It can be used separately or together with Attachment B ZTE Engineering Quality and Documentation Check Tables.本文件是针对通讯工程中各环节的安装和工程质量检验包括一级检验(自检)、二级检验(抽、互检)和三级检验(巡检)的标准,包括TURNKEY项目中的外包环节。也可供工程设计人员参考。若与具体产品的验收标准相冲突,以产品验收标准为准,但要提供可记录文件作为证据。工程施工的相关要求请参见各产品种类的相关规范和标准。This document serves as a standard designed for Level 1 Inspection (self-test), Level 2 Inspection (spot check and mutual check) and Level 3 Inspection (inspection tour) of each link of communication engineering, including the outsourcing link in TURNKEY projects. The engineering designer can reference this standard. If this standard conflicts with the acceptance standard of a specific product, the acceptance standard of this product is dominant, but related recordable files must be provided as proofs. For the requirements of engineering construction, please see specifications and standards of each type of products.本标准中的“保证项目”是指必须满足的、重要的项目,若不满足将会对产品的后果造成较大的潜在影响(以响应故障发生的可防范性、可能性、严重后果为评价标准), “一般项目”是指为相对保证项目而言的次要项目。This document serves as a standard designed for Level 1 Inspection (self-test), Level 2 Inspection (spot check and mutual check) and Level 3 Inspection (inspection tour) of each link of communication engineering, including the outsourcing link in TURNKEY projects. 也可供工程设计人员参考。If this standard conflicts with the acceptance standard of a specific product, the acceptance standard of this product is dominant, but related recordable files must be provided as proofs. For the requirements of engineering construction, please see specifications and standards of each type of products.本文中引用的国标是参考标准。如有当地标准,则按当地标准有关条款执行。本检查标准由原网络产品工程质量检查标准、PCS产品工程质量检查标准、GSM产品工程质量检查标准、CDMA产品工程质量检查标准、BWA产品工程质量检查标准、传输产品工程质量检查标准、会议电视产品工程质量检查标准合并后又增加了土建工程检查标准、铁塔工程检查标准、方舱工程检查标准、微波工程检查标准、油机工程检查标准。对其他有特殊要求的产品,请参照相关产品的工程技术规范相关部分进行检查。2008年本标准增加了工程可靠性要求并经过专家评审。2009年根据国际标准GR-63-CORE Issue 3 March 3 2006、IEC有关标准和公司技术标准23.021-2009 通信设备工程可靠性规范进行了修订。This check standard is a combination of the original network product engineering quality check standard, PCS product engineering quality check standard, GSM product engineering quality check standard, CDMA product engineering quality check standard, BWA product engineering quality check standard, transmission product engineering quality check standard, and video conference product engineering quality check standard, with the addition of civil engineering check standard, tower engineering check standard, shelter engineering check standard, microwave engineering check standard, and DG engineering check standard. For other products with special requirements, please refer to relevant part of their engineering technical specifications. The engineering reliability requirement is added in this edition and it has been review by relevant experts in 2008. This standard was revised in 2009 according to international standard GR-63-CORE Issue 3 March 3 2006、IEC related standards and ZTE technology standard 23.021-2009 Communication Equipment Engineering Reliability Specification.本标准解释权归销售体系工程服务部质量部。This standard is subject to exclusive interpretation Quality Management Dept of Engineering Service Division in Sales System .ZTE工程质量检查标准ZTE工程质量检查标准1 第一部分:土建ivil Work Check 1.1 塔基Tower Foundation1.1.1 保证项目Guaranteed Items1.1.1.1 基坑(槽)和管沟基底的土质必须符合设计要求,并严禁扰动。The soil around an excavation or a trench should be in conformity with the design criteria, and disturbed soil is prohibited.1.1.1.2 模板及其支架必须具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性。The formworks and their supports must have adequate intensity, rigidity and stability.1.1.1.3 其支架的支承部分必须有足够的支承面积。如安装在基土上,基土必须坚实,并有排水措施。对湿陷性黄土,必须有防水措施。对冻胀性土,必须有防冻融措施。The bearing part of supports must have an adequate bearing area. If they are mounted on foundation soil, the foundation soil must be strong enough and with drainage facilities. For collapse loess, there must be waterproof measures. For frost-heaving soil, there must be anti-freezing and anti-thawing measures.1.1.1.4 钢筋应有出厂质量证明书和试验报告,钢筋的品种和质量必须符合设计要求和有关标准的规定。