教案名称: 译林牛津版高中模块四 unit 2 reading 部分教案 一、教学设计思路教学分析This passage is a speech given by an IOC member which introduced the history from the Ancient Games to the Modern Games. By learning this passage we should convey the valuable Olympic spirit to the students and encourage them to never give up in life. Whats more, this is also good teaching material to develop studentss reading and speaking ability.教学思路I need to divide the whole procedure into four parts. First, I will lead in the students and arouse their learning interest. Then, I will let the students skim and scan the passage to develop their reading ability. Third, we should deal with the language points. In the end, I need to give some comments about this class.二、教学设计教学目标1 知识与技能 to help students get general idea about the text and master the language points in the passage.2 过程与方法 To make students familiar with detailed information about the text. And to do some practice to consolidate what have been taught3 情感、态度与价值观To get the students know the spirits of the Olympic Games and use such sprit to encourage them.教学重点难点教学重点:How to help the students understand the passage better and finish all the exercises.教学难点: How to help the students develop their creative and comprehensive abilities教学方法1. Improve the students ability of reading comprehension.2. Practice to get the students to master what they have learnt.3. Discussion to make students work in class. 三、教学流程:教师活动学生活动教学环节1Lead inShow some classic pictures about the Olympic Games to the students and give some questions to excite their interest in the text1.Where did the ancient Olympics begin?2.What do the five rings on the Olympic flag stand for?3. Who is your favorite athlete and why? 4.What is the mascot of Beijing Olympics? And what about the London Olympic Games?5.Talk about something that impress you most in the 2012 London Olympic Games.See the pictures the teacher showed to them and discuss the questions and give their answers to the questions.教学环节2Presentation1. Listenning:play the tape of the text to students and let them answer the following questions after finishing the listening.l When did the ancient Olympic Games begin?l Where were they held and how often?l what ancient sports can still be seen today?l Who could compete at the ancient Olympic Games?How about the contemporary Olympic Games today?2. Reading for strictures: ask the students to skim the text to get a general idea of the text and divide the whole passage in to several parts and get the main idea of each part3.Careful reading:Let the students to scan the text again to get the detailede information and fill in the forms having been handed out to them1.listen to the tape and write down the key points and answer the questions2.
