Border Economic Cooperation Area Seminar for Laos and China.Commodities to be exhibited1. Agricultural and sideline products, native products, Dai medicine and South medicine(Nanyao), fruits and fruit products, flowers and gardening products, puer tea and etc.2. Home appliance, daily necessities, tourism products, cosmetics, art ware, redwood furniture and etc.Booths and FeeThe fair is going to have ASEAN exhibition area, agricultural product exhibition area, biological product exhibition area, daily necessities exhibition area, and other exhibition area. The standard indoor booth measures 3 m 3 m equipped with boarding on three sides, one table, two chairs, one 220/10A socket and one placard with both Chinese and English name of the exhibitor. None of these facilities is provided for outdoor exhibition.Fee: 600 RMB for producing the placard and the charge of water, electricity, and sanitation of per standard booth.Guidelines for Participation1. Registration(1) Ask for the Acknowledgement Form at the office of the organizing committee of the 13th Xishuangbanna Border Trade Tourism Fair or loaddown the Form at our official website(copies of the Form are valid).(2) Sign up to the office of the organizing committee of the 13th Xishuangbanna Border Trade Tourism Fair by filling out the sealed Acknowledgement form and sending it back to the office of the organizing committee by mail or fax.2. Qualifications(1) Participating enterprises must have legitimate business qualification;(2) Enterprises signing up for the exhibition provide copies of valid operation certificate issued by the local industry and commerce administration;(3) Name of the enterprise at the exhibition must be in accordance with the name provided at registration and the name on the placard;(4) Any exhibition and/or sale of counterfeit or shoddy products are strictly prohibited at the Fair; No infringement of intellectual property rights or other illegal business activities shall be done at the fair;(5) Participating enterprises must agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the organizing committee and comply with all statutory obligations.3. Confirmation of booths and Payment of Fee(1) Allotting principle of stands: The stand will be reserved for those apply earlier.(2) The office of the organizing committee shall confirm the Acknowledgement Form and the acceptance of application within five days and arrange booths for accepted enterprises.(3) Any transfer or leasing of the booths after confirmation is prohibited; otherwise, the organizing committee has the right to expel the transgressor.
