The medium it conveys is air or air and other non-corrosive gas mixtures with maximum fan pressure of no more than 30kPa. The inlet temperature of the medium does not exceed 80; dust content and the content of other solid impurities do not exceed 100mg/m3; there are no sticky materials and other materials in the medium.2 Normative ReferencesThe clauses of the following document become the clauses of the standard by way of reference by the standard. References marked with date and all of their modifications (excluding corrections) and revisions are not applicable to the standard. However, parties agreed according to the standard are encouraged to study whether to apply the latest edition of these references. (ii) Deviation=Measured value-standard value*100% Standard value3.2.3 Noise of each series of fans should be measured; A-weighted sound level noise characteristic curve should be drawn; specific A-weighted sound level should comply with the provisions of JB/T8690.3.2.4 Mechanical running test should be conducted for fans; measurement of bearing temperature rise and vibration should meet the following provisions:a) Temperature of bearing measured on the surface of bearing may not be 40 higher than ambient temperature;b) Effective value of vibration speed and rigid support may not exceed 4.6mm/s; effective value of flexible support may not exceed 7.1mm/s.3.3 Structure3.3.1 Basic design requirements 3.3.1.1 Under specified working condition, the service life of the fan and supporting equipment (with an exception of quick-wear parts) should be at least 10 years ; safe running hours of the fan and supporting equipment before the first heavy repair should be at least 18,000 hours.3.3.1.2 The critical speed of the rigid shaft should be more than 1.3 times as much as the maximum running speed.3.3.1.3 Types, size, parameters and performance curve of the fan should comply with the provisions of GB/T32235.3.3.1.4 Parts (including spare parts and stand-by assembly) of the same series of the fans with the same machine number should be interchangeable.3.3.1.5 The supplier is not responsible for the basic design of the fan, but the supplier should provide the following data:a) Static and dynamic load, and point of action of the fan;b) Requirements of the amplitude and frequency of the foundation of the fan.3.3.1.6 Exposed coupler or belt wheel should have no demountable protective device; its protective device should comply with the provisions of GB/T19074.3.3.1.7 Fitting surface of the fan should be flat, and well contact with the foundation surface or platform.3.3.1.8 When looking from the point of view of the driving end, fan impeller should turn clockwise; it can turn counterclockwise if necessary,3.3.1.9 The best efficiency point of the fan should be within the stable area.3.3.2 Enclosure3.3.2.1 The enclosure is usually made from steel plate. Its shape should be designed to ensure inhaled medium can evenly come into impeller, and be effectively oriented to the outlet from impeller. It may not cause major pulsation or eddy, and pressure loss should be reduced.3.3.2.2 The enclosure should have sufficient rigidity, reducing the transformation and vibration of the enclosure to a minimum.3.3.2.3 The inlet should be contraction-shaped (the inlet of the enclosure may independently serve as air inlet; large-sized double-inhaled fan may have air inlet chamber); it should be coaxial with impeller.3.3.2.4 Face of flange in inlet and outlet should be smooth. The flange face should be parallel or vertical to axis. Flatness allowance of flange should meet the provisions of JB/T10214.3.3.2.5There should be in the lower part of enclosure of the fan with machine No. Being less than No.7.1 supporting foot. There should be at least four basic installation openings in each fan.3.3.2.6 The enclosure may be manufactured in two parts if machine No. is more than No 11.2; the two parts may be connected using plain flange, and firmly fastened using sufficient bolts. The flange should have sufficient rigidity, and may not be transformed in the process of transportation, lifting and running. The flange face should be smooth, and measures should be taken to prevent gas from leaking (sealed gland packing may be filled between flanges).3.3.2.7 The number of parts to be assembled; side plate and volute plate of the enclosure may be assembled if the strength is