It is said that in the agricultural society, people plant; in industrial society, man is an animal; the information society, return基坑围护施工组织设计一、编制依据 1、建筑基坑支护技术规程（JGJ12099） 2、基坑工程设计规程（DBJ086197） 3、建筑结构载荷规范（GB50009-2001） 4、地基与基础工程施工质量验收规范（GBJ50202-2002） 5、建筑施工安全检查标准（JGJ5999）二、工程概况上海虹欣实业公司新建综合研发大楼工程位于虹许路490号，北临虹松路，东侧澳塘港。结构层数：地下一层，地上十五层，框架剪力墙结构；层高：一、二层均为5米；三至十五层均为4米，建筑总高度：71.5米；室内外高差：0.6米；建筑总面积：33306平方米；基础埋置深度：5.8米，基础结构：板式结构，桩基：预制混凝土方桩500500，桩长：L=40米，基坑支护采用深层水泥土搅拌桩加土钉墙围护。三、基坑支护1、深层水泥土搅拌桩（1）本工程主楼地下室采用水泥土搅拌桩（重力式）结合土钉墙围护结构形式；（2）主楼地下室周长：198米，采用2排（1.2米）宽，桩长12米深层水泥土搅拌桩；（3）搅拌桩采用700MM直径双头钻机施工，两搅拌偷轴间距500MM；（4）水泥土搅拌桩按上海市工程建设规范地基处理技术规范（DGJ08-40-94）要求施工。水泥土搅拌桩相互搭接200MM，桩定位误差不得大于20MM，桩位偏差不得大于50MM，垂直误差不得大于1%。（5）水泥掺量为土容量的13（土体客量为18 KN）暗洪处的水泥掺量可提高至18，并多次进行一次搅拌与注浆；（6）水泥标号不得低于425号，严禁使用块硬性水泥，水泥要有质量保证书，并应取样复试，合格后方可使用。不同品种、标号的生产厂家的水泥不能混用于同一根桩内；（7）水泥浆水灰比050055，外掺剂木质素黄酸钙为水泥用量的02%，三乙醇股是否掺入由施工单位根据工期要求自行决定。水泥浆制备后应在2小时内用完，为防止水泥浆发生离析，可在灰路机中不断搅拌，待压浆前缓慢倒入集料斗中；（8）采用二次注浆二次搅拌工艺，第一次搅拌头下沉搅拌至设计深度，接着一边注浆一边提升搅拌头至设计面标高，然后再将搅拌头第二次搅拌下沉至设计深度，又第二次一边注浆一边提升搅拌头至设计面标高，搅拌头提升速度不得大于0.5Mm i n，且速度必须均匀，同时每根桩的注浆量必须足够；（9）水泥土搅拌桩庄连续施L，不可中断，桩组之间褡接时间不得大于10小时，如超过10小时宜留设桩组凹凸接头施工缝。接桩时将新格接桩的水泥掺量增至20，并减慢搅拌头搅拌提升速度，另在接缝处采用补桩措施或用压密注浆措施；（10）应设专人对每根桩的水泥掺量，搅拌情况和施工情况做详细的记录；（11）在水泥土搅拌桩施工时会产生一定的挤上现象，应适当控制注浆压力，防止对临近地下管线的影响，并加强对临近管线及建筑物的监测。（12）水泥土搅拌桩9 0天无测限抗压强度不小于1.5Mpa，2 8天不小于1.0MPa，主楼地下定基础需待水泥土搅拌桩达到设计强度后方可开挖（28天后）；（13）水泥土搅拌桩面层每隔1米插入6米长钢管（4835 mm）及12插筋15米1000面浇捣标号C20 10200 mm双向钢筋检，厚200MM（4.75.7米宽），面层使水泥土搅拌桩连成一体进行加固。2、井点抽水（1）工程基础开挖深度为-5.8米，基坑周长为198米，围护结构水泥土搅拌桩基坑支护（2排），基坑开挖前要进行井点抽水。（2）为了保证土方开挖和基础施工的可靠性，基坑内降水应在搅拌桩施工完成后，在基坑四周打设临时轻型井点抽水方法进行降水，轻型井点降水在土方开挖前10一15天内进行。本工程基坑周边长度为198米，在基坑周遍和中间共采用4套轻型井点降水，待地下水位降至基坑标高1米以下后方可拔除井点。