不小于200,并加密钢钉.砌体洞口净宽不小于700时,应采用钢筋混凝土过梁.当洞顶距时,改用下挂板代替过梁,下挂板宜后浇,当洞侧与柱,抗震墙距离小于过梁支承长度a时,柱、墙应在相应位置预留连接钢筋. 过 梁 表洞口净跨lL10001000l15001500l20002000l25002500l30003000l3500梁高H120120150180240300支撑长度a180240240370370370面筋210210210212112112底筋210212214214216216后砌外墙窗台处,应设置现浇钢筋混土带,截面为墙厚60,内配210mm的三级钢进行水平拉结,分布筋6mm200,水平钢筋深入两端墙体内不小于180.楼梯间及门厅的填充墙应采用钢丝网砂浆面层加强.加气混凝土砌块墙上不得留脚手眼。切锯砌块应使用专用工具(锯),不得用斧或瓦刀任意砍劈。墙上孔洞需要堵塞时,应用经切锯而成的异型砌块和加气混凝土修补砂浆填堵,不得用其他材料塞堵(如碎砖、混凝土或普通砂浆等)。砌筑时每皮砌块均须拉基准线,灰缝要求横平竖直。每一块砌块全长上铺满砂浆,铺浆要厚薄均匀,浆面平整,保证灰缝厚度。铺浆后立即放置砌块,要求一次摆正找平。如不立即放置砌块(只可上下按放,不可左右推动),砂浆凝固了,须铲去砂浆,重新砌筑。竖缝严禁用水冲浆灌缝,可采用挡板堵缝法填满、捣实、刮平,也可采用其他能保证竖缝 砂浆饱满的方法。随砌随将灰缝钩成深的凹缝。砌体的转角处和交接处的各方向砌体应同时砌筑。对不能同时砌筑而又必须留置的临时间处,应按图1-4的要求留置斜槎。接槎时,应先清理基面、浇适度水润湿,然后铺浆接砌,并做到灰缝饱满。埋入砌体内部的拉结钢筋,应设置正确、平直,其预留拉结外露部分在施工中不得任意弯折。 浇注钢筋混凝土圈梁前应清理基面,扫除灰渣,圈梁模板应润湿,而圈梁下砌体适当洒水浇水,然后浇注。设计无规定时,不得有集中荷载直接作用在加气混凝土墙上,否则,应设置梁垫或采取其他措施。穿越墙体的水管要严防渗漏。穿墙、附墙或埋入墙内的铁件应做防腐处理。任何情况下严禁在加气块墙体上任意打凿开槽埋管,必须用无齿锯切割,暗埋安装管并打压后随即用砂浆填实抹平后表面挂钉钢丝网。4 制配砂浆:按设计要求的砂浆品种、强度制配砂浆,配合比应由试验室确定,采用重量比,计量精度为水泥2%,砂、灰膏控制在5%以内,应采用机械搅拌,搅拌时间不少于1.5min。砂浆强度必须低于砼强度。5 铺砂浆:将搅拌好的砂浆,通过吊斗、灰车运至砌筑地点,在砌块就位前,用大铲、灰勺进行分块铺灰,较小的砌块量大铺灰长度不得超过1500mm。6 砌块就位与较正:砌块砌筑前一天应进行浇水湿润,冲去浮尘,清除砌块表面的杂物后方可吊、运就位。砌筑就位应先远后近、先下后上、先外后内;每层开始时,应从转角处或定位砌块处开始;应吊砌一皮、校正一皮,皮皮拉线控制砌体标高和墙面平整度。砌块安装时,起吊砌块应避免偏心,使砌块底面能水平下落;就位时由人手扶控制,对准位置,缓慢地下落,经小撬棒微撬,用托线板挂直、核正为止。7 砌筑镶砖:用普通粘土砖镶砌前后一皮砖,必须选用无横裂的整砖,顶砖镶砌,不得使用半砖。8 竖缝灌砂浆:每砌一皮砌块,就位校正后用砂浆灌垂直缝,随后进行灰缝的勒缝(原浆勾缝),深度一般为35mm,当垂直缝大于30mm时必须采用细石砼灌实。9.砌到接近上层梁、板底部时,应用普通粘土砖斜砌挤紧,砖的倾斜度约为600左右,砂浆应饱满密实。(必须在7天以后)10 砌块与门口的联结:当采用后塞口,将预制好埋有木砖或铁件的混凝土块,按洞口高度2m以内每边砌筑三块,洞口高度大于2m时,每边砌筑四块,安装门框时用手电钻在边框预先钻出钉孔,然后用钉子将木框与混凝土内预埋木砖钉牢。12 加气混凝土砌块墙每天砌筑高度不宜超过1.5m,加气混凝土砌块墙砌至梁底预留200mm,待验收合格,一周后方可进行顶砌,顶砌砂浆必须饱满。13加气混凝土砌块做好强度、含水量等检测项目,进场后必须采用帆布盖好,避免下雨时淋湿砌块。七、质量标准(一)保证项目1.使用的加气混凝土块及原材料的品种、强度等级(标号)必须符合设计要求;加气混凝土块的质量应满足GB/T119682006有关材料技术性能指标,并有出厂合格证。2.砂浆的品种、强度必须符合设计要求;砌体砂浆必须饱满密实,砂浆的平均强度不小于fmk,其中任意一组试块的强度不小于0.75 f
