XS向外突出-喷嘴头前端触及模具-模具加工尺寸不合规格-浇口内有杂质粒子-大量熔化物从浇口溢出并冻凝-注塑周期不规则或太长单喷嘴于后喷头冻凝解决办法-(Refer to page 2.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)-喷头加热器或热电偶有缺陷-喷头加热器接触到模具定位环或模具-缺少喷头隔热环-模具定位环内直径太小 (接触太多)浇口喷嘴头破裂解决办法-(Refer to page 2.3 in the DF Instruction Manual)-喷嘴头前端或锥体触及模具浇口喷嘴头渗漏解决办法-(Refer to page 2.1, 2.3 in the DF Instruction Manual)-直径损坏-模具加工尺寸不合规格-缺少导盘导致喷嘴头直径损坏喷嘴没有达到设定温度解决办法-热电偶有缺陷或损坏-加热器或嘴头锥体触及模具-浇口密封渗漏-加热器有缺陷或损坏单喷嘴于后喷嘴头破裂解决办法-(Refer to page 2.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)-半径深度错误或太深-注塑机射嘴偏离轴心-注塑机射嘴力量太高和太快浇口溢滴,流涎或拉丝解决办法-(Refer to page 2.3, 7.0 in the DF Instruction Manual)-热流道温度太高-浇口太大-模具于周期时间时过暖-缺少减压-喷嘴头接触过少(浇口太热)-若是CRB或 CRX 浇口( 直通浇口)变更为 STB 或 SRX 浇口(鱼雷头)喷嘴头前端梗塞解决办法-模具冷却温度太低-喷嘴头接触太少-检查浇口,改用无顶镶嵌件浇口痕太长(ST/CT)解决办法-正常 STB/STT/STX 长度大约为浇口直径的50 -正常 CTB/CTT/CTX 长度大约为浇口直径的100%-嘴尖太短(磨损,损坏)-加长型XS 没有移至中央的 A/L长度-浇口加工不合规格-模具加工不合规格成型件出现烧焦痕迹解决办法-(请参阅 DF 操作使用手册的第7.1页)-系统温度过高-系统停留时间太长(生产中断)-塑胶材料中有太多的再生塑胶材料-检查螺丝和筒体-若是剪切敏感的塑料材料(阻燃)改成 SF-CT 或 CT浇口-系统有死点,检查流道(请联系 INCOE服务部)成型件出现色痕解决办法-温度敏感或混色不良-来自注塑机之前使用的旧颜色-系统内残留旧颜色,改变颜色程序如下:-关闭模具上半模的冷却水路-提高系统的温度约 10 ,并等待5分钟-以缓慢的速度和高压力进行3次注射-打开模具冷却和调整正常的系统温度-等待5分钟,然后定期生产-系统有死点,请检查流道(请联系 INCOE服务部)喷嘴和流道板之间或加长喷嘴出现渗漏解决办法-(Refer to page 3.1, 3.2 in the DF Instruction Manual)Extension nozzle freezing解决办法-(Refer to page 7.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)-加热器或热电偶有缺陷-与定位环接触太多设定点温度变化解决办法-(Refer to page 7.0 in the DF Instruction Manual)-控制器校准-如与注塑周期同步,系统联系不固定(脱料板)-热电偶有缺陷或损坏螺纹不动解决办法-加热(请联系 INCOE服务部)-使用防卡膏于所有的螺纹上流道内有烧焦物料解决办法-于炼制缸内清洗(请联系 INCOE服务部)阀针不动解决办法-没有达到需要的操作温度-检查缸体内密封装置-检查喷嘴和流道板加热器浇口梗塞解决办法-降低温度-浇口加工不合规格-于周期时间内冷却不足浇口关闭不良解决办法-提高温度-提早关闭-缸体内密封装置有缺陷或损坏-检查阀针调整缸体锁定镙钉帽变松解决办法-锁定表面不干净(请联系 INCOE服务部)-使用 INCOE 锁扳手阀针渗漏-可调式解决办法-升温后再次调整密封司套,阀针仍必须可人手移动阀针渗漏-不可调式解决办法-密封司套直径由于磨损而不合规格 请更换阀针渗漏-漏油解决办法-油缸密封装置由于温度或压力过高而损坏Gate Freezingsolutions-(Refer to pages 2.3, 7.0, 7.1 in the DF Instruction
