Five-finger Teaching Plan 五指教学方案Step 1 Review 第一步 复习(时间:8分钟) (师生互动,复习上个话题的内容,练习学生的听、说能力。)T: We talked about the harm of pollution in the last topic. And we know there are many kinds of pollution, such as water pollution, air pollution, light pollution, litter and so on. How do these kinds of pollution affect our environment?(教师以竞答的方式喊学生个别回答。)Example:S1: Water pollution makes some animals dead. S2: Water pollution makes some plants dead. S3: People and animals cant drink the water. S4: Air pollution causes the greenhouse effect. S5: Air pollution makes people sick and even causes cancer. S6: Air pollution destroys the ozone layer. T: Yes, you are right. You know, all kinds of pollution are polluting our environment. So we are facing the serious pollution problems. What should we do to improve our environment? (学生分组讨论,然后回答。) Group 1: Dont spit everywhere. Dont pick the flowers. Plant more trees. Group 2: Ask the government to make rules and pull down some chemical factories. Ask people to use electricity. (教师用图片引出本课的词汇和内容。)T: If we want to be greener people, what should we do at home?(教师展示图片。)T: Lets look at the picture. What are they?Ss:They are plastic bags. T: Yes. But we should use plastic bags as few as possible. In another way, We should reduce them. (教师释义并领读reduce。)T: What kinds of bags should we use?(教师展示图片。)T: We can use bags like these. We can use them again and again. That is to say, we can reuse them instead of throwing them away. (教师释义并让学生重复读reuse。) (教师展示图片。)T: What are they in the picture?Ss:(回答不出。)T: They are cans. They are soft drink cans. Should we throw them away after we drink?Ss:No. T: Youre right. we should collect them for recycling. (教师让学生看图片,总结。)T: Now, we know, we should reduce, reuse and recycle some things at home to protect our environment. (让学生两人一组对话, 以此方式多读几遍,然后检查几组学生,以检验活动成果。)T: Please work in pairs, you and your deskmate play different roles to practice 1a. After a while, Ill ask some groups to act it out. 3. In my spare time, I am working for an organization that protects the environment Step 4 Practice 第四步 练习(时间:10分钟)1. (让学生听录音,完成2。)T:Please listen to the tape carefully, youll hear four people talking about recycling items, and finish 2.(学生若是听后完成表格有问题,可再放一遍,然后教师与学生核对答案。)2. (教师让学生判断一组陈述句是否是改善环境的行为,引出语法 while, but, and, or引导的并列句。) (出示小黑板。)1.We should use plastic bags as few as possible.2.We should throw the rubbish in the river.3.We should reduce the waste we produce.4.We should use both sides of paper.5.We should throw the plastic bags rather than reuse them.(教师与学生核对答案。)T: Look at the five sentences. If you think the statement of the sentence is good for our environment, you nod your head, and it means agreement, (教师做点头状并重复读nod。) or you should shake your head, it means disagreement. Water is important to people, but some of them dont save it. 4. Some people protect animals while others kill animals. (教师让学生仔细看画线部分的单词在句中起到什么作用,并且看前后两个句子是什么关系。)T:Lets look at the sentences. Pay attention to the words underline, whats the usage of them? Whats the relation of the two sentences in each sentence?(让学生讨论后,教师与学生一起分析这些句子,然后教师引导学生,师生一起总结并列句。)1. 并列句的定义2. 并列句的用法(1)表示并列关系,用and(2)表转折,用but, while(3)表选择,用or3. Five-finger Teaching Plan 五指教学方案Step 1 Review 第一步 复习(时间:15分钟)1. (分小组向全班同学汇报上节课的作业。教师准备一些垃圾并做些动作,学生判断正误,并纠正老师的行为,既激发兴趣又复习上节课内容。进行环保教育。)T:(教师出示一塑料瓶) Look at this plastic bottle, its empty. Lets throw it away.(扔在地上)Ss:Mr./Miss, you are wrong. T:Why?Ss:Because it can be reused. T:(教师出示一罐头瓶。) Here is a can. Its not useful. S1, please throw it out of the window. S1:Sorry. Mr./Miss, I cant do that. We must protect our environment and it can be collected and recycled. T:What a greener person! We all should protect the environment around us. We need to reduce the waste we produce. We should use both sides of paper, and reuse plastic bags rather than throw them away, but actions speak louder than words. S2, could you pick up the plastic bottle on the floor for me?S2: Certainly. (学生拾起。)(板书)Actions speak louder than words. T: Thank you. S2, you are a good student. But its not easy, who is greener? First compare with your partner, say how to be a greener one by one, then Ill ask several pairs to compare.(几分钟后,点出几组学生来比一比。)S3: Dont use plastic bags. S4: Dont spit in a public place.S3: Turn off the lights when you leave a room.S4: Save water when you wash your hands. (教师进行鼓励总结,导出新单词。)T: According to your views, we know that we can do lots of things to protect the environment at school and at home. For example, we ought to save every drop of water and turn off the lights when we leave a room. Wed better walk or ride a bike while were traveling a short distance. The others listen carefully, and find out the difficulties you dont understand. Pay attention to the stress and intonation. Please change the dialog into a short report. You have two minutes. (2)(要求学生复述对话。)S1: Michael would like to be a greener person. Jane gives him three pieces of advice. She tells him that he ought to turn off the lights when he leaves a room. when he wants to travel a short distance, hed better walk or ride a bike, not take a bus or a taxi2. (1)(让学生独立完成1b,教师检查并以提问的方式核对答案。)T: Please match the letters with the sentences. One minute later, Ill ask a student to give his/her answers, then check our answers together. (2)(让学生读1b中的句子,熟悉内容,为下步做准备。)(3)(让学生来看这些图片,加强环保节能方面的教育。)T: Boys and girls, please look at the pictures about the daily life. What do they show us? Who can tell us?
