Consigned cargo is suitable to custom, Airline Company and Ship Company.D. Full and scheduled payment of shipping charges to Party A as agreementE. No revealment of quotation and related information of Party AF. Choosing insurance for cargo by freedomG. Choose waiver or consign back for cargo within specified time when consignee reject cargo or cargo undelivered and agree to pay for returned fees and related charges)2、 To Party AA. Consign cargo of Party B to appointed destination safely, nicely and timely, except the factor of force majeure B. Offer favorable quotation and economical flight course to Party BC. Keep clients document in secrecyD. Have right to realize details of consigned cargoE. Obligate to offer freightage status to Party B during shipmentF. Assisting Party B to deal with abnormal freightageG.As soon as consigning, Party A ensure none stop during process, and charge from Party B if any stop happenedArticle 4 Expenses and Costs1、Consented balancing method for 2 parties, for yes, X for no（ ）A. Prepaid in advance, Party A arrange shipment after receiving full payment of consignment from Party B（ ）B. Monthly Credit, Party A afford all charges and arrange shipment for Party B, and charge total amount from Party B monthly（ ）C. Other Choice, instructed aside2、“Monthly credit” in accordance with follow articleA. Costs caused by Party B consigns to Party A, must be at/above RMB_/month, otherwise balanced by prepaid.B. Party B must settle all charges if only amount over RMB_, before that, all charges is accumulatedC. Settlement date: Party A fax or email last bill to Party B on/before _th each month (Postponed by holiday). Party B settle all charges on/before _th each moth (Postponed by holiday) if not objecting the bill within 3 days since Party A transmitting 3. If not paying costs as agreement, Party B affords all aftereffects result from detaining cargo and detaining bill of document and so on by Party A. Party A will charge late fee of third thousand of not-paying amount daily and will take reasonable and legal approach to argue for arrearage4. Payment method: cash, check and wire transfer to appointed account of Party AArticle 5 CompensationA. Party B compensate loss caused by cargo lost, damaged or delay before Party A check and acceptB. Party A compensate loss caused by lost or damaged according to Warsaw Convention and declared value on Party Bs Proforma Invoice, cargo value less than RMB800.00 each, document value less than RMB50.00 each. Party B should offer related documents to claim for compensation in valid time.)C. 双方不得以任何形式向第三方承诺或实际承担由于丢失、损坏或延误导致的任何间接损失；D. Party B cant process illegal act through Part A, such as smuggling, cheating exchange or unconformity between consignment and actual cargo, or else Party B will afford all aftereffect and compensate for all loss to Party AArticle 6 Appeal and Expiration condition A Parties cant satisfied each other after conferring during performing this agreementBCant solve reasonably for long term arrearageCEach Party notify the opposite before 30days of expiration if desiring to stop agreement. After notice, the agreement is invalid on/before 30th Day.DEach Party has right to stop agreement if only the other Party disobey any articles. Fell back Party clear all not-paying charges within 5 days after noticed and bear related responsibility.EParties will bear related obligation and responsibility on unfinished matters concerned even if Agreement expiredArticle 7 Disputed SettlementA.