The reinforcement steel bar must have a factory quality certificate and test reports, and conform to the design criteria and related standards in type and quality.1.1.1.5 钢筋带有颗粒状或片状老锈,经除锈后仍留有麻点的钢筋,严禁按原规格使用。钢筋表面应保持清洁。When the reinforcement steel bar still has pitting after the granular or flaky rusts are removed, they can no longer be used according to original specifications. The surface of reinforcement steel bar must be kept clean.1.1.1.6 钢筋的规格、形状、尺寸、数量、锚固长度,接头设置,必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定。The reinforcement steel bar must conform to the design criteria and construction instructions in specification, shape, size, quantity, anchorage length, and joint setting.1.1.1.7 钢筯焊接时,所用焊条、焊剂的牌号、性能以及接头中使用的钢板和型钢均符合设计要求和有关标准的规定。When reinforcement steel bars are welded, the brand and performance of the welding rod and flux, and the steel plate and profiled steel used in jointing must conform to the design criteria and related standards.1.1.1.8 钢筋的焊接接头按规定取试件,其机械性能试验结果必须符合钢筋焊接及验收的专门规定。Select welded joint samples of reinforcement steel bar as required, and the test results of their mechanical performance must conform to the special specifications about reinforcement steel bar welding and acceptance.1.1.1.9 混凝土所用水泥、砂、石子、外加剂等必须符合施工规范和有关规定,并有出厂合格证和实验报告。The cement, sand, gravel, and additive used for concrete must conform to the construction specifications and related rules, and they are qualified with factory quality certificates and test reports.1.1.1.10 混凝土的配合比、原材料计量、搅拌、养护和施工缝处理,必须符合施工规范的规定。The concrete mixture ratio, measurement of raw materials, stirring, maintenance, and construction joint must conform to the construction specifications.1.1.1.11 按混凝土强度检验评定标准(GBJ10787)的规定取样、制作、养护和试验试块。Concrete sampling, manufacturing, maintenance and testing must be carried out according to Concrete Intensity Test Evaluation Standard (GBJ10787).1.1.1.12 桩的质量必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定,并有出厂合格证。The quality of piles must conform to the design criteria and construction instructions with a factory qualification certificate.1.1.1.13 打桩的标高及贯入度、桩的接头节点处理,必须符合设计要求。The elevation and penetration for pile driving, and pile joints must conform to the design criteria.1.1.1.14 混凝土的原材料、混凝土强度必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定。基础尺寸和标高满足设计要求。The raw materials and intensity of concrete must conform to the design criteria and construction instructions. the dimension and elevation of the foundation should meet the requirements of the drawing.桩芯灌注混凝土量不得小于计算体积。The amount of concrete poured into the pile cannot be less than the calculated volume.1.1.1.15 灌注混凝土的桩顶标高及浮浆处理,必须符合设计要求和施工规范规定。The pile top elevation and laitance after pouring concrete must conform to the design criteria and construction instructions.1.1.1.16 成孔深度和终孔岩土,必须符合设计要求。The pore-forming depth and terminal pore earth must conform to the design criteria.1.1.2 一般项目General Items1.1.2.1 模板接缝宽度不得大于1.5mm。模板表面清理干净并采取防止粘结措施。The formwork joint gap cannot exceed 1.5mm. The formwork surface must be cleaned, and proper anti-adhesive measurements must be taken.1.1.2.2 每件(处)基础模板上粘浆和漏涂脱模剂的累计面积应不大于1000cm2。The area of puddle and missing of demolding agent on each basic formwork accumulatively should not be larger than 1000cm2.1.1.2.3 板与混凝土的接触面应清理干净并采取防止粘结措施。每件(处)柱模上粘浆和漏涂脱模剂的累计面积不大于400cm2。The contact surface between the formwork and concrete must be cleaned, and proper anti-adhesive measurements must be taken. The puddle and demolding agent on each pile formwork should have an accumulated area not larger than 400cm2.1.1.2.4 混凝土应振捣密实,每个检查件蜂窝面积不大于400cm2,孔洞面积不大于100cm2。The concrete should be vibrated and compact, and each test sample should have a cellular area not larger than 400cm2, and a hole area not larger than 100cm2.1.1.2.5 无露筋和缝隙、夹层、裂缝。There is no exposed steel, seam, sandwich or crack.1.1.2.6 对设计不允许有裂缝的基础,不得有裂缝。设计允许出现裂缝的基础,其裂缝宽度必须符合设计要求。