and poison degree of chemical medium in pressure vessel 3 Material 3 1 All material of nonstandard equipment in this project shall be selected as per data sheet 3 2 Material of all parts touched process medium and welded with equipment body shall be the same as the material of equipment shell 3 3 Heat exchanger tubes of tubular heat exchanger select seamless tube with high or higher precision degree The material of heat exchanger shall be according to the following standard GB13296 1991 seamless steel pipe for boiler and heat exchanger GB T8163 1999 seamless steel pipe for liquid transmission 4 Technical requirement for equipment structure 4 1 All bolt hole on the connection flange shall be straddle arranged 4 2 All spare nozzles shall be assembled with blindflange bolt nut and gasket 4 3 Nozzle stand out length comply with data sheet If there hasn t other requirement comply with 5 3 3 paragraph in HG20583 1998 4 4 Equipment man hand hole shall set up by data sheet Unless other requirement man hole on equipment top shall be horizontal davit cover type Manhole on equipment side shall be vertical davit cover type 4 5 At lest one earth lug shall be installed on each equipment The height of installation is 120mm from bottom of baseplate to centerline of earth lug Material should be used 0Cr18Ni9 4 6 Heat exchanger a Tube bundle in heat exchanger shall be class I And mark it in technical data sheet b Connection between heat exchange tube and tube sheet shall be strength welding and expanded Connection between tube sheet and shell shall be penetration welding by argon arc welding render Nondestructive inspection shall be done on surface of welding joint 5 Other requirement 5 1 The strength rigid and stability of all pressure parts should be calculated as per relative standard 5 2 Penetration welding process must be used for all butt welding joints All welding joints must be consecutive and no slag and air hole 5 3 All normal vessels that their medium is deadliness and high danger shall refer GB150 to design manufacture and inspect Penetration welding process must be used for all butt welding joints And 100 Nondestructive inspect shall be used and satisfied RT III 5 4 Leaking testing must be set up for the vessels that their process medium is deadliness and high danger or flammable and explosive 5 5 All seams of inside surface shall be ground smooth 5 6 After manufactured the interior surface must be polished including baffle and bolt nut 5 7 After manufactured the equipment made of stainless steel by should be cleaned remov
