综合素质面试意在使学生的综合素养在通过导师与学生面对面沟通的过程中全面的展示出来。这些综合素养包括：继续深造专业的专业素养(专业知识掌握的程度)、辨别综合事物所表现出的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力等。 除了这些，面对面的接触会留下很多的软效果，攀谈的过程中导师会对你的性格、兴趣、特长、思想道德素质等观察入微，最后会通过这些综合的表现，判定你是否具有再接受培养的潜质，即最后的分数。 对于即将走出校门的大学生来说，基本上没有什么面试的经验，所以对于考研的复试就会觉得无从下手，倍感紧张，下面就针对广大考生的这一现象，谈一下如何在复试中应对综合素质的面试，希望能为广大考生起到抛砖引玉的效果！ 一、面试的形式 面试，简而言之，面对面的交谈；深而言之，这一次简单的谈话，就成了你人生转折点上的方向标。 面试的考官一般是几位本专业的导师组成，学生分好组后按照一定的顺序先后进入教室接受面试。像北京大学在复试面试前都会提前在教室门上贴上一张计划表，相同专业的考生会在同一组里面接受面试。 二、面试的内容 1.在面试之前最好准备一段干练的自我介绍，如果报考研究生专业还是本科专业的延续，内容可以包含在本专业中已经取得的成果和心得，自己的爱好、兴趣等能够迅速让老师锁定你的信息。在内容的准备上要务实，实事求是，浪漫主义色彩在这里就显得不切合主题了。 2.老师在面试过程中有可能提出的问题有：为什么报考本专业，读研后在相关领域的短期、长期规划是什么等，这样问的目的主要是想了解你是否清楚自身条件和所要选择的前途之间的关系，对本专业的忠诚度等。所以，在知道自己初试成绩过线的时候，就在这方面准备一下，未雨绸缪。 虽然导师众多，也不必产生紧张的心理，平常心态从容回答想表达的内容就好。接受提问后不必匆忙回答，最好稍加思考，揣摩一下老师提问这个问题的用意，在脑中迅速按照逻辑关系组织答案，切记稳重前行。因为这一个简简单单的提问，不仅仅是在考察你的专业知识掌握的程度，更重要的是在考察你在遇见问题的时候，分析问题就、解决问题的能力，这就决定了你在导师门下的去留，希望备考的考生予以重视。 三、仪表、仪容 仪表简单的说就是人的外表，包含人的容貌、姿态、举止、风度、衣着、修饰等方面。都说肢体语言是人类的第二大语言，它是个人涵养和修养的外在表现。风度是指举止行为、接人待物时，一个人的德才学识等各方面的内在修养的外在表现。 复试面试虽然不比找工作的面试，要求每位应试者穿正装，但是希望每位考生着装上也要做下考究，男生应该尽量穿西服或者比较正式的服装，注意服装、鞋子、头发的干净整洁；女生千万不要穿紧身衣或者短裙，打扮得体，适当的化淡妆，展现最真实的一面。这里关键是提醒大家要注意穿着，不能太过于随便，要让老师有被尊重的感觉，更有利于整体的气氛把握 四、面试礼节 1、动作得体 在复试之前，一定要明白自己在紧张的时候，有哪些动作，然后把它戒除掉。在进复试房间时，一定要保持抬头挺胸的姿态和饱满的精神，不要与人交谈时频繁地耸肩，手舞足蹈，左顾右盼，坐姿歪斜，晃动双腿等，这都是不好的身体语言，总之，手势不宜过多，需要时适度配合表达。 2、礼貌当先 细节往往透露出你的不足之处，因此礼貌在整个面试过程中尤为重要。进门的时候一定要敲门，然后很有礼貌的表示对老师的尊重，鞠躬比较好，或者对着各位老师说声“老师好！”在进面试室之前一定要先把手机关闭或者调成震动状态。面试结束后，一定要站起身，向老师笑着说声再见，摆好因自己起身而弄歪的椅子，细节决定成败，你的这一表现，无疑会为你增添砝码。 3、谈吐清晰 面试时认真听老师的提问，认真思考后思路清晰的回答问题，注意语速不要过快，适当的语速会让别人感到舒服，觉得听你的讲话是一种享受，而且自己也会消除紧张的感觉。 4、态度诚恳 在专业问题上，老师一般不会提出非常难的问题，通常会让你对一些学术前沿问题、热点问题、专业发展趋势问题以及专业领域的经典论著发表一下自己的看法，有一些专业可能会联系社会问题让你从专业角度进行阐述。这需要在平时多积累，扩大知识面，有意识地训练自己从专业的角度看待问题，形成自己的见解。对于问题的回答要有理有据，用辩证的方法全面看待问题。如果真的遇到自己实在不会的问题，那就如实的和老师说，自己以后再学，因为在导师眼里开诚布公的态度更重要，知识可以上研后慢慢学，态度的转变却并非易事。 5.目光肯定 面试时，考生应当与导师保持目光接触，以表示对导师的尊重。目光接触的技巧是，目光肯定的盯住导师的鼻梁处，每次15秒左右，然后自然地转向其他地方，例如望向导师的手，办公桌等其他地方，然后隔30秒左右，又再望向导师的双眼鼻梁处。切忌目光犹疑，躲避闪烁，这是缺乏自信的表现。 在整个面试过程中，注意不要紧张，表述要简洁、清晰、自信、幽默等，同时注意观察导师的表情变化，也就是做到察言观色，尽快掌握导师感兴趣的在哪些方面，再根据事先的准备做着重表达。切记：在与导师的意见不一致时，不要据理力争，那会导致一时“嘴巴上的快活”而满盘皆输，要知道生死大权皆掌握在导师手上，即使你不同意他的看法，也不能直接给予反驳。根据笔者的了解以及历届考研学生的反馈，在英语口试中，一般会涉及以下几个话题：自我介绍，家庭成员、家乡、原来的院校，考研原因，未来规划（学习、职业）。