The bar code is a group of digits to represent the information of commodity, is currently on the international logistics management in a commonly used technical means. Bar code technology to improve the efficiency of inventory management is very significant, is the realization of inventory management of electronic technique is an important means, can make the enterprise to the inventory control extends to vendors, inventory supply chain network control.The 2.1 bar code symbol typeBar code symbol type termed code system, various types of bar code symbol by the consistent with the code rule of the and empty, have a fixed capacity and character. Now the internationally recognized code ownership has three kinds, namely: EANl3 code, interleaved code two five: EAN / UCC-128 code.Bar code for commodity and logistics bar code 2.2.Bar code to use for printing directly on commodity bar code on the packaging and printing in label bar code on the. The bar code is related to the production of manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, transportation industry and other economic main body of ordering and receiving orders, sales, transportation, storage, warehousing inspection activities such as information source. EDIEDI is the abbreviation for Electronic-Data-Interchange, the name is electronic data interchange system, this is in processing a business or administration, in accordance with a recognized standard, structure the transaction or information data format, complete computer to computer data transmission mode. Using EDI to exchange data, can effectively, safely and reliably for inventory management. In order to achieve the inventory of real-time monitoring, to understand inventory supply state, based on the EDI standard inventory report list can improve operational efficiency, daily inventory level ( or regular inventory checks report ), minimum inventory replenishment quantity can be automatically generated, which can greatly improve the efficiency of inventory control.2.5.GISGIS is the abbreviation for Geographical-Information-System, its Chinese meaning is geographic information system, it is the basic function of the form data is converted to a geographic graphic display, the display range to the map of the continents, small to detailed street maps.
