CTS-900X PC软件操作手册第1章 安装与卸载1.1 运行环境操作系统: Windows 2000/XP 1.2 安装软件1. 安装程序启动后，出现安装向导界面； 2. 单击“下一步”，出现选择目标位置，系统的缺省安装目录为“C:Program FilesSIUICTS-900X Client”，用户可根据自己的实际情况修改路径； 3. 单击“下一步”，出现创建程序快捷方式，系统缺省将程序快捷方式放到“开始”菜单-“程序”菜单-SIUICTS-900X Client文件夹； 4. 单击“下一步”，选择安装哪一种仪器类型的软件；5. 单击“下一步”，准备开始安装； 6. 单击“安装”按钮开始安装，等候安装结束；7. 安装结束后，程序弹出提示安装完成的确认窗口，单击完成按钮确认并关闭窗口；1.3 启动软件 单击【开始】菜单【程序】菜单，从中选择SIUICTS-900X Client程序组，然后单击对应机型的项即可启动通讯程序。 1.4 卸载软件 单击【开始】菜单【程序】菜单，从中选择SIUICTS-900X Client程序组，然后单击“Uninstall”项，即可对通讯程序进行卸载。另有一种卸载方式，用户可以从控制面板中选择添加/删除程序卸载通讯程序。注：软件在安装以后如因某种原因需要重新安装，建议您先卸载，然后再重新安装。第2章 概述本说明书包括CTS-9009、CTS-9008和CTS-9006等所有CTS-900X系列上位机软件的操作说明。2.1 主要功能1. 数据文件查看功能：用于查看用U盘从仪器转存出来的存档文件。2. 短片回放文件查看功能：用于查看用U盘从仪器中转存出来的短片回放文件。3. 网络双向通讯功能：用于通过网络接口连接仪器，读取仪器参数和波形，并对仪器参数编辑后下载回仪器。4. 报告生成功能：用于从存档文件或网络中将仪器参数和波形输出到Microsoft Office Word文档中。2.2 主界面在界面中：1. 灰色的菜单或工具栏图标表示此种仪器没有此功能；2. 其它颜色菜单或工具栏图标表示此种仪器没有此功能；2.2.1 菜单栏“数据文件”菜单打开：打开用U盘从仪器转存出来的存档文件。“报告”菜单生成报告：将从当前存档或网络获取的仪器参数输出到报告模版文件中。“短片文件”菜单打开：打开用U盘从仪器转存出来的短片回放文件。播放：播放短片回放文件。暂停：暂停播放。停止：停止播放。前一分钟：跳转到前一分钟。后一分钟：跳转到后一分钟。“网络”菜单连接：连接仪器。断开连接：断开连接。修改参数：修改仪器参数。冻结：冻结/解冻仪器画面。“语言(Language)”菜单用于选择软件界面语言，目前可选择中文/英文。2.2.2 工具栏：打开用U盘从仪器转存出来的存档文件。：打开用U盘从仪器转存出来的短片回放文件。：播放短片回放文件。：暂停播放。：停止播放。：跳转到前一分钟。：跳转到后一分钟。：将当前存档或从网络获取的仪器参数输出到报告模版文件中。：连接仪器。：断开连接。：修改仪器参数。：冻结/解冻仪器画面。：增益步进。：提高增益。：降低增益。：显示波形右侧菜单：隐藏波形右侧菜单第3章 功能操作3.1 语言选择操作步骤：选择菜单栏中的“语言（Language）”项，并在下拉列表中选择相应语言即可。3.2 数据文件查看功能本功能用于查看用U盘从仪器转存出来的存档文件。操作步骤：点击工具栏或菜单栏“数据文件”-“打开”，在文件打开对话框中选择存档文件即可。打开存档文件后，将显示波形数据及存储的参数。3.3 报告生成功能本功能用于从存档文件或网络中将仪器参数和波形输出到Microsoft Office Word（Word版本为2000、XP及2003）文档中，其中文档模版可以由用户根据需要自行排版制作，只要在制作的文档中插入本功能中规定的关键字，并在选择模版时选择该文档，即可将模版与仪器参数结合形成报告。关键字请参见附录B 报告关键字。操作步骤：1. 打开存档文件或通过网络连接仪器；2. 点击工具栏或菜单栏“报告”-“生成报告”，并在文件打开对话框中选择模版即可生成报告；3.4 短片回放文件查看功能本功能用于查看用U盘从仪器中转存出来的短片回放文件。操作步骤：打开短片文件：点击工具栏或菜单栏“短片文件”-“打开”，在文件打开对话框中，选择短片文件打开即可，文件打开后自动开始播放；并可进行以下操作：1. 播放文件：点击工具栏或菜单栏“短片文件”-“播放”；2. 暂停播放：点击工具栏或菜单栏“短片文件”-“暂停”；3. 停止播放：点击工具栏或菜单栏“短片文件”-“停止”；4. 跳转到前一分钟：点击工具栏或菜单栏“短片文件”-“前一分钟”；5. 跳转到后一分钟：点击工具栏或菜单栏“短片文件”-“后一分钟”；3.5 网络双向通讯功能本功能用于通过网络接口连接仪器，读取仪器参数和波形，并对仪器参数编辑后下载回仪器。操作步骤：1. 用计算机网络通讯电缆线连接PC机与仪器；2. 设置PC机IP地址为10.0.0.X网段，具体设置请参见附录A IP地址设置；3. 连接仪器：点击工具栏或菜单栏“网络”-“连接”；4. 断开网络连接：点击工具栏或菜单栏“网络”-“断开”；5. 修改仪器参数：点击工具栏或菜单栏“网络”-“修改参数”，将弹出对话框显示当前仪器设置中的可调参数（不可调节的参数将显示为灰色），修改后按点击确定，所修改的参数将下载到仪器中。6. 冻结：点击工具栏或菜单栏“网络”-“冻结”，其作用相当于仪器面板中的冻结键。7. 调节增益：点击工具栏更改增益步进，点击工具栏提高增益，点击工具栏降低增益。附录A IP地址设置以Windows 2000为例说明，Windows XP操作步骤相同。1. 从控制面板中选择网络和拨号连接；2. 打开“本地连接”属性；3. 选择“Internet 协议 （TCP/IP）”组件，单击“属性”按钮；4. 按对话框所示，输入IP地址，可以设置的IP地址范围是83，8554中的任何一个，一般可以设置为，子网掩码设为，单击“确定”按钮完成设置。 附录B 报告关键字项目序号关键字仪器参数$RANGE$范围$VEL$声速$D_DELAY$延迟$P_DELAY$零点$REJECT$抑制$ANGLE$角度$KVALUE$K值$XVALUE$前沿长度$THICKNESS$厚度$TRANSMISSION$发射方式$DAMPING$阻尼$FREQ_BAND$频带$RECTIFY$检波方式$REPETITION$重复频率$PROBE_TYPE$单双探头$OPTION_COORDINATE_MODE$坐标模式$ALARM_LOGIC$报警方式$OPTION_EHANCE_ASCAN$填充模式$DATE$日期$CURVE$曲线（存档中的曲线，如DAC、AVG）$DAC_LINE1$判废线$DAC_LINE2$定量线$DAC_LINE3$评定线$DAC_CORR_DB$补偿（DAC）$DAC_LINE_SEL$曲线选择$AVG_BASE_APERTURE$基准孔径$AVG_CURVES1$AVG曲线1$AVG_CURVES2$AVG曲线2$AVG_CURVES3$AVG曲线3$AVG_DB_CORR$补偿（AVG）$AVG_ATTENUATION$衰减$PARA_DA$闸门内测量点深度$PARA_SA$闸门内测量点声程$PARA_RA$闸门内测量点到探头前沿的水平距离$PARA_HA$闸门内测量点波高$PARA_HADB$闸门内测量点波高与闸门电平dB差$PICTURE$波形图像$GAIN$增益$GAIN_STEP$增益步进超声波探伤仪CTS-900X PC Software Operation ManualInstall and UninstallRunning Environment Operating System: Windows 2000/XP (supporting English or Simplified Chinese) Software Installation1. After running the program, it displays Welcome to the Client Setup Wizard. 2. Click Next, and the window will display Select Destination Location. The system default folder is C:Program FilesSIUIClient. The user may change the path according to his practical situation. 