year,which isexpected togrow evenfurther thisyear.(reference1).There isno doubtthat Chinesegraduates arefacing atough problemof findingjobs in the fierce petition andmany of them areeven in the dangerof unemployment.The mostdirect reasonof thehuge unemploymentis theincrease enrollmentof college students.However,the speedof societydevelopment isslower thanthe speedof theincrease ofgraduated students;as aresult,a largenumber ofstudents cannotfind positionsin the job market.At thesame time,expectations of college studentsin gettinggood jobsin bigcities causesthe drastiompetition inthe metropolisjob markets.On thecontrary,inthevast countrysideand smallcities,there arestill manyvacant positionsthat studentsdont wantto aept.Meanwhile,many paniesand enterprisesoften refuseto aeptnew employeeswho haveno workingexperience eventhough theydo needsome employees.Besides theexternal reasonsmentioned above,the educationsystem ofour countryand thequality ofthe collegestudents alsoblame for the pooremployment rate.Facing thoseproblems,collegestudentsspare noefforts toobtain jobsthrough variousmethods.Most studentschoose toget jobsfirst and then optingfor theone oftheir choices.The