ensured; the flatness of side plate should meet the provisions of JB/T 10214.3.3.2.8 Gas may not be leaked from the weld joint of the enclosure.3.3.2.9 If fan is drive type, the enclosure should be firmly coupled with motor or foundation, making the center of the enclosure be coaxial with motor. The enclosure should have sufficient strength, and can bear live load produced when running; the center of the enclosure should be coaxial with bearing if the fan is not drive type.3.3.2.10 Pipeline connected to inlet and outlet of the enclosure should be independently supported; do not impose external force on the enclosure.3.3.2.11 The enclosure should be equipped with lifting eye for lifting.3.3.3 Impeller3.3.3.1 Impeller usually has a welding structure; welding quality should meet the provisions of JB/T 10213.3.3.3.2 Wheel disc is usually connected with wheel hub using rivet. Riveting quality should meet the provisions of JB/T 10214. Wheel disc may be welded with wheel hub.3.3.3.3 Wheel disc and wheel cap should be assembled in a manner to ensure strength, and the assembling should meet the provisions of JB/T 10214.3.3.3.4 Balance correction should be conducted for each impeller; the balance quality grade should meet the provisions of JB/T 9101.3.3.3.5 Speed of impeller should be 110% of maximum running speed of the fan, and comply with the provisions of JB/T 6445.3.3.3.6 Impeller is usually coupled with spindle using bolt. The opening and shaft is transitionally fit. The shaft should be longitudinally fastened using fixture which may not loosen in the process of running.3.3.3.7 The impeller should have sufficient rigidity, and may not transformed in the process of transportation and operation.3.3.3.8 Molded lines, assembling and processing accuracy of the blade should meet the provisions of JB/T 10214.3.3.3.9 The surface of impeller that is not processed shall be painted with R03 red paint according to the provisions of GB/T3181 or painted according to the provisions of the contract.3.3.4 Spindle3.3.4.1 Spindle is usually made from high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel, and should have sufficient strength and rigidity.3.3.4.2 Stress relieving should be conducted if spindle is made from forged steel.3.3.5 Bearing3.3.5.1 Rolling bearing or sliding bearing is usually used for fan; the specification and size of the bearing should meet the provisions of related standards.3.3.5.2 Thrust bearing that can bear additional thrust produced by fan.3.3.5.3 The match of rolling bearing and shaft and housing should meet the provisions of GB/T 275.3.3.5.4 The bearing should be firmly assembled in bearing box; axle center of bearing should be identical.3.3.5.5 Lubricating grease or thin oil that satisfy the application condition should be used to lubricate rolling bearing.3.3.5.6 Shaft seal that prevent lubricating grease or thin oil from leaking, and prevent impurities from invading should be installed in axle hole of bearing box.3.3.6 CouplerCoupler should be selected according to the provisions of GB/T 4323.3.3.7 belt wheel3.3.7.1 Classical V-belt wheel is usually used for fan; the V-belt wheel is made from cast iron.3.3.7.2 Classical V-belt should meet the provisions of GB/T 1171, with the speed of V-belt wheel of no more than 25m/s.3.3.7.3 Balance correction of belt wheel that are not completely processed by machine should be conducted according to the provisions of JB/T9101. 3.3.8 Air director at the air inlet3.3.8.1 Air director or other adjustment device may be installed in the air inlet for the fan with machine No. Being No 7.1 and more.3.3.8.2 The air director may be axial or radial; axial air director is usually used for fan.3.3.8.3 Air director is usually manually adjusted. Air director can be automatically adjusted if the buyer has the demand.3.3.9 Instruments3.3.9.1 The supplier may equip the bearing with metallic thermocouple or other temperature monitor if the buyer has the demand. The thermocouple in the bearing should be easily installed and demounted, and be properly grounded.3.3.9.2 The supplier may provide vibration monitor and fixed support if the buyer has the demand.3.4 Materials for Main Parts3.4.1 Materials for the fan should meet the designed service life requirements.3.4.2 Selected materials should meet the requirements of the medium conveyed and specified operation conditions.3.4.3 Materials of