（3）轻型井点采用水冲法冲孔，沿基坑四周用高压水枪冲孔，高压水必须保持0812MPa的水压力，供水管直径不得小于100MM，施工工艺如下：放线挖沟槽一排设总管一冲孔沉管填砂连接总管一安装真空抽水泵组试抽。（4）冲孔孔径不应小于300mm，深度应比滤管底深05米以上，管距为15米，井点管沉设后周围用黄砂捣实。 每根井点管沉设后应检验渗水性能，井点管与孔壁之间填砂滤时，管上应有泥浆水冒出，或向管内灌水时，能很快下渗方为合格。（5）井点系统安装完毕，必须及时试抽，并全面检查管路接头质量，检查合格后，井点孔口到坑底面下0510米的深度范围内任用粘性土填塞。四、基坑挖土及土钉墙锚杆施工1、水泥搅拌桩养护达到设计强度标准后进行基础挖土，土钉墙施工须与挖土相互配合，根据土钉墙锚杆施工应分块、分层施工，沿内边挖槽宽600MM，严禁超挖现象。第一基坑内分段土方开槽，挖土至自然地坪-1.5米打入第一排土钉墙，锚杆采用483.5MM钢管，L=120001000锚杆打入斜度10度，钻孔定位误差小于50MM，孔歇误差小于1度，注浆压力0.20.6 Mpa，锚管须进行二次注浆，注浆量必须足够，水泥浆液配比：水泥采用425普通硅酸盐水泥，水灰比1：0.5，加速凝剂3%；第二基坑开挖至2.5米，打入第二排土钉墙，锚杆L=10001000锚杆打入斜度10度；第三基坑土方开挖槽土方至-3.5米，打入第三排土钉墙，锚杆L=100001000锚杆打入斜度10度；第四基坑开挖槽沟至-4.6米，打入第四排土钉墙，锚杆L=90001000锚杆打入斜度20度。2、土方工程应根据土钉墙锚杆施工要求，先沿基坑周遍两侧进行分层、分段开挖，不准超挖，分段开挖长度不宜大于15米左右，施工中应尽量缩短土边壁的暴露时间，在同一段工作面上设置土钉锚杆施工以及喷射砼等工序应连续进行，最后将基坑中的土方全部挖除，距坑底300MM处以上采用人工修土，以避免超挖，拢动地基土，机械挖土相结合，凿桩清桩，验槽、浇捣垫层，厚100MM素砼，标号C10。五、喷射钢筋混凝土护壁施工清理基坑坑壁面浮土及垃圾-5.8至自然地坪，绑扎6200200双向钢筋网片与土钉锚杆端头内穿12水平连接钢筋绑扎电焊牢固。喷射混凝土厚100mm细石砼，分二层喷射，第一层厚30mm，第二层厚70mm，混凝土标号为C20，粗骨料540mm掺入减水剂，促凝剂，使喷射混凝土达到初凝时间小于5分钟，终凝时间小于30分钟，基坑壁距500MM处四周开挖排水沟500500600MM，四边设置4只集水井进行坑底排水。抽水原则上24小时不停，在降水进行一周后需抽二天停一天，确保基坑开挖及基础施工。另一方面，停降水以减少建筑物地下水大量流失面产生的不均匀沉降。在基础开挖至坑底时需设置明沟（徘水沟）集水井进行排水。六、质量保证措施： 1、控制基坑挖深，严禁超挖、扰动坑底土方，个别地方超挖时，严禁虚土回填，可用碎石类土填补夯实，在重要部位用低标号砼填补，并应取得设计单位的同意。 2、土方开挖应连续进行，本工程正适梅雨季节开挖土方，如遇雨天，管沟挖好后不能及时进行下一道工序，可在基底标高以上留1530cm，一层不挖，待下一道工序开工前再挖除。 3、基坑围护桩上不准堆放土方或其它材料。 4、相邻基坑开挖时，应遵守先深后浅或同时施工，在密集群桩上开挖时应对称挖土。 5、检查基底是否有不良土存在，如发现淤泥、暗浜、流沙、松土坑、洞穴、坟墓、古井以及局部硬土、旧基础等应及时与设计及建设单位联系。 6、做好基坑排水，降低地下水位，地表水采用集水井方法，坑底抽水采用轻型井点。 7、认真、按时填写地基验槽记录。七、土方允许偏差值表：标高长度、宽度桩基、基坑、基槽、管沟-50+0-0八、安全、文明施工措施： 1、施工现场建立健全的安质部门，设专职安全员，各工种、班组设立兼职安全员，项目部根据本工程特点，制定该项目各级管理人员和各部门的安全生产责任制。