When the design does not allow any crack in the foundation, there must be no crack. When the foundation allows a crack, the crack width must conform to the design requirement.1.1.2.7 钢筋笼的主筋搭接和焊接接头长度、错开距离,必须符合施工规范的规定,钢筋笼加劲箍和箍筋。焊点必须密实牢固。同一处的接头数量不能超过50%。The main steel splicing length of the reinforcing cage and the length and spacing of welded joints must conform to the construction instructions. The reinforcing cage must be equipped with binding hoops. The weld spots must be dense and firm. The number of joints in the same section should not exceed 50%.1.1.2.8 护壁混凝土厚度及配筋,应符合设计要求,护壁直径(外、内)误差不大于50mm。The thickness of lining concrete and reinforcing steel must conform to the design criteria. The lining diameter (external and internal) should not have a deviation larger than 50mm.1.2 围墙围栏工程Enclosing Wall and fence1.2.1 保证项目Guaranteed Items1.2.1.1 围墙尺寸:围墙高度、厚度及长宽符合设计要求。 Enclosing wall dimensions: The enclosing wall must conform to the design criteria in height, thickness and length.1.2.1.2 围墙材料:满足质量及设计要求。Enclosing wall materials: The enclosing wall materials conform to the quality and design criteria.1.2.1.3 平整度:外观平整美观。Smoothness: The appearance must be smooth and good-looking.1.2.1.4 围墙建筑:按设计要求砌筑和进行表面处理按设计设置墩柱。按设计置墙顶沿:按要求设置伸缩缝。Enclosing wall construction: The enclosing wall is built according to the design criteria with surface treated; the columns, wall top and expansion joints are built as designed.1.2.1.5 围墙基础:工程是否按设计深度开挖和施工。基础材料和标高、外观质量符合设计及相关标准。Enclosing wall foundation: Its excavation and construction are carried out in conformity with the designed depth. the foundation material as well as elevation and its appearance should meet the design and the related standard.1.2.1.6 预埋预留:是否按工艺要求预埋管线。Embedment and reservation: Conduits are embedded according to the process requirements.1.2.1.7 围墙大门:是否便于开关、牢固和进行防护处理。Enclosing wall gate: The gate is easy to open and close, and it is firm and with protection.1.2.1.8 设置排水孔。直径50毫米的PVC排水管间距约2米至3米。PVC drainpipes with 50mm diameter should be placed with 2m3m spacing in the foundation of fence1.3 房屋工程Building1.3.1 保证项目Guaranteed Items1.3.1.1 建筑要求:满足设计要求功能、尺寸及结构。Construction requirements: Conforms to the design criteria in functions, dimensions, and structure.1.3.1.2 装修要求:按要求进行表面处理并平整美观,无裂缝。内外墙表面质量符合规范要求。Decoration requirements: The surface treatment must meet related requirements, and the appearance must be smooth and good-looking, without any crack.The wall appearance of interior and exterior should meet the code.1.3.1.3 房屋建筑材料:检查钢筋、水泥、石子和砂子的材质证明、合格证。检查钢筋力学性能试验报告。检查地脚螺栓的材质证明文件。Building materials: Check the quality and qualification certificates of the reinforcement steel bar, cement, gravel, and sand; check the test report of mechanical property of the reinforcement steel bar; check the quality certification files of the anchor bolts.1.3.1.4 预埋预留:符合各专业工艺设计文件要求尺寸(包括孔洞、管线、电器、照明等)。Embedment and reservation: Conforming to the dimensions (including holes, conduits, electric appliances, and lighting) required by specialized process design documents.1.3.1.5 混凝土:符合设计文件要求等级,屋面现浇保证密实不漏水。Concrete: Conforming to the level required by the design documents. Make sure onsite concreting is waterproof and dense.1.3.1.6 室内外地面:按设计要求施工,平整夯实。基础材料尺寸、标高满足设计要求。Indoor and outdoor ground: Constructed smooth and compact as designed. The foundation material,dimension and elevation should meet the drawing.1.3.1.7 防水:按设计要求进行屋面防水处理。Waterproof: Waterproof processing is conducted for the roof as designed.1.4 预埋管线Embedded Conduits1.4.1 保证项目Guaranteed Items1.4.1.1 预埋材料:按设计工艺要求预埋管线等。Embedded materials: Conduits are embedded according to the design process requirements.1.4.1.2 预埋深度:符合设计文件要求尺寸。Embedment depth: Conforming to the dimensions required by the design documents.1.4.1.3 预埋保护符合设计文件及施工规范要求。预埋端口处理符合设计文件及施工规范要求。The embedment protection conforms to the design documents and construction specifications. The processing of embedded terminals conforms to the design documents and construction specifications.1.4.1.4 预埋弯曲半径符合设计文件及施工规范要求。