3. Click Next, and the window will prompt to create the programs shortcuts. The system default will place the programs shortcut in the folder of START -Program -SIUIClient. 4. Select which software of model to be installed. and Click Next.5. Click Next, and it is ready to install.6. Click Install and the installation starts. Please wait until the installation is completed.7. When the installation is completed, the program will pop up a confirmation window to remind the user that the installation is finished. Click Finish to close the window.Start the Software Click Start Program, select SIUIClient and then click Client to start Client Application. Uninstall the Software Click Start Program, select SIUIClient, and then click Uninstall to uninstall Client Application.There is another way to uninstall. After opening the dataset file, instrument parameters and wave will be displayed (Fig. 3).Fig. 3Report GeneratingThis function is to output instrument parameters and wave from dataset file or the network to Microsoft Office Word (Word Version is 2000, XP or 2003). Reports can be defined by the user as a template, with specified keywords inserted in the file. When generating a report, choose the template and then keywords will be replaced by actual values. Please refer to Annex B Report Keywords.Step:1） Open a dataset file or connect to the instrument through the network.2） Click in the toolbar or Report-Generate report in the menu bar, In FileOpen dialog, choose a template for generating the report.Cine File ViewerThis function is to view cine files saved from the instrument with a USB disk.Step:Open cine file: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-Open in the menu bar, and in FileOpen dialog choose the cine file. After the file is loaded, it will start playing automatically, and the other actions below can be performed:1） Play: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-Play in the menu bar.2） Pause: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-Pause in the menu bar.3） Stop: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-Stop in the menu bar.4） Jump to the previous minute: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-PrevMinute in the menu bar.5） Jump to the next minute: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-NextMinute in the menu bar.Network Bidirectional CommunicationThis function is to connect the instrument with the network port for reading instrument parameters, wave and loading parameter changes back to the instrument.Step:1） Connect the instrument to a PC with a computer network communication cable.2） Set IP address of the PC as 10.0.0.X. For specific setting of IP address, please refer to Annex A IP Address Setup.3） Connect the instrument: Click in the toolbar or Network-Connect in the menu bar.4） Disconnect network connection: Click in the toolbar or Network-Disconnect in the menu bar.5） Edit parameter of instrument: Click in the toolbar or Network-ModifyPara in the menu bar. A dialog will display the editable parameters of the current instrument (the parameters can not be changed are in gray). After modification, click OK, and the parameters will be downloaded into the instrument.6） Freeze: Click in the toolbar or Network-Freeze in the menu bar. Its function is the same as Freeze key on the system panel.7） Gain adjustment: Click in the toolbar for gain step; Click in the toolbar to increase gain; or Click in the toolbar to decrease gain. Annex A IP Address SetupTake Windows 2000 operating system for example to illustrate how to set up IP address, while the setting on Windows XP operating system is the same:1） Select Network and Dial-up Connections from Control Panel.
