(2) 脱脂、杀菌Degreasing and sterilization目的：杀菌、剥离污泥、清除油污Purpose: sterilization, sludge stripping, oil pollution clearance方法：投加H-1056清洗时间因系统状况而定，一般至液面无明显油珠时脱脂工作结束，时间大约2-5小时。Method: add H-1056, and the cleaning time will be decided by the condition of the system. (Generally, the cleaning time is about 2-5hours.) The degreasing work could be finished while there are no obvious oil droplets. (3) 化学清洗Chemical cleaning目 的：清除污垢、浮锈 Purpose: cleaning the fouling and rust方 法：在膨胀水箱直接投加络合清洗剂H-1070作24-36小时循环清洗，使清洗剂与设备管壁垢、浮锈发生反应，生成可溶性物质排出。Method: add complex abluent H-1070 to the expansion tank and the cleaning work should be kept for 24-36 hours. After the abluent interact with the scale on the tube and the rust, the soluble substance, the resultant, should be discharged. 技术要求：在清洗过程中主要检测两个指标：Technical requirements: main detect two indexes: PH值、控制在6左右（本公司采用有机络合剂络合清洗）；PH value should be around 6 ( organic complex abluent are used by our company);浑浊度、一般清洗时由于清洗剂的作用，水的浑浊度将增大，呈黄、黑色。Turbidity: with the effect of the abluent, the turbidity of water will be higher, and the water will be yellow and black. 腐蚀率检测，可采用直接挂片于管道系统中来检测（碳钢0.125mm/a、铜及铜合金0.005mm/a）。Corrosion rate could be detected according to the degree of corrosion of the metal coupon which suspend in the pipe (carbon steel 0.125mm/a, copper/copper alloy 0.005mm/a).作24小时循环清洗后可排放，排放时可泄空亦可循环排放，此时清洗工作结束。The cycle cleaning work should be kept for 24 hours. The cleaning work is finished after the water is discharged. (4) 漂洗Blanch漂洗不用添加药剂，最好能把整个系统的循环水排放干净或采用边加水边排水的方法，来降低浓度，最后要求系统水PH值和补充水PH值相近，此时完成漂洗过程，为钝化预膜作准备。No reagent should be added to the water while blanching. It would be better if the circulating water of the system could be fully discharged while blanching. Watering while discharging water is also a good way to reduce the concentration of water. It is required that the circulating water and the water added while blanching should have the similar PH value. (5) 钝化预膜 Passivation film目的：管壁上形成分子膜，防止腐蚀。Purpose: molecular film should form on the tube wall to prevent corrosion. 方法：在膨胀水箱投加H-1072、预膜强化剂H-1045一般在系统内循环36-48个小时即可。Method: add H-1072, an agent used for passivation film, and H-1045 to the expansion tank and it should be circulated for 24-36 hours. (6) 日常水质处理 Water treatment在完成管路的钝化预膜工程后，经检测确定系统水质达标，即进入正常的运行保养阶段，此时需一次性添加足够量的缓蚀阻垢剂H-8800，使用浓度为2000-3000 mg/L.After finishing the passivation film of the tube, it could be in the routine maintenance stage if the water quality reach the requirement.
