*公司*RL-C-17-024-II固体废弃物管理规定 The supervising provision of solid waste 按照制定的质量环境目标和指标，有效展开质量环境管理活动，保证质量环境管理体系的有效进行，最大可能的减少污染，开展污染预防活动，特定本制度：According to the target and index of quality and environment, To reach the target and index of quality and environment and ensure the system of quality and environment normal, we establish the provision as follows:一、 可利用固体废弃物recycled solid waste:（1） 废旧纸箱、打包带、胶带纸筒办公室废纸（注：办公室废纸以袋装方法）集中存放在餐厅北1号位，有办公室统一销售，并签订防二次污染协议。The office is in charge of the sale of old cartons, wraps , tapes which placed in No.1 in the north of the canteen and signing the second pollution agreement and supervising（2） 各种生产用废塑料纸、塑料桶、塑料管、塑料板、塑料筐、塑料瓶、胶水瓶，集中存放在北2号位，有办公室统一销售，并签订防二次污染协议。 The office is in charge of the sale of useless plastics paper, barrel, pipe,board, bottle which placed in No.2. in the north of the canteen and signing the second pollution agreement and supervising（3） 废旧设备及零件、废铁、废管道阀门、废汽车零部件，统一存放在女宿舍楼东，有办公室统一销售，并签订防二次污染协议。The office is in charge of the sale of old equipment and accessory, old iron, old valve, old vehicle accessory and signing the second pollution agreement and supervising （4） 废木头、木板、车间废垫板、木箱、竹木筐，统一存放在木工铺南，有办公室统一负责处理或销售。 The office is in charge of the sale of useless wood ,board, box, pillow board. （5） 积粪存放污水处理厂西，鸡粪存放池，有办公室统一销售，并签订防二次污染协议，检查监督执行。The office is in charge of the sale of dung and signing the second pollution agreement and supervising.（6） 废机油、变压器油，有各车间自行存放管理，并报办公室统一销售。Useless lube oil is sold by the office.（7） 鸡毛、鸡肠、鸡血、鸡油，有办公室统一销售，并签订防二次污染协议，进行检查、监督管理执行。The office is in charge of the sale of the chicken feather, intestines, blood, and fat. The second pollution agreement is signed and supervised by the office.二、 不可利用固体废弃物（1） 乳胶手套、创可贴、卫生纸、复写纸、水鞋、废毛巾、袜子、线手套、口罩、毛根刷以袋装方法统一存放在莱西环卫指定的垃圾箱或垃圾池内。Latex glove, bandages, toilet paper, carbon , rain boot, useless towel, socks, knitting gloves, mask ,brush are packed and put into the dustbin designated by Laixi environmental and sanitary bureau.（2） 蒜皮、姜皮、果皮、菜叶、粉渣、蛋壳以编制袋包装方法统一存放在莱西环卫指定的垃圾箱或垃圾池内。The garlic husk, ginger husk, pericarp, vegetable leaf, powder crumb ,egg shell are packed and put into the dustbin designated by Laixi environmental and sanitary bureau.（3） 化验室所有的固体废弃物（不包括纸箱），玻璃类、墨盒、墨水瓶、废灯管、废电池、废圆珠笔芯，统一存放在办公大楼后西侧集中箱内，有莱西环卫集中处理，有办公室负责监督执行。All solid waste in the lab such as glass, ink bottle, useless light lamp, useless batteries, useless ball pen are collected and treated by Laixi environmental and sanitary bu
