鄂尔多斯EHS计划 EJV hasidentified thefollowing keyimprovement areasforxx.1.Installation ofsafety switches(ref LOTO)2.Continued focuson use of PPE3.Continued focuson thetraffic situation4.Implementation of5S5.EHS auditand training6.Procedures critical57.Risk Assessment-critical58.Safe jobanalyses/Job observations1.Installation ofsafety switches(ref LOTO)During thefirst quarterofxxsafety switcheswill beinstalled on all identifiedareas ieonallmotors andmoving parts.Training inuse ofLOTO procedurewill takeplace oncethe equipmentis in place.See training document fordetails.2.Continued focuson useof PPEUse ofPPE isa continuous focus area.Observations arecarried outduring regularvisits to the work shops.Procedure foruse andconsequences whennot followed,is publishedin allworkshopareas andmunicated to all employeesduring specifictraining sessions.3.Continued focuson thetraffic situationToo manyaidents havehappened asa consequenceof poordriving skills/knowledge.EJV hasestablished thefollowing actionsto improvethe safetyon theroad for all employees:-Arrange traffic safety trainingto allof ourJV employeesby localtraffic policedepartment.-Issue trafficsafety regulationto giveour employeesvery cleardirective ontrafficsafety.(publish in all Workshops)-Cooperation withErdos tofollow upour trafficsafety regulation.-Investigate theuseofcollective/public transportation-Present aletter aboutreducing thexx年，合资公司明确将以下几个关键点作为持续改进的目标。 1.安装安全开关（参考挂牌上锁）2.继续关注个人防护装备使用3.继续关注交通改进状况4.推行5S管理5.环境健康安全审核及培训6.关于5种危险状况的程序编制7.关于5种危险状况的风险评价8.安全工作分析和观察1.安装安全开关（参考挂牌上锁）xx年的一季度，所有的被却人区域将会安装安全开关。 例如，所有的电动设备和旋转设备。 如何使用挂牌上锁的培训将会在所有的设备上演示一次。 参见培训程序的细节。 2.继续关注个人防护装备使用持续的关注个人劳动保护用品的使用情况是一个关键点。 日常的检查报告将会贯穿和覆盖与整个车间。 如有不遵守程序的使用，造成的后果将会在每个车间进行宣传。 在特殊培训会上，将会与员工们就此进行交流。 3.继续关注交通改进状况因为技术和知识匮乏的缘故，发生了多起交通事故。 合资公司将会采取以下的措施改进道路的安全状况。 -安排由当地交通部门给所有的员工进行交通安全培训。 -制定明确直接的交通安全守则。 （在所有的车间张贴）-与鄂尔多斯集团合作，一起推行合资公司的交通安全制度。 -调查公共交通工具的使用情况。 -关于减少交通事故发生频率的建议和意见，致信当地交通主管部门。 frequency oftraffic aidentsto thelocal authorities.4.Implementation of5S Cleanlinessand tidinessis definedas thestarting pointfor goodHSE work.In orderto makethe workplace safe,it isimportant that5S isinplace.We havecontinuousfocuson thisarea andfollow upduring regularinspections tothe WorkShops.During ourestablished EBSprogram thereis evenmore focuson5S fromour EBSimplementation team.5.EHS auditand trainingWe haveestablished atraining programforallemployees.See separatetrainingdocument.The FOCUSmanual will be translatedto Chineseand distributedtoallemployees.Regular HSEaudits arecarried ooutby theHSE department(see separateaudit document).6.Procedures critical5Procedures forcritical5are established:Through ourestablished trainingschedule,implementation ofthese procedureswillbea focusarea inxx.7.Risk Assessment-critical5In orderto improvethe workingconditions further,we will carry outa pleterisk assessmentwith respecttothecritical5inallwork shopsduringxx.For details,see separatedocument.8.Safe jobanalyses/Job observationsWhen equipmentand procedureshave beenimplemented wewillcarryout SJAas wellas jobobservations tofurther identifyimprovement areasin ourwork shops.4.推行5S管理干净和整洁是安全工作的起始点。 从为了实现现场工作安全起见，推行5s工作是必须和重要的。 EBS和安全工作都将5s作为计划的重点实施。 5.环境健康安全审核及培训合资公司将会对所有的员工进行培训。 具体事宜参见培训程序。 The FOCUS将会翻译成中文，并且发至所有员工。 常规的HSE审核将会有安全质量部单独实施。 （参见审核文件）。 6.关于5种危险状况的程序编制编制五种危险状况的程序。