笔者对这些话题进行梳理，希望广大考生有所了解并做好充分的准备，顺利通过英语口试。 1. 自我介绍篇（重点）。基本上每个院校每个专业的口试中都会涉及这一方面。考官其实是要借此了解你的口头表达能力以及你的报名表之外的一些信息。自我介绍时间以2-3分钟为宜。思路要清楚，要突出重点，口语尽量流利（不要太流利了，有背诵之嫌） 1） 考官要求你作自我介绍时，不要用let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重复、啰嗦。开头可以只用一句话引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here.然后就可以进入主题，介绍姓名、年龄等等。 2） 自我介绍的主体内容。 姓名。介绍自己姓名时，发音一定要准（南方考生要多加注意）。 年龄。年龄可以跟在姓名后带过（I am XXX, 25 years old）。 原来的院校、专业。注意：一定要把原来学校的英文名称、专业的英文名称弄清楚（尤其是跨校、跨专业的学生）。所属的公司、职位。注意：在职考生则应将自己公司、自己职位/职称的英文名称弄明白。 性格、能力。可以着重强调你的个性对你报考的专业有何积极的作用。如果报考的是学术性的专业，可以说自己细心（carefully，detail-oriented）、条理分明（logical）、踏实（steady）等；如果是研究性、应用性更强一点的专业，可以说自己负责（responsible）、可靠（dependable）、有效率（efficient）等。 其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容词有：active, aggressive(有进取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善于分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主见的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一丝不苟的), temperate等等。 在职考生或有过工作经验的考生还可以强调一下你的工作成绩，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation. 爱好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. 除了强调你的学习的重视，同时也要避免给考官一种“书呆子”的感觉。一般可以从体育、音乐、电影等方面来说，同时要简单说明这些爱好对你的积极意义（build my body, relax myself, open my mind）；注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的爱好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。 你对报考的专业有兴趣（be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with），可适当举出一些例子，如经常看相关的书籍、论文、文章、新闻等。在职考生可以强调知识教育对工作的影响： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. Thats why I long for entering your prestigious university. 3） 结束时可以用说：Thats all about me. / Well, thats who I am. Thanks for your attention. 2. 家庭、家乡、学校篇。考官其实是要通过你的家庭、家乡或学校来了解你的成长的环境。 1） 家庭。需要注意的是，考官并不是为了做人口调查而提出这个问题的，所以应该避免流水账似地介绍家庭成员；要尽量说明家人（尤其是父母）对你造成哪些方面（性格、职业规划、做事风格等）良好的影响。可以参考以下句式结构：Just like my father, I am especially interested in history. / Though my father is an ordinary worker, his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me. 2） 家乡。正所谓“一方水土养育一方人”，考官实际上是想从你对家乡的介绍中找出有关你性格、志向的线索。可以从历史、历史人物、著名景点、独特风俗或特产等方面来简单介绍，注意要表达热爱家乡的情感。 3） 学校。如果是本校考生的话，在自我介绍中就可以点到（拉近跟考官的关系）。如果是外校，考官通常会问：Why did you choose our university? 那么我们就可以说说它与报考院校之间的异同，然后说明为什么你选择这个学校（I do love the atmosphere in your university.
