个人劳动合同甲方：北京云峰星娱乐城乙方： 朱玉欣 甲方因生产经营需要，经考核，录用乙方 朱玉欣 为 收银员 ，遵照国家有关劳动法律法规，经双方协商，签订本合同。第一条 甲方录用乙方从事 前台收银员 工作。第二条 劳动合同期限从 1998 年 9 月 3 日起至 1999 年 9 月 2 日止。其中试用期限为 3 个月，至 1998 年 12 月 2 日止。第三条 甲方的基本权利义务是：一、根据生产经营的需要和本单位的规章制度及本合同的各项条款对乙方进行管理。二、保护乙方的合法权益，按规定付给乙方工资、奖金、津贴以及保险、福利和其他政策性补贴。三、做好乙方上岗前的培训工作并提供符合国家安全标准的劳动作业卫生条件。四、依照国家有关规定对乙方进行奖惩。第四条 乙方的基本权利和义务是：一、享受 云峰星员工 待遇。二、遵守国家法律法规和甲方的规章制度。三、完成甲方分配的生产任务和经济指标。第五条 工资待遇。 800元/月第六条 工作时间。 48小时/周第七条 劳动保险及福利待遇。 三险第八条 劳动合同的变更和解除。任何一方解除合同，须提前 30 天通知对方，方能解除合同，并办理有关手续)。 第九条 本合同一式三份，甲乙双方各执一份，报鉴证机关存留一份。本合同自双方签字之日起生效。甲方：（北京云峰星娱乐城 盖章） 乙方：朱玉欣负责人：罗晓林1998年 9 月 3 日Employment ContractEmployer (Party A): Yunfengxing Recreation Center, BeijingEmployee (Party B): Yuxin ZhuIn consideration of its management, Party A, the employer, hires Party B, Yuxin, Zhu as cashier after interview. In conformity with the rules and regulations concerning labor in China, the two parties have reached this employment contract after negotiations.1. Party A hires Party B as cashier on the counter.2. This contract shall be valid from September 3, 1998 to September 2, 1999. And the first three months shall be probation period which ends on December 2, 1998.3. Rights and obligations of Party A:1.) Party A shall supervise Party B in accordance with its management, rules, regulations and the provisions of this contract.2.) Party A shall protect Party Bs lawful rights and interests.
