My Career Dreamalways on the way“I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.”These are the sentences which were said by Martin Luther King in “I have a dream.”I think everyone in the world maybe have many dreams. Some of them are great and some is small. The person who has a dream maybe realistic or unrealistic , excellent or ordinary , brave or timid. But no matter how the dreams develop, it is significant to make it come ture for us. Dreams are our biggest hope. When a person has a dream, he would be to pay all the effort to achieve it; and when his dream is fullfilled, he may be the most happy person in the world. When our teacher gave us this topic, I have no idea about a more pretty title, so I just use this one“always on the way”. Maybe the simplest one is the best one. There are many kinds of dreams. But today Id like to say the career dream. The career dream is a persons plan and hope of his occupation in the future. Everyone has a different dream career ,because everyone has his own dream . For example ,some people want to be a doctor ,some people want to be a nurse ,some people want to be a bank massage ,and some people want to be a teacher. I can remember my dream career is being a scientist when I was a child. Because I think scientist is a very interesting, great and fantastic occupation. In my eyes, scientists can explore forever. This dream let me think of my childhood. I always feel that every child is a great magician. Their world is grown unable to understand or to enter. A simple graphics in their view is a bizarre twists and it turns of the thumbnail. As a graphics like a hat, they think it is a abdominal bulge shape a python swallowed an elephant. We should admire their imagination, or regret ourselves has been old enough? When we grow up, can we continue the childhood dream again ?Currently, the frequent job-hopping of the university graduates has sparked a heated discussion. Those who advocate this phenomenon claim that by doing so, the youngsters are likely to broaden their vision and have a better understanding of knowledge in different fields. Meanwhile, job-hopping may bring them a broader platform and an increasing number of opportunities, thus helping them make their dreams come true. Others take a totally different view, holding that job-hopping not only makes one fail to have a comprehensive understanding of a particular post, but also will result in the employers distrust in the newly-graduated employees. From my own point of view, I will try several posts before finding the one that is especially suitable for me and after that I will cling to the post and spare no effort to develop myself and contribute to the involved company. I think those people who cannot work seriously in the same profession dont really have their career dream.“Living without an aim is like sailing without a compass.”When I was a child, my father had said this sentence to me. He wants me to be a person who had myself dream instead of living without a aim. He think the people had no ideal are lamentable. Even if to the worlds richest man, I believe when he dont have dreams he will become the most poor person. When a man is young in years, the dream is his biggest wealth. So I try to set up a career dream early during my childhood. when I was little years old, I thought that the greatest person is teacher, because they know many things that I cant understand at that time, therefore I want to become the person like teacher. As I grow older, I knew, teacher is one kind of occupation. Teachers possibly will also make mistakes, teacher will also have the thing that he/she do not understand, therefore my dream changed. I had my future to be a scientist, because I knew that teachers knowledge comes from scientist, the most important is that I thought scientist know everything and theyre with respect of many people. Among the people I knew, no one is scientist, I had wanted to become a unique person. And I understand clearly that to be a scientist is not easy. If a person wants to be a scientist, he/she needs to read many books, but my school score was not that well. Therefore I changed my dream once again, my anticipation of the future is to be a businessman, on the one hand I thought that I should take responsibility to the built up of my family, I realized that we need money to support a good life, this has also been the mine idea environment instilled to me. As far as I know, I am not sure that I should to be a merchant or a teacher, in other words I have no idea of my future occupation. Maybe these thoughts are my primal career dream. In fact it is also just some very immature idea when I was a kid. Now it appears that this cant regard as rational professional planning. In this stage the distinguish between different kind of professional is only a simple concept in my mind, its still a embryonic stage. But even if I didnt know its meaning, this kind of aspire to myself career dream had bud in my young heart.“Life is just a series of trying to make up your mind.”When I entered high school, life becomes drab and busy. Everyday was fulfilled by countless courses and homework. At that time, the university entrance exam became the sole purpose of my all classmates, include me. If I have to say what the ideal I have during that years in high school, that is afraid that I have been eager to go in a satisfy university by myself effort on testing. I have always liked a university which has a school motto” Allow the fair can, with each passing day.” Because my strong love for this school, every day I was study seriously hard. Even before there has no any other matter in addition to learning in my life during that time the college entrance examination coming. But the final result hit me deeply, all my efforts were not exchanged for the result I want. I finally did not able to enter the university because of the only one point gap. During that time, I was very sad and disappointed, I was even dont believe the sentences If you make effort to do, you will have the harvest. I think, that moment is perhaps the first frustration we meet in my life and it can impress me setbacks enough. That failure let me get down for a year. But after that moment I found out that, rather than wasting time on those things which you cant change, might as well spend some time to do more meaningful. When the time I knew it, I had spent nearly the first year of my university time.“Our greatest glory consists not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.”My college life officially began in a year later. When I reviewed my life, I found a thing called human resources management. Human resources (Human Resource, hereinafter referred to as HR) refers to in a country or region, in working age, not to labor age and more than Labour age but have labor ability of the sum of the population. Or expressed as: a country or regions total population minus lose labor ability of the population after of population. Human resources also refers to a certain period in the organization of the people have to be used by enterprises, and to create the value of education, ability contribution role, skills, experience, the floorboard of the physical, etc.Marketing Management is a business discipline which is focused on the practical application of marketing techniques and the management of a firms marketing resources and activities. Rapidly emerging forces of globalization have compelled firms to market beyond the borders of their home country making International marketing highly significant and an integral part of a firms marketing strategy. Marketing managers are often responsible for influencing the level, timing, and composition of customer demand accepted definition of the term. In part, this is because the role of a marketing manager can vary significantly based on a business size, corporate culture, and industry context. For example, in a large consumer products company, the marketing manager may act as the overall general manager of his or her assigned product.To create an effective, cost-efficient Marketing management strategy, firms must possess a detailed, objective understanding of their own business and the market in which they operate. In analyzing these issues, the discipline of marketing management often overlaps with the related discipline of strategic planning. Then we should learn well at it.Project, process, and vendor management are also important.Once the key implementation initiatives have been identified, marketing managers work to oversee the execution of the marketing plan. In addition, employers value those with strong and persuasive communications skills, both in writing and orally. I will try to pass CET4 , CET6 and International English Language Testing System.Median annual earnings of marketing managers were $110,030 in 2009. I think if I try my best to do what top marketing manager should be, I will get these kind of money.All career plans are subject to change as life seldom runs along a predictable path. Career plans must be flexible to account for changes in market needs, the economy, globalization and overseas competition, company priorities, and required job skills. All can affect what your current job consists of, and what it might be in the future.The best advice may be to embrace a positive, flexible, forward-looking attitude. Be prepared for the next job, whatever and wherever that may be