The embedment bending radius conforms to the design documents and construction specifications.1.4.2 回填土地基夯实,地基无塌陷、裂缝。The refilled foundation must be compact without sinking or crack.1.5 基站地面工程Base Station Ground1.5.1 保证项目Guaranteed Items1.5.1.1 建筑要求按设计要求进行地面施工。Ground construction must be carried out as designed for the building.1.5.1.2 坡度符合设计文件要求。 The grade of slope must conform to the design documents.1.5.1.3 排水坡度符合设计要求,并设置排水孔。The drainage slope must conform to the design criteria, and there are drainage outlets.1.5.1.4 平整性地面平整夯实。The ground must be smooth and compact.1.5.2 回填土地基夯实,地基无塌陷、裂缝。The refilled foundation must be compact without sinking or crack.2 铁塔工程Tower Engineering2.1 铁塔塔体(自立塔)Tower Body ( Self-supporting tower)2.1.1 保证项目Guaranteed Items2.1.1.1 铁塔基础高度应符合工程设计要求,顶面水平度偏差应小于1.5mm。The tower foundation height must meet the engineering design criteria, and the deviation of top levelness must be less than 1.5mm.2.1.1.2 铁塔高度,平台、加挂支柱的安装位置及高度应符合工程设计要求。The tower height, as well as the installation position and height of the platform and suspension pillar should meet the engineering design criteria.2.1.1.3 整体垂直度H/1500 、相邻两层垂直度h/750。General perpendicularity H/1500, and perpendicularity between two adjacent layers h/750.2.1.1.4 塔体截面几何形状:对角线误差:(D4m时) 2.00mm (D4m时) 3.00mm,相邻间距误差(b4m时) 1.5mm (b4m时) 2.5mm。Geometrical form of tower body section: Diagonal error 2.00mm (if D4m) or 3.00mm (if D4m); adjacent spacing error 1.5mm (if b4m) or 2.5mm (if b4m).2.1.1.5 塔靴中心间距偏差应小于3mm。The error of spacing between the tower boot centers should be less than 3mm.2.1.1.6 铁塔主体中心轴线的垂直度偏差应小于1。The perpendicularity deviation of the central axis of the tower body should be less than 1.2.1.1.7 避雷针安装位置及高度应符合工程设计要求,安装牢固、端正,允许垂直偏差小于等于5(与避雷针高度比较),有截面不小于40mmX4mm的镀锌扁钢做专用接地引下线。he mounting position and height of a lightning rod must meet the engineering design criteria. It must be firm and upright with an acceptable perpendicularity deviation not larger than 5 (in comparison with its height). There is a piece of galvanized flat steel with a sectional area not smaller than 40mm*4mm used as a dedicated grounding downlead.2.1.1.8 避雷引下线在接地网的连接点与机房设备接地引下线的距离不小于10米。On the grounding network, the joint of the lightning downlead should be at least 10 meters away from the grounding downlead of the devices in the equipment room.2.1.1.9 机房防雷接地与工作接地在接地网上的引接点不应小于5米。The contact points of the lightning protection grounding and the equipment grounding for the equipment room on the grounding network should be spaced at least 5 meters apart.2.1.1.10 铁塔所有组装件无明显扭曲、磨损。There is no obvious distortion or abrasiveness on the surface of the assembling tower structural material.2.1.1.11 铁塔杆件的安装检查:主材、隔面和斜拉杆材均应正确安装,无错误、遗漏。Check on the tower material: the main material, brace, as well as the diagonal pillars are installed properly without any mistakes or missing items.2.1.2 一般项目General Items2.1.2.1 地脚螺栓露出基础顶面长度应符合工程设计要求,地脚螺栓的外露丝扣不小于2扣,且需做防腐处理。The exposed length of an anchor bolt above the foundation should meet the engineering design criteria, and there must be at least two screw-threads exposed and with the sufficient anticorrosive treatment.2.1.2.2 螺栓必须为双螺母紧固,不得装两个以上的平垫片或用大螺母代替平垫片,螺栓外露丝扣在2扣以上。螺栓的穿入方向一致。The bolt must be fastened with twin screws, and it is not allowed to have over two flat washers installed, or substitute a big screw for a flat washer. The bolt should have at least two threads exposed. The bolts must be driven in the same direction.2.1.2.3 连接螺栓应顺畅穿入,不得强行敲击,当孔位偏差小于等于3mm时可打过冲后再穿入螺栓。螺栓穿向应一致。A connecting bolt must be driven in smoothly; it is forbidden to hammer it forcedly. When the hole deviation is less than or equal to 3mm, correct it before driving the bolt in. The bolts must be driven in the same direction.2.1.2.4 螺母拧紧应符合工程设计的力矩要求。The screws should be tightened in conformity with the torque requirements of the engineering
