利用SEM、XRD、TEM-EDS和傅立叶红外光谱仪分别对ITO纳米棒的形貌和尺寸、结构?关键词ITO纳米棒；聚乙二醇-1000；共沉淀法；制备TB332（不超过3个）A1引言纳米材料的性能不仅取决于其化学成分，还与其粒子的结构和形貌密切相关。 绝大多数纳米材料的结构和形貌直接决定其应用性能，因此纳米材料的结构和形貌控制研究成为当前材料科学研究的前沿和热点之一1-7。 目前低维和准一维结构的ITO纳米颗粒，如纳米球形8，纳米针状9，纳米线10纳米棒10-12，和纳米管13，引起了人们的极大重视。 通常制备ITO颗粒的方法有共沉淀法8,10,12,14-15，气-液-固(VLS)法16，溶胶凝胶法11，水热合成法17、喷雾燃烧法18,19和微乳法20。 特别是共沉淀法制备的产品纯度高和均一性好，粒度细，成分可控，且有可以控制物性和颗粒形貌。 通过添加表面活性剂，如聚乙二醇，也能影响颗粒形貌的变化。 Chen等21用聚乙二醇为表面活性剂，使用氧化沉淀法成功合成了Fe3O4纳米棒。 在本研究工作中，主要是利用添加表面活性剂PEG-1000，利用化学共沉淀法制备ITO前驱体，最终获得ITO纳米棒，并进行形貌和结构等表征及其机理分析。 制备的ITO纳米棒有望在用于制备纳米ITO涂料方面提高其隔热性能，有待做进一步研究。 2试验21ITO纳米棒的制备2.1.1试验试剂按照m(In2O3)/m(SnO2)9配制1mol/L的InCl3溶液和相应比例的SnCl4溶液并混和，其中SnCl4溶液由结晶SnCl45H2O溶于一定量的蒸馏水中配制而成。 取上述100ml混和溶液，加热并保持温度为70，此时加入1g的表面活性剂PEG-1000，充分搅拌成清亮的乳状液，滴加浓度为25%氨水进行水解，产生白色沉淀至pH值为78，继续搅拌1h并陈化2h；用蒸馏水对沉淀物进.22样品的性能及表征ITO纳米棒的形貌的分析用日本日立公司S-4800高分辨场发射扫描电镜，其能谱分析用Philips公司TealG220型透射电子显微镜，在乙醇介质中超声分散20分钟后，在铜网碳膜上进行测定分析。 样品物象和结构分析采用北科大仪器厂XD98型X射线衍射仪，CuK辐射，波长为1.5405610-4m分析。 FT-IR光谱由美国Nicolet傅立叶红外（FT-IR）光谱仪（Nexus）分析测定。 3结果与讨论3.1表面形貌表征及其机理分析如图1所示为ITO纳米棒在煅烧温度700下不同时间的SEM图像，从中观察可知ITO纳米棒平均直径约为300nm，长度可达3000nm，长径比可达10，且具有比较好的分散性。 随着煅烧时间的延长，ITO纳米棒的形貌不变，尺寸变化不大。 这是因为PEG-1000即聚乙二醇是非离子型表面活性剂22，其分子式为H-(O-CH2-CH2)n-OH，其中的桥氧原子-O-亲水，CH2-CH2-亲油。 文献23报道，在通常（图表题必须要有中、英文对照）表1ITO纳米棒化学成分表Table1Element positionof ITO
