incoming deliveries from the forwarder is conducted by the warehouse personnel Including inspection for transport damages and verification of correct packaging and quantity Warehouse personal is transferring the material into the blocked area for incoming deliveries and inform the QMS Department about the arrival and give order to perform the incoming inspection 仓库人员负责交货原材料的接收 包括检查是否有运输损坏 informed the QMS Department that a material delivery has been arrived in the warehouse and that the initial inspection regarding quantities and transport damages had been conducted 仓库人员对交货原材料的首次检查 即交货数量和运输破损完成后 通知品保部 原材料已到达 Warehouse Business department provides all relevant documents necessary for the incoming inspection to the QMS department 仓库 业务部门需要提交给品保部所有原材料检验前需确认的相关文件 a Delivery sheet for production the material is being marked with green label for approved and warehouse is free to transfer the material out of the blocked area for incoming goods In case the delivery is being rejected the material is being marked with red label for not approved The delivery stays in the blocked area until decision is been between QMS Department and Business department about further handling 如果整批次货物可以释放投入生产 需要用绿色标签标识好 合格 仓库就可以对封存区该批次原材料自由移 动 如果整批次货物被拒绝 需要用红色标签标识好 不合格 并继续停留在封存区 直至品保部和业务部沟 通做出进一步的处理意见 In case a quality error on the already released material is being detected during the production process the production department has to inform the QMS Department to evaluate the error and decide how to proceed with the affected batch of material 在生产过程中 已释放的原材料如果发现有质量问题 生产部需要将信息反馈给品保部 由品保部做出评估和 如何处理该批次原材料的决定 When the material of a delivery is being used up the Production department and warehouse have to inform the QMS department and present the sorted out and rejected material of that delivery 某批次原材料用完后 生产部和仓库需要通知品保部 提供目前该批次挑选出的不合格原材料 QMS Dept is examining the rejected material and verifies if the material is not useable for production 品保部对挑选出的不合格品进行检查 确认的确是不能够用于生产 Material that is has been classified as useable is being send back to Production Dept to be used in the production process For the material that doesn t meet the requirements a final complaint report is prepared showing a description of the detected errors digital pictures and the final defect rate for the whole delivery 经确认发现可以用于生产的原材料退还生产部 投入生产使用 对不符合质量要求的不合格原材料 准备写投 诉报告 包括缺陷类型描述 数码照片和最终整批次货物不合格率 The final defect rate is being documented in the Supplier evaluation report and on the complaint report 最终数据不合格率需要记录在 供应商评估报告 和投诉报告中 The complaint report is being passed on to the Business Department for being processes in the complaint management process The sorted out material is being marked and separately stored in the blocked area of the warehouse until decision has
