Notes:1. An audit of the power supply should be done. There is strong possibility that we will need to change the rectifiers.2. For initial deployment; my suggestion is to install first: WCS, 1xWMG, XMC; potentially 3-4 racks.3. in the old GGSN rack, there are some Ethernet switches and other networking gear that must remain, but we can remove the old GGSN and use that space for our IT equipment.Customer suggest:4. For initial placement of WCS, WMG and IT rack, there are 3 HP disk servers (CG on diagram) that can immediately be removed. Total floor space is 3m x 6m 5. Then we can also rehome some of the BTS on BSC5 (row of MFS, BSC 3 rack, MSC 3 rack). This should free up another row for later use6. The MSC3 rack is just an extension. Need to check with S12 MSC experts if this can be turned off, so that we can remove this too.7. For all sites, use cable racks overhead.8. Some other old equipment to be removed: old SGSN, old HLR, old SMSC+WAP GW.9. Need to plan also for future phases / final layout. The new ngHLR is in the current SMSC location.
