My main job is to design roadmap of global material purchase and do team administration, for exampleVMI(vender management inventory) procurement design ,mass strategicmaterial procurement design. VMI is fulfilled by the combining of SAP and outside systems. SAP system generates the general requirement, while outside systems operate requirement analysis according to production plan, which will be issued to the vender in different intervals . And then the vender will deliver the goods to production station. 14、. What is the most difficult part of this project?
