driver s subjective feeling A lot of test samples are needed to study the relationship between driver s subjective feeling and objective motion of vehicles however this is difficult to do so in reality By changing tire model tire pressure and balance weight mass of two vehicles of appropriate class 16 models are derived and corresponding objective tests are implemented With main component analysis methods dimensional reduction is made to the proposed objective criteria thus the requirement of subjective and objective consistency study on amount of test samples is lowered down laying Co LTD Abstract In the paper the vehicle crash performance reflected by the deceleration curve of B pillar is defined as vehicle rigidity and the transfer process of injury to the dummy by vehicle rigidity during real vehicle crash as well as the effect of accuracy of injury reproduced by the sled test on dummy are investigated It is pointed out through analysis of effect of rigidity on dummy movement during frontal impact test and pelvic stress analysis that the relative acceleration curve of the dummy relative to the vehicle body is near sinusoidal Meanwhile an application research of investigate power performance fuel economy and combustion characteristics of five fuels pure diesel for diesel engine blended fuel G10 mixed up with natural gas synthetic oil GTL diesel fuel and diesel fuel with mixing ratio of 1 9 blended fuel BD10 mixed up with biodiesel and diesel fuel with mixing ratio of 1 9 pure GTL diesel fuel G100 and pure biodiesel BD100 The study results indicate that G10 and BD10 fuel achieve similar combustion characteristics At rated revolutions a considerable increase in cylinder operating pressure of G100 fuel can be observed while a remarkable decline of operating pressure inside cylinder with BD100 fuel Compared with BD10 fuel fuel consumption of G10 fuel is 2 43 lower and power is 2 78 higher Compared with pure diesel fuel fuel consumption of G100 vertical vibration energy of vehicle The operating principle structure and design plan were described in the paper and a model of the electromagnetic energy regenerative suspension was built Energy saving potential of this suspension has been studied by simulation with CARSIM and MATLAB SIMULINK software The result shows that the electromagnetic energy regenerative suspension can recover some of the vibration energy It is known from simulation results that structural damping energy regenerative element damper and charging circuit performance are the main factors which influence energy software ADAMS By comparing the simulation results from steady state steering tests and braking efficiency tests with the real vehicle tests the consistency of the simulation model and the real vehicle was verified And the influence of axial deviation angle on folding angle and steering characteristic when the tractor semi trailer runs in a curve was analyzed The results show that when the axial deviation angle is consistent with the steering direction of semi trailer train the semi trailer train folding angle increases which is helpful to the driving stability of semi trailer train 11 the influence of the relevant factors caused by wading under different wading conditions on engine performance is analyzed The test results show that due to the cooling effect of engine wading on lubricating oil engine performance under wading conditions is slightly superior to that under not wading conditions however the increase of back pressure under wading contributes significantly to Based on the strong nonlinear characteristics of body structure crashworthiness response the paper takes lightweight of an automotive front body structure as example and analyzes and compares the effect of three frequently used experimental design methods on model accuracy in the approximation model phase established with support vector regression SVR The results show that the combination of homogeneous design with SVR is most suitable for the building of crashworthiness approximation model With the optimized front body structure design based on the optimal approximation model obtained a
