dangerof unemployment.The mostdirect reasonof thehuge unemploymentis theincrease enrollmentof college students.However,the speedof societydevelopment isslower thanthe speedof theincrease ofgraduated students;as aresult,a largenumber ofstudents cannotfind positionsin the job market.At thesame time,expectations of college studentsin gettinggood jobsin bigcities causesthe drastiompetition inthe metropolisjob markets.On thecontrary,inthevast countrysideand smallcities,there arestill manyvacant positionsthat studentsdont wantto aept.Meanwhile,many paniesand enterprisesoften refuseto aeptnew
