造纸设备安装协议Installation agreement of paper equipment 为了保证造纸设备安装工程质量，以及保障技术提供方的人身，财产利益。 经甲:（ ）乙：( ) 双方协商，本着公平，公正，自愿，合法，守法的原则，达成如下协议 In order to assure the quality of paper equipment installation project and guarantee technique provider personal and property interests, both parties have negotiated and reached the following agreement, which is fair, voluntary, legal, law-abiding principle.Part A： (The Buyer) Part B: (The Engineer) 1. 由乙方为甲方的造纸设备，提供技术服务支持。负责为甲方所购买的造纸设备安装，所需的技术参数，图纸，标准，安装规范，提供支持。指导甲方施工人员，遵守造纸机械设备安装规范进行施工。听从乙方人员的指挥。Part B provide technique service and support for papermaking equipment of Part A. Part B is responsible for required technique data, drawing, standard, installation specification, technique supply for paper machine of Part A. According to paper equipment installation specification, Part B guide worker from Part A for construction. 2. 乙方需严格履行技术支持工作，指导甲方施工人员，严格执行造纸设备安装标准，保证设备安装严格遵守造纸制浆的工艺流程。Party B shall strictly fulfill the technical support, guidance Party A construction workers, strict implementation of the paper making equipment installation standards to ensure equipment installation strict compliance with process flow of pulping.3. 乙方在甲方满足生产，调试所需材料与相应条件的情况下，应保证甲方设备，顺利投入使用。Part B should guarantee Part A paper equipment can put into use successfully on the condition of Party A meeting the production, testing materials and corresponding conditions required.4. 乙方在施工过程中，对设备安全提供解决方案。甲方应严格执行乙方提供的安全方案，如未按相关方案，以及操作规程施工，造成的相关设备，人身事故由甲方自行承担。In construction engineering, Part B should provide solutions for equipment safety. Part A should strict execute security solution provide by Part B. If part A make the construction fails to the relevant solution and operation specification, Part A must bear the equipment and personal accident caused by violation operation.5. 甲方承担乙方人员来往两地所有费用，签证费用，以及乙方人员在甲方工作，生活期间所产生的通讯，医疗，住宿，生活费用。并对乙方人员的人身，财产安全负责。如乙方人员，人身，以及财产在协议期受到任何损失与伤害，甲方负完全责任。Party A shall pay Party B(three person) the all costs for coming and going, visa costs. During Part B officers working in the Party A, Part A should bear the communications, medical treatment, accommodation, living expenses. Part A must responsible for the personal and property safety of part B.If the personal and property safety of part B suffer loss and damage, Part A bear full responsibility.6. 甲方按月为乙方人员提供月薪。工程师（1名）月薪：1.5万 RMB 技术员（3名）： 0.8万每人 RMB。支付方式；预付。计费起始时间自甲方邀请函发出之日起，至乙方人员离开甲方所在地日期止。甲方需预付乙方一个月的薪水，之后，每月提前预付乙方下月的薪水。乙方在甲方工作期间，有权享受所在国的法定节假日。甲方应为乙方人员提供适合乙方生活，工作的环境。甲方需为乙方人员，在中国购买出国劳务人员人身意外保险，每人一份。Part A Should provide part B salary monthly. Engineer: one person, Salary：RMB15000/Month. Technician: Three people, Salary: RMB 8000 /Month. Payment is in advanced. Charge is beginning from receipt of invitation from part A to Part B leaving the from part A location. Party A shall prepay Party B a months salary. Afterwards, Part A prepay Part B nest month salary every month. When party B working at party A place, party B have right to enjoy legal festival and holiday of host country. Party A should provide for party B suitable condition for living and working. Party A should buy labour service for export personal accident insurance for party B staff in China. Every one have one share.7. 乙方仅对造纸制浆设备提供技术服务。工作范围不包含电器，锅炉，以及其他非造纸设备。如甲方确实需乙方提供非造纸设备的技术服务，另签相关协议。Part B is only providing technical services to pulp and papermaking equipment. Scope of work does not include electrical appliances, boilers, and other non-paper-making equipment. If Party A is indeed required Part B providing technical services of non-paper-making equipment, Part A need sign another relevant agreement.8. 甲方必须保证乙方人员签证，以及相关手续，绝对遵守当地，所在国的相关法律法规。并及时迅速归还乙方人员的护照和相关证件。如有变相或直接扣留证件行为，乙方有权中止施工，以及合同相关内容。并应用法律维护自身利益。Party A must ensure Part B visa and related procedures comply fully with the local and host country laws and regulations. And Part A shall promptly return Part B passport and relevant documents. If documents was detained in disguised or direct form, Part B has the right to suspend construction and contract-related content, and apply the law to safeguard their own interests.9. 该协议所产生的法律关系，仅存在甲 乙双方的劳动合同关系。对于任何产品质量，以及产品质量所产生的相应法律，经济责任概不与乙方产生任何形式的法律，经济关系。如对产品质量有任何异议，应以购销合同为法律关系为准。The legal relation generated by this agreement is labour contract between party A and party B only. As for any of product quality and some related law, economic responsibility which caused by product quality, party B will not responsible for it. If party A have any objection for product quality, it subject to sales contract of Party A.10. 如在施工过程中，设备确实出现质量问题，乙方有责任，对设备质量出现的问题，进行评估，取证，协调购销合同中的责任各方，妥善处理出现的问题。如因不可抗拒因素，或甲方施工人员人为造成的设备损坏，由甲方自行承担。乙方协助甲方联系厂家，有偿提供损坏设备的配件。If the equipment appear quality problem indeed within work process, party B have duty to estimate, obtain evidence for the problem of equipment quality and concert handling appeared problem. If the problem are caused by irresistible factors or caused by the constructor of party A, party A should be responsible this problem. Party B will help party A to contract factory and provide the equipment accessories. Part A should pay equipment.11. 甲方需提供各工种的施工人员，以及施工设备，施工所需的原材料，测绘设备，办公设备，和施工使用的各类电线，管材等。Party A should provide for constructor, construction equipment, construction material, mapping equipment, office equipment and all kinds of wire, tubing for construction. 以上协议经双方协商，签订。如协议实施期间发生纠纷，以中华人民共和国相关法律为准裁决。该协议自双方签字日起生效。合同资料以汉语为准。Both side have negotiated and reached above agreement.
