winding up and or liquidation of the Member s affairs 4 the filing of a petition in any involuntary bankruptcy case that is not dismissed or suspended under the federal bankruptcy laws 5 the commencement by a Member of a voluntary case under any applicable Debtor Relief Law 6 the written admission of a Member that the Member is unable to pay the Member s debts as they become due 7 the consent by any Member to the entry of an order for relief in any involuntary case or to the appointment of or the taking of possession by a receiver liquidator assignee custodian conservator trustee or similar agent under Debtor Relief Law for the Member or for any substantial portion of the Member s assets or 8 the making by a Member of any general assignment for the benefit of creditors g 破产破产
