教 案学 科: 英 语课 题:Talking about friendship(第二课时)授 课 班 级 : 10数控主 讲 人: 王 丽 华 机械专业办2010年5月英语教案Unit 1 Reading ATHE ENGLISH LANGUAGEPART 1 Topic (课题): THE ENGLISH LANGUAGEPART 2 Teaching aims and demands (教学目标) Knowledge object (知识目标):To enable the students to peruse the text and master the details of the text, and then master the following language points(精读后掌握课文内容及语言点):(1). the hot words: friendship, clearly, freely, childhood, recently, choose, activity, playmate, chess, partner(2). the useful expressions: 1. play a part in 2. make friends 3. get on (well) with sb 4. share with 5. rely on 6. be willing to do 7. expect sb to do Ability object(能力目标):To train the students reading ability.(培养学生阅读能力)Moral object(德育目标): To enable the students to know what is true friendship(使学生认识什么是真正的友谊).PART 3 Teaching key points(教学重点):To make the Ss master the details of the text and grasp the useful expressions(使学生掌握文章内容和语言点).PART 4 Teaching difficulty(教学难点):1. Improve the students reading ability.(提高阅读能力)2. Enable the student to understand the text better.(理解课文内容)3. Master the language points(掌握语言点).PART 5 Teaching methods(教学方法):1. Task-based Approach(任务教学法); 2. Communicative Approach(交际教学法)PART 6 Teaching aid(教具) 1. a tape recorder 2. a computer PART 6 Teaching procedures(教学步骤):Step 1 Organization(组织教学)(1分钟)Greet the students as usual and ask them to get ready for the class.Step 2 Lead-in(导入新课)(2分钟)1. The students listen to the music and guess the name of the song: Auld lang syne(友谊地久天长)首先请同学们欣赏这首非常优美的英文歌曲友谊地久天长。让我们伴随着优美的音乐一起走进英语课堂。(欣赏音乐)这节课我们要继续谈论友谊Unit 2 Reading A Talking about friendship.Step 3 Revision (复习)(3分钟)Say:First lets review the new words.1.An oral competition in groups as usual. 2. Ask the students to read the words together. Step 4 Presentation(新授)(17分钟). Show the students the teaching aims and Ask the students to read the text carefully to find out the useful expressions and the important sentences about friendship.(读课文,找出教学目标中的语言点和关于友谊的重点句子)(2分钟). Help the students to learn the language points,(指导学生学习并掌握下列语言点)(15分钟)现在我们来学习我们这节课的重点句型和语言点,看看你们找的重点全不全,和老师的一样吗?The language points(语言点):1. Friends play an important part in our lives. (1). play a part in “在中起作用”。 在part前可以用相应的形容词来修饰,例如:play an important part in 在中起重要作用。play an active part in 在中起积极作用。 例如:The old workers are playing an active part in the plant.2. We may get on well with a number of people, but we usually make friends with only a very few of them.(1)句中get on well with sb是“与相处很好”的意思,其中 on 也可以换成 along, 表达的意思相同。例如:The twins get along very well with their classmates.How are you getting on with him?另外,get on/along with sth 则表示“某事进展/进行得如何” 的意思。 例如:Im getting on very well with my studies.(2)make friends with sb 意思是“与交朋友”,又如:Have you made friends with your new classmates?David found it hard to make friends with other students there.3. A close friend is someone who is able to share experiences, joys and sorrows with you.一个亲密的朋友是一个能与你分享经验、快乐和痛苦的人。share with 意思是“与共享”、“与共同负担”。例如: The boy shared his toy with other children. 4. This is a person you can rely on when you are in need.这是当你需要帮助的时候可以依赖的人。短语rely on/upon 做“依赖”、“依靠”解,其后接名词或v-ing 形式。又如: Now we rely more and more on computers.5. this is a person to whom you are willing to lend a helping hand. 这是你愿意向他伸出援助之手的人。willing (adj.)作“情愿”、“愿意”解,常用于be willing to do sth 中,表示“愿意干某事”。又如:He is quite willing to help others.6. Yet, it would be too much to expect a friend to do every-thing for you.不过,要求朋友为你做一切事,那是太过分了。(1)It 为形式主语,动词不定式短语 to expect a friend to do everything for you 为真正主语。(2)句中的 expect sb to do sth 意思是“期待(望)某人做某事”,不定式作宾语补足语。又如:She expected us to wait for her there.Step 5:Practice(课堂练习)(5分钟)一、单项选择题( A )1. A. playing B. play C. plays D. played Step 6:Summary(课堂小结)(8分钟)通过刚才的练习,老师很高兴的看到同学们都有所收获。现在我们一起再来回顾一遍我们今天所学的主要内容。首先是什么呢?(学生齐答:短语)下面老师帮助同学们系统的总结一下: Guide the students to make a summary of the lesson(引导学生对本课所学进行如下总结):(学生自己找)、The language points(语言点)1. make friends 交朋友 2. get on well with sb 与某人关系良好3. play a part in 在中起作用 4. share with 与共享5. rely on 依靠;依赖 6. expect sb to do sth 危急之际7. be willing to do sth 愿意干某事 在刚刚我们学习的重点句型中,老师想请同学们再欣赏一遍这样几句话:. Some points of view about friend or friendship(关于朋友的一些观点看法):A close friend is someone who is able to share experiences, joys and sorrows with you. This is a person you can rely on when you are in need, and this is the person to whom you are willing to lend a helping hand.(引导学生记住三句话中划线的关键短语)Dont walk in front of me-I may not follow. Dont walk behind me-I may not lead. Just walk beside me-and be my friend.引导学生回顾上述课文,以帮助学生正确认识友谊。学完这篇课文,我们知道了作者对友谊的看法。现在老师想知道同学么对友谊有什么看法呢?你们认为什么什么样的朋友才是真正的朋友呢?请同学们欣赏故事,然后回答这几个问题:Step 8:Discussion(讨论)(8分钟)Watch the video and discuss:1. Are they true friends? 2. Why? 3. What kind of friend do you think is a true friend?故事1:问:Are they true friends? 学生齐答:No。问: 那么谁能说说为什么呢?学生(刘波):因为那个瘦子在他的朋友危急时刻没有伸出手来帮他一把,而是只顾自己逃跑了。教师:回答的很好。那么同学们都同意他的看法吗?(学生答:同意)看来同学们对这个问题的看法是一致的。我们学习英语的目的是学以致用,那么我想请同学们用我们学过的课文中的现成的语言来回答这个问题。学生(刘壮)回答:This is a person you can rely on when you are in need.(教师帮助改成 A true friend is a person you can rely on when you are in need, but he is not.) (指导学生学习投影片中的英语表达)教师:有一句英文谚语说: A friend in need is a friend indeed. 患难见真情。故事中的瘦子不是一个值得交往的朋友。我们来看第二个故事。故事2:问:Are they true friends? 学生齐答:No。问: 那么谁能说说为什么呢?学生(李志超):唐宋的同学们要求他做的事情太过分了,那本来是应该他们自己完成的。而且他们的关系并不平等。教师:回答的很好。同学们都同意他的看法吗?(学生答:同意)看来同学们对这个问题的看法是一致的。那么谁能用我们学过的课文中的语言来回答这个问题呢?学生(周东明)回答:It would be too much to expect a friend to do everything for you.教师:说的非常好。确实,朋友之间的关系应该是平等互助的。周东明同学引用的是课文中的原句。回答这个问题我们还需要做一些改动,