the welding parts should have good weld ability.3.4.4 Selected materials should meet the provisions of related standards, and have certificate of quality with them; list the chemical composition, mechanical performance and test requirements if there is no standard for the materials used.3.4.5 Materials for rotating parts should pass physical and chemical test, and have test report with them, and be free from fissures.3.4.6 The fissures may be repaired If parts do not receive live load and the intensity is ensured. However, the repaired parts must be clean and balanced.3.5 Manufacturing3.5.1 Requirements of cast3.5.1.1 Quality of cast iron should meet the provisions of JB/T 6887.3.5.1.2 Quality of cast steel should meet the provisions of JB/T 6888.3.5.2 Welding requirements3.5.2.1 Welding quality should comply with the provisions of JB/T 10213.3.5.2.2 Electric welder of the fan can not weld rotating parts without passing the welding test.3.5.2.3 The appearance test should be conducted for weld joint after the rotating parts are welded; the weld joint should be free from fissures. Internal test of the weld joint should be specified in the drawings.3.5.2.4 Welding rod should be selected based on the material of parts; the mechanical property of welding rod may not be inferior to that of parent metal.3.6 Assembling Requirements3.6.1 The supplier shall assemble the fan and accessories in the manufacturers factory within the permissible scope of the size of the biggest parts, and satisfy the requirements of the least field assembling work.3.6.2 Field-assembled parts should be marked correctly in the eye-catching position.3.6.3 The supplier shall provide axial clearance of coupler for the fan with drive type coupler.3.6.4 Radial single-side clearance between air inlet and the inlet of wheel disc should be 0.15% to 0.40% of the diameter of impeller; axial overlapping length should be 0.8% to 1.2% of the diameter of impeller.3.6.5 The centre opening of the enclosure of the low- and medium-pressure fan should be coaxial with the axle. The gap between the diameter of centre opening and axial diameter should meet the following provisions, but the minimum gap should be no less than 2.5mm.a) No more than 4mm if the machine No. is between No.2 and No6.3;b) No more than 8mm if the machine No. is between No.6.3 and No 12.5;c) No more than 12mm if the machine No. is more than No.12.5.3.6.6 There should be sealing device in the outside of centre opening of enclosure if the fan is a high-pressure fan.3.7 Others3.7.1 Appearance and cleanliness3.7.1.1 The inside and outside surface of the cast should be smooth, and free from air bubbles, fissures, and such defects as significantly uneven thickness.3.7.1.2 The outside surface of the enclosure should be clean, well-proportioned, and smooth. The weld should be smoothed.3.7.1.3 The inside surface of the enclosure should be painted with anti-rust coating; the outside surface should be painted anti-rust coating and decorative coating.3.7.1.4 The painting of the fan should meet the provisions of JB/T 6886.3.7.1.5 Oil may not be leaked from the bearing.3.7.1.6 The processing surface of spindle, coupler and belt wheel should be painted with grease or be protected from rust using other methods.3.7.1.7 The inside and outside of the fan should be cleaned before shipping.3.7.2 Complete set3.7.2.1 General scope of supply of the fan should include the following items:a) The body of the fan;b) Motor;c) Drive device (with an exception of direct drive centrifugal fan);d) Coupler (coupler-drive centrifugal fan);e) belt wheel and classical V-belt (drive type);f) Protective device (with an exception of direct drive centrifugal fan);g) Guide rail (drive type);h) Foundation bolt;i) Certificate of fan quality;j) Instruction manual of fan.3.7.2.2 The supplier may provide air director or other adjustment device based on the demand of the buyer if machine No. Is 7.1 and more.3.7.2.3 The supplier may provide noise elimination device, monitoring instrument, etc based on demand of the buyer.3.7.3 Installation3.7.3.1 The supplier shall be responsible for installation of the fan. The supplier shall send experienced technicians to offer installation and start-up service if necessary.3.7.3.2 The supplier shall provide documents related to installation requirements if necessary:a) The estimated weight of the fan when the assembled
