Students will be able to learn a life lesson that determination is vital to success.Teaching ProceduresStep 1 Lead-in 1. Play a guessing game. (Introduce the achievements of Mayun and ask the students to guess “who he is?”. )设计意图: 1) 引入话题。2) 介绍马云的一些成就，为课后的写作任务做好一方面的铺垫。3）复习词汇：enterpriser, founder, former, awarded as, honored as, chosen as.Step 2 Talk about appearance1. Show some pictures of Mayun and encourage the students to describe his appearance.2.