严格遵守安全生产操作规程，杜绝违章作业现象。 2、施工现场建立完备的安全生产保护措施、醒目的安全标志和护栏，进入工地必须戴好安全帽，登高作业必须系好安全带。3、开工前必须实行三级安全交底，施工期间定期召开安全工作会议，开展现场安全检查活动。 4、每日上班前必须开班前会，做好交接班手续。 5、机电设备必须专人操作，严格遵守操作规程，特殊工种须持证上岗。 6、现场电缆架设合理，用电设备实行“一机一闸一保护”，三级供电二级保护措施，电器、线路修理时必须断电，并挂上警示牌。 7、吊运操作由专人指挥，吊运过程中严禁行人通过或停留。 8、现场配备消防器材、电器控制系统应设置防雨防水装置。 9、沿基坑四周设置围护栏杆赛目网封闭及有组织排水系统（附示意图）。 10、严禁劳动纪律，工作必须集中精力，不准酒后作业，进入现场必须遵守安全生产六大纪律。 11、挖土中发现管道、电缆及其它埋设物应及时报告，不得擅自处理。土方开挖前，做好挖土机械的通道布置、挖土顺序、土方搬运等，严禁挖土机械碰撞支撑、围护墙和工程桩等。 12、挖土时要注意土壁的稳定性，发现有裂缝及颁坍可能时，人员要立即离开并及时处理。土方挖土顺序、方法必须与设计、工况相一致，并遵循“分层开挖、严禁超挖”的原则。采用机械挖土，坑底应保留200300MM厚基土，用人工挖除整平，并防止坑底上体拢动。 13、人工挖土；前后操作人员间距离不应小于23米，堆土要在1米以外，并且高度不得超过15米，施工时边坡上不得行驶车辆和堆积材料，以防上体的塌方。 14、每日或雨后必须检查土壁及支撑稳定情况，在确保安全的情况下继续工作，并且不得将土和其它物件堆在支撑上，不得在支撑下行走或站立。 15、机械挖土，启动前应检查离合器、钢丝绳等，经空车试运转正常后再开始作业。挖土机械作业时，严禁任何人员进入挖土机械作业半径范围内。 16、机械操作中进铲不应过深，提升不应过猛。 17、机械不得在输电线路下工作，在输电线路一侧工作，不论在任何情况下，机械的任何部位与架空输电线路的最近距离应符合安全操作规程要求。18、机械应停在坚实的地基上，如基础过差，应采取走道板等加固措施，不得将挖土机履带与挖空的基坑平行2米停驶。运土汽车不宜靠近基坑平行行驶，防止坍方翻车。 19、电缆两侧1米范围内应采用人工挖掘。 20、配合拉铲的清坡、清底工人，不准在机械回转半径下工作。 2 1、向汽车上卸土应在车子停稳定后进行，禁止铲斗从汽车驾驶室上越过。 22、基坑四周必须设置12米高护栏，要设置一定数量临时上下施工扶梯。扶梯防护栏杆与地面基坑防护栏杆相连，夜间作业时，应设置足够照明措施，晚上或迷雾天设置红灯警示。 23、场内道路应及时整修，确保车辆安全畅通，各种车辆应有专人负责指挥引导。 24、车辆进出门口的人行道下，如有地下管线（道）必须辅设厚钢板，或浇捣加固。 25、基坑开挖前，必须摸清基坑下的管线排列和地质开采资料，以利考虑开挖过程中的意外应急措施（流砂等特殊情况）。深层水泥搅拌桩围护施工采用连续作业，不得中断，保证不断桩、不缩径，基础工程施工中必须加强施工检测力度（增加监虬点和观测次数），基础开挖前复核一次观测点读数值。基础开挖后，由专人定期观测，下雨天增加观测次数，以防围护桩发生水平位移，对周围建筑物的影响及施工安全而造成事故。 26、开挖出的土方，要严格按照组织设计堆放，不得难于基坑外侧，以免引起地面堆载超荷引起上体位移、板桩位移或支撑破坏。 27、挖土机械不得在施工中碰撞支撑，以免引起支撑破坏或拉损。 28、开挖土方必须有挖土今。主蒸汽管道和高温再热蒸汽管道分别从过热器和再热器的出口联箱的两侧引出，然后汇成一根母管，到汽轮机前再分成两根支管分别接入高压缸和中压缸左右侧主汽关断阀和再热关断阀。Now, we are in a new historical stage of all-round construction of a well-off society.
