一、外观质量要求：喷涂件表面的涂层平整光滑、均匀，不允许有皱纹、流痕、鼓泡、裂纹、露底、发粘等影响使用的缺陷。A, appearance quality requirements: Spraying pieces of the surface coating, should smooth and even, Defects which influence the use, such as wrinkles, flow mark, blister, crack, tacky, and other defects are not allowed.检验方法：正常视力，在正常光线下，不使用放大器，将检验产品置于距离眼睛一个手臂远位置十秒钟内观察。A 表面-产品安装后可以持续看到的表面。B 表面-产品在安装前才能看到的表面。Inspection method: Normal sight, under normal light, do not use amplifier, put the product in a arm distance position in ten seconds observation. A surface, the surface which can be seen continuously after installation. B surface, the surface only can be seen before installation. A面：1300mm长度范围内，只允许3个直径0.5mm的斑点、凹坑（不露底）、鼓泡等缺陷；超出记次要缺陷。允许有1条长度6mm且不露基材的划痕；620mm且不露基材的划痕记次要缺陷，超出20mm记主要缺陷。漏基材的划伤3mm不记缺陷；312mm长的划伤记次要缺陷；超过12mm的记主要缺陷。A Surface1.300 mm length, only allow no more than three spot, which less than or equal 0.5 mm in diameter, pits (dont show edge), blister etc. defect; if out off requirement ,sighed secondary defects. Allow one scratch, length 6 mm and do not expose base material; scratch, 6-20 mm length and do not expose base material sighed secondary defects, length over 20 mm sighed primary defects. Scratch, expose base material,less than or equal 3 mm, do not sigh the defects, 3-12 mm length scratches sigh secondary defects; length over 12 mm sigh the primary defects. 2产品在手能碰到的地方无毛刺、利角，不允许有影响到客户安全的毛刺隐患存在。Products may touch should no burr and no angle, other defects may lead to user injured are not allowed.3表面不允许有漏底现象。喷涂不均匀、一面厚，一面薄是不允许的。所有影响功能的缺陷都是不允许的：如：喷涂太厚或者大面积打腻子，影响附着力或影响装配；喷涂太薄，基材表面有麻点、凹坑，同时可能会生锈。Surface are not allowed to expose edges. Spraying nonuniform ,one side thick while another side thin arent allowed. All of the defects which effect the function arent allowed ,too:For instance: Spraing too thick or widespread paint putty so effect adhesion or assemble;Spraing too thin ,there are pits on the base materials ,and may be rusted.4 无安全隐患，如严重的裂缝、破损、焊接不良等。铁件与铁件之间的焊接牢固，焊缝0.25mm，如支撑架等。No potential safety hazard, such as severe crack, damage, or bad welding.ironwork between ironwork should robust welding .weld 0.25mm,as supporting frames.5 管材外侧和里侧在看到的位置不允许有锈蚀和锈迹。外侧不允许有成片的蜂窝状麻点。The inside and outside of the tubing of the visible place shouldnt have rust. vast honeycomb pits on the surface arent allowed. B面：Another side:划伤，擦痕不得超过20mm。不允许有生锈、露底等现象。背面的轻微麻点可以不记缺陷，但是供应商自己要控制。Cuts,scratches not exceed 20mm.Rusts and expose edges are not allowed. slight pits could not be included into defects,while the Suppliers should control it by themselves.二、包装：外包装防护措施以不损伤内部产品为标准。外箱上需有产品标识单；按照产品名称，规格，数量，厂商，生产日期等标识。Second:package: The Outer packing safeguards standard is that dont damage the internal products. The outer container sholud have Product Identification.in accordance withthe product name, specification, quantity, manufacturers, production date identification.三、颜色：参照样品和图纸上要求，无明显色差，色斑等现象。涂层颜色应与合同或相关图纸要求Eab基本一致。单色粉末的涂层与标准板间的色差Eab1.5mm,同一批产品之间的色差Eab1.5mm。（具体可参考）Third: Colors:Please reference the samples and drawing requirements,without obvious color difference.No obvious color, spots phenomenon.the coated color should be in accordance with the contract or related drawings requirements Eab .The aberration between monochrome powder coating and standard plate :Eab1.5mm,the aberration of the same group product :Eab1.5mm(the specific reference to )4、 附着力测试：Fourth: Adhesion test:附着力测试结果应达到0-1级。The adhesion test result should reach 0-1 level.五、 耐冲击性：涂层正面经冲击试验后应无开裂和脱落现象，但在四面的周围允许有细小的皱纹。采用冲头直径为16mm，将重锤置于适当的高度自由落下，直接冲击涂层表面（正冲），使之产生一个深度为2.5+/-0.3mm的凹坑为准。Fifth: Impact resistance: The fronts of the coat after suffered blow test should be no cracking and falls off phenomenon,while at the four around there allowed fine wrinkles. Use a punch whose is diameter 16 mm,put the hammer at the proper height and let it free fall, and impact the coating surface directly.(direct shock )To produce a depth of 2.5 + /-0.3 mm pit shall prevail.六、 压痕硬度：涂层压痕试验，其抗压痕性小于等于80.Sixth: indentation hardness:Coating creasing test, the compression mark is 80.七、 抗弯曲性：涂层经曲率半径为3mm，弯曲180度试验后，无开裂和脱落现像。Seventh:bending resistance:The coating curvature radius is 3 mm, bending 180 degrees after test there is no cracking and falls off phenomenon.八、 杯突试验测试： 涂层经压陷深度为6mm的杯突试验后，无开裂和脱落现象。Eighth:Cupping test:Coating after suffer sagging ,the depth is 6 mm at the cup after test, there is no crack and falls off phenomenon9、 尺寸按照图纸，需符合装配要求。Ninth:The size should according to the drawing and accord with the assembly requirements.十、 进料检验标准:MIL-ST
