全面提高实习教学质量 特制定本办法 一 顶岗实习的意义与要求一 顶岗实习的意义与要求 1 顶岗实习是大力推行工学结合 培养学生综合职业能力的必 要环节 各系部要充分认识学生顶岗实习的重要性和必要性 加强 与企业的交流 与企业建立稳固密切的合作关系 为学生落实实习 岗位 做好顶岗实习工作 2 各系部要切实落实人才培养方案 制订顶岗实习的实施计划 明确顶岗实习的时间和要求 实习单位与学生可以双向选择 如果企 业同意接收学生到本单位实习 应与学生签订实习协议 样式参见 附件 1 明确各方的责任 权利和义务 实习协议应符合相关法律 规定 5 顶岗实习的指导方式可以根据专业性质和实习方式的不同 校内指导教师可采取实地指导 电话 网络 电子邮件 信件等多 种方式进行 指导老师应将指导过程 指导内容及存在问题及时做 好书面记录 每月向所在系部汇报 指导记录参见附件 2 6 学生在顶岗实习期间接受学校和实习单位的双重指导 由校企 双方进行监控和考核 实行双方考核制度 二 成绩评定 1 考核形式 考核分两部分 一是实习单位指导教师对学生的考核 占总成 绩的 60 二是校内指导教师对学生顶岗实习过程检查及实习报告 进行评价 占总成绩的 40 2 实习单位指导教师对学生的考核 实习结束后 实习单位指导教师根据学生实习表现 对学生进 行考核 并签字确认 加盖单位